Renovated Beachfront 2 bedroom with Southern Views

Stop dreaming and come and enjoy this condo on Marco Island’s beach, we welcome you to South Seas Northwest also known as the South Seas Towers! Where living is easy and Summer-time is year round. Our renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condo is located directly on the beach with Southwest exposure providing you plenty of afternoon sun on the balcony.
South Seas charges a registration fee, currently $100 for the length of your stay.

Sunsets, beach and boat traffic can be viewed from our 16th floor location. . Also, being on the South-side of the building provides you with plenty of sunshine and warmth for some well deserved relaxation. The community heated swimming pool is spacious with plenty of chaise lounge chairs to relax poolside. Other amenities include tennis courts, Marina, Exercise room and we are located within a gated community.

The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes King size bed, and flat screen TV. The Guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin futon. A fully updated kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice-maker, built in microwave, counter-bar with barstools, and is fully equipped to prepare your meals if you choose to dine in. In the living room area you have fantastic views of the beach and Island and also features another flat screen television. Complimentary WiFi Internet has been added to this condo, allowing you the ability to stay connected.
4 beach chairs, beach cart, beach towels and beach umbrella has been supplied for your use.

The unit was gorgeous, spotless and perfectly stocked. The view was spectacular! The hosts were gracious and responsive when we had questions. The beach was stunning. The information provided was thorough and helpful. The units were quiet and the parking was very convenient.

This condo and the grounds were amazing. We played pickleball and shuffleboard in the morning. My son golfed on the putting green. The condo was decorated nicely and very clean. The kitchen made you feel like you were at home, which was a plus. There were board games to play when it was rainy out. The owner had a variety of beach items from beach cart to chairs to umbrellas to beach toys to floats to a waterproof beach blanket (we left ours there). Using the washing machine and dryer (located on the floor) was completely easy. You just download an app and prepay. The pool was very nice also. The long term residents were so kind and gave great advice where to eat. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Property

Marco Island is definitely a beautiful place!!! Our stay was mostly fabulous! The room was great and had everything we could have needed. The beach was absolutely beautiful!! The grounds were very neat and clean!!! The only thing that was quite odd to us were the pool monitor’s. Some of them seemed more like drill sergeants than pool monitors, which made going to the pool an unpleasant experience. My husband was chastised for having a sitting chair 2-3 feet from the pool edge, while talking to those of us that were in the pool. When asked what he did wrong the gentleman was very confrontational towards my husband. We are pool people and for this reason we will probably not return.

Beautiful Condo!!! The view is amazing!! Very clean. Kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. Master bed was comfortable. Would recommend staying here. We had a wonderful trip.

Beautiful condo on the beach

This was our second time staying in this unit. Its nicely decorated and updated. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook with. There was a nice supply of towels and the bed was very comfortable. We only had one complaint, the shower curtain liner in the second bathroom had mold on the bottom and needs replacing. You just cant beat the amazing view from the balcony!!

Excellent unit

The unit was beautiful, very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice view from the balcony of the beach. The beach was a bit of a haul, not close to the unit. I would say a 10-15 minute walk on the beach to get to the water. We watched dolphins play right near the shore on our morning walk to the beach, very neat experience to see them so close! The downside to this condo is the pool. Very strict rules! No food inside of the pool area, no music, very quiet. Overall, we had a good time but wasn’t expecting the pool rules as they were not identified prior to our stay.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Only a couple of things that could have been better. Was told by other couple with us that mattress might need changed. They rolled to the middle ( not large people), could use blackout curtains in there too since it faced the East. Access to the beach was shortened by a random lady telling us to use the access from building to the East ( tower 2). There was a key included in our set but no mention of that in directions. We also had to pay an additional $100 to park our vehicle. Dont recall being told ahead of time about this. But overall the condo was perfect for our situation. Would highly recommend!!!

South Seas NW Tower 3… we had a great experience with our first time staying here. The condo was beautiful just as it looks on VRBO. Great location! We live Marco Island. Will definitely rent same condo again.

Fantastic Unit

This is by far one of the better units in this complex. Very well maintained and offers everything you can imagine for your stay. Appreciate the extras this person offers like beach items and toys. Even have extra sun screen and other personal items you might need.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We could not have been more pleased with this rental for our week on Marco Island! The pictures of the condo were exactly as we found it. The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed to complete our stay was not only there, but very nice, from the sheets to the towels and extra pillows and small fans in the bedrooms. It was very quiet and the beach was never crowded while we were there. While this unit is on the 16th floor, we never had to wait on an elevator. The pool was perfect and the sunsets every evening were amazing! The entire process was easy and the correspondence was very good!

Wonderful Location

Loved Marco Island. This condo was clean and well stocked. Really loved the storage cabinet with all the beach equipment. It is a long walk to the beach, but we enjoyed it daily. Very convenient to some excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations!

We had booked our yearly condo in Sanibel, but Ian changed those plans! We had never stayed in Marco but had been to Tigertail, so we looked on VRBO and found this condo available. Upon arriving we just could not believe the gorgeous view!! I worried about being on the 16th floor & dealing with an elevator & almost booked a lower unit that wasn’t beach front. Boy, am I glad I didn’t!! Walking into the sparkling clean, completely updated, fully furnished unit was so exciting & when we opened the sliders to see the view…just breathtaking!! Waking up every morning & having my coffee on that balcony was just the best! The unit had everything we needed and MORE!! The bed was so comfortable & having an extra bathroom (there was just the 2 of us) was a bonus…plus I loved soaking in the tub (after a day of sun..:and no seeums!) My husband played Pickleball daily & I walked the beach (which is 8 min from the back gate to the waters edge, yes I timed it!!.) The laundry, owners closet full of chairs, wagon, umbrellas was super close & useful. If we literally had to pick about something, my husband did say the water pressure in the master bath was low. I used the other bath & did not notice that. The only other thing was trying to figure out the set of keys when you first arrive, but by the 2nd day you figure it out & other guests/owners are super helpful. We enjoyed all the restaurants, grocery, CVS, Walgreens are super close. We barely saw any evidence of Ian either! Shelling was spectacular!! We loved it and can’t wait to visit again!
