Venga a disfrutar de esta casa frente al mar bellamente remodelada en el corazón de Bonita Springs. Todas las habitaciones de esta casa han sido remodeladas, incluida una nueva piscina climatizada privada debajo de un nuevo lanai con mosquitero. Ven a ver hermosas puestas de sol desde las mejores playas de Florida.

4 habitaciones, incluyendo 2 master suites con baño privado. Nuevas camas king size en las master suites y nuevas camas queen en los demás. Cada habitación tiene su propio ventilador de techo y armarios empotrados.

La cocina es completamente nueva: electrodomésticos, mostradores, platos, etc. También puede asar su cena al aire libre en una nueva barbacoa de gas.

Communication with Dana and Jeff was great and check-in was very easy. The house was spotless and comfortable and had all of the amenities we could ask for! The location was quiet and the neighbors were welcoming and wonderful! Our stay was perfect and the kids loved the pool and all of the things to bring to the beach. House was extremely clean, well decorated, well supplied and in a great neighborhood and convenient location. The owners have thought of everything you might need for a beach vacation. Wonderful stay

Clean house with a great layout. Enjoyed the water toys and fishing from the dock. Really nice to have a bridge in the garage as we stayed over Easter. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Love this neighborhood - really friendly neighbors.

Golf vacation to Bonita Springs

A covid-delayed golf vacation to the Bonita Springs/ Naples area which has been well known to me for 30+ years and over that period a regular visitor. The property was chosen due to its close proximity to everything, and provided a convenient base for the trip with space for everyone.

Happy Place

This home was a perfect place to stay for month in Bonita. The location was ideal and the quiet neighborhood was welcoming. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and four bedrooms with a pool was great for kids and grandkids. The owner was always available when needed and very kind and thoughtful. A very happy place!

Loved this house.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you needed. Beautifully decorated clean home. Having the dock for fishing and kayaking was a major plus. very close to food stores as well as retail areas. Short distance from the beach. We would definitely consider renting here again.

A lovely holiday and beautiful property

We had an amazing holiday. The house was superb - spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Pool was wonderfully warm and we spotted having the deck and spotting the dolphins in the canal. Great location close to amenities. Owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Lovely home and convenient

We loved our stay at this home. Dana was great with communication and made everything quick and easy. We have been traveling to Bonita Springs, FL for many years and we wanted to buy a property in this particular neighborhood. It is safe and very close to everything (the beach, restaurants, shops, malls). Our top requirements were to be on the water, have a private swimming pool and we wanted to be very close to the beach. Whenever we're at Our Happy Place, we always watch the sunset from the beach - it is the highlight of the day!! To us, this is one of the best places in the world that we've traveled and/or lived.

When you drive into our neighborhood, you will see beautiful palm trees down the center of the street and beautifully maintained homes. Everyone is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
