Nuestro condominio libre de humo está ubicado directamente frente a la costa del Golfo de la isla Marco. Estamos ubicados en el piso 10 con hermosas vistas del amanecer y los atardeceres.
Las puertas correderas de nuestra sala de estar y dormitorio principal le dan acceso a nuestro balcón con hermosas vistas de la playa.
Disfrute de nuestra cocina renovada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos renovados (que incluyen lavadora y secadora de carga frontal) y muebles modernos para comedor y dormitorios de invitados. La unidad cuenta con dos televisores por cable, reproductores de DVD, refrigerador grande, microondas, lavaplatos, estufa / horno, 21 pies. balcón (con mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre) a la que se accede desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, aire acondicionado, ropa de cama y toallas amplias, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, sombrillas, refrigerador y juguetes para la piscina / playa.

We loved our condo stay. The owners were wonderful to work with, the location is the BEST, and our vacation was filled with super memories. The condo was exactly as advertised, and we definitely would stay again! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location!

This was a great place to stay for our week of vacation with our two kids! It had all the right amenities and very easy access to the pool and beach. We would gladly book here again.

Marco is GREAT

A great stay for our family over July 4th holiday - lots of travelers however. This didn’t interrupt our time at the pool, or beach access area. Restaurants were REALLY busy over the weekends however. It’s not a problem - just plan ahead! Our unit was great, clean, well-stocked and communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. If something had come up during our stay, I KNOW they would have taken care of everything. We’ve stayed at condos in the past and had issues contacting owners, but this topped them all! The security to the building was GREAT! All doors were always locked, beach area locked, pool area locked. It was a bit loud a few nights with hooligans on the beach doing who knows what at 2 am but this could happen anywhere I suppose. Walkable amenities, great beach, and a great stay.

Great views

This oceanfront condo has great views of a broad beach. The beach is awesome. The condo itself is clean and has the amenities we would want. The icemaker does not work so do buy ice. There are two half baths sharing a room with a tub/shower. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time staying at Sea Winds. The beach view from the condo was awesome and the sunsets from the balcony was first class. We had a great time and will stay here again.

Very nice

This condo is very well kept and perfectly located. Sunset is right in front of the Seawinds and the Sunset Grill is in the Apollo next door. They have very good food and exceptional piña colada’s. The owner is very accommodating and responds to questions quickly. We would most likely not stay here again though because the Jack and jill bathroom does not suit our needs... we prefer 2 full bathrooms. We did however know this was the configuration when we signed on and just made the best of it. The ice maker didn’t work so just be aware and purchase ice when you grocery shop. Only other issue was the internet. We had little or no service in the mornings and evenings when there was peak usage by other renters in the building. 2:00 am the WiFi worked fine. This is not the owners fault but an issue with the internet provider. The condo was very clean and freshly painted. There is plenty of furniture on the balcony to meet all needs from morning coffee to toasting the magnificent Marco sunsets. For 2 people, this unit is very comfy.

The views of the Gulf are spectacular, every sunset amazing! Beach access is so easy and storage closet full of chairs, coolers etc. Appreciated the feeling of walking into a clean and sanitized space. Owner very communicative. Thanks, we hope to return soon!

Nice unit, friendly owner and property staff

Well stocked unit-paper products, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, bath and beach towels, beach supplies. Friendly owner who is extremely responsive to any questions or needs. 10th floor balcony is large with great views, dolphins put on a show most every morning right after the sun rises so take your coffee and enjoy! Appreciate the king size bed in the master, many only have queen size. Walk-in master closet with lots of hangers and hanging space allowed me to keep up with laundry and hang to dry! Such a nice area, and friendly folks manning the front desk.

Perfect getaway for our family

This getaway was exactly what our family needed! This was our first time to Marco Island and it did not disappoint. The area is beautiful, the water is clear, and the shelling is amazing! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the furniture was comfortable, and the balcony provided a perfect hangout spot! Sabina was great to work with! She answered questions promptly and was very helpful. I 100% recommend this location and this property.

Overall great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were pleased to have several beach towels, a bag full of beach toys, 4 chairs and 2 coolers that made our trips to the beach each day comfortable and relaxing . The rooms were spacious and clean. We were also pleased that the condo was furnished with sandwich bags, laundry detergent, trash bags and dishwasher pods. In other units, we’ve had to purchase these things on our own and then discard the remaining at the end of our trip. We were grateful to not have to spend the extra money on such necessities. The beachfront view from the balcony was stunning and having the table and chairs outdoors made morning coffee and evening drinks incredibly pleasant. There were only a few minor setbacks such as not being able to get the DVD players to work and only 3 wash cloths provided for our family of 5. Overall, our trip was delightful and I would absolutely return to this unit in the future.

Awesome location!

We have been to Marco a number of times. We prefer the south end of the island where this condo is located. Terrific sunsets and view of the beach. The unit certainly met our needs as it was just two of us. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Family Getaway

Property was clean had a great view of the beach! There were shops and restaurants within walking distance. If we had any questions or needs, we were able to contact the owner immediately for friendly and prompt response. Would recommend this property to our friends. Had a great stay!

Great trip!

We loved our stay! We have 4 children ages 15 to 7, and everyone had a great time. The condo was well kept with nice chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. to use in the locker associated with the Condo. Everyone who worked there was nice as well as the owners of the condo. We will definitely look here again in the future.

Great Stay & Owners

We have rented this unit for 2 weeks both in 2016 and 2017 and will again for 2018. 10 th floor unit offers great beach and sunset views. It has everything we need if we decide to "stay in" to cook our meals. The Owners are great to deal with - very responsive to e mails and having an on island nearby location to get the keys makes arrival check in easy. We love Marco Island and this Seawinds unit.

My husband and I were there for 10 days and totally relaxed on Marco Island. We enjoyed the quiet condo living overlooking the Golf with spectacular sunsets. We would certainly return. Thank you Sabina and Claude. Perhaps next year.....

LOVELY VIEW & GREAT EXPERIENCE

First off, I want to say that it was an absolute delight to work with Sabina (owner) with regard to our stay (September 2016). This unit is unique in the fact that the kitchen is updated and OPEN which we love. Couple that with the "pass-through" bathroom/vanity/shower combo is an excellent use of space overall! We love the high floor (10th) and the views of Sunsets and weather systems coming in! Got some great photos! Definitely recommend staying at this condo!
