James, Just wanted to confirm that we have fixed the problem with the heat on the lower floor. It was odd, because the heat in the rest of the home was working fine, but that one area was not keeping up. I'm sorry that you had to deal with that during your stay. As the guest noted, the heat on the lowest level was not working for a significant part of the stay. We really felt bad about this and worked hard to get the problem fixed. We did provide space heaters for that level to mitigate the problem until we could figure out what was going on. We ultimately determined that a control board had failed. The board has been replaced and there have been no further issues since that time. There was one toilet which was blocked which we attended to right away. The guest also pointed out that a blind cord had broken which we have fixed. This is a wonderful unit in the core of the Mountain Village. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Sometimes mechanical issues can arise, especially in an older unit. However, we work hard to make sure that doesn't happen and respond quickly when they do. Keith
