La fabulosa playa de Keawakapu se encuentra a solo 10 minutos a pie. The Palms at Wailea es una hermosa propiedad con una gran piscina y jacuzzi. Una magnífica vista del océano desde el área de la piscina. La unidad n. ° 1801 es una amplia unidad de planta baja de 2 bd y 2 ba. Beautiful Location In Wailea

This was our first time staying in the Wailea area and the condo was a great location. The condo complex was quiet and we enjoyed the 2 full bedrooms was very convenient for our family. We had everything we needed for the beach already there. The lanai was wonderful to sit on. We had a wonderful stay.

Big, clean, updated and great location!

My family of 6 stayed in 1801 and it served us perfectly. We spent the days at Andaz visiting another family. Our family couldn’t fit at andaz... it’s a 5-10min walk. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Property was just as described. Quiet setting with a very nice lanai. Pool is nice and has a great view. Ting, the owner, was very helpful and responded immediately to any question I had. Really good location - close to shops and beaches. House was well appointed. AC worked great.

Great location

Location is great, price was good, spacious. Communication with property manager was always very fast. Only complaint was the air conditioner. The AC in the master is undersized for the size of the room. Was rarely able to get it under 72 degrees and I'm accustomed to sleeping at 65 or lower. Ended up sleeping in the kids room to stay cooler, as it has the same size AC unit in a much smaller area.

Aloha, Jeff! Thank you for staying in our condo! We checked with our AC company and learned below. The small bedroom AC is 6BTU. The master bedroom AC is 12BTU. The living room AC is 18BTU. We had the technician checked all unit on the day before your arrival since you requested. All units work as expected and went down to below 65 degree with windows and screen door closed. I wish you let us know during your stay so we can get the technician to visit again since we are still under warranty. We appreciate your review. Very much mahalo!

Quiet and peaceful

This is a nice quiet property. We had 5 people in our family and everyone enjoyed the condo. The lanai was nice but did face the street so we did get some street noise so we didn't use it as much as other properties we have stayed at in Hawaii. Ting provides beach chairs and other beach toys which was so convenient and great to have access to. The property listed does say there are 2 tvs but we only saw 1 tv in the main living room. Ting provides so many recommendations and was able to provide quick responses to any questions we had. There were a few spiders at the entry way but we just assumed this was part of the heat but other than that, it was so clean and user friendly. I highly recommend this property overall. Oh and tons of towels was a big plus. And of course with the beaches, having access to the washer and dryer was priceless!!! I would consider renting here again when we make our next trip to Maui.

Great place, amazing owner!

We travel a lot. This is the best place with very helpful and nice host. Ting provide detailed description about all beaches, places to eat, market places and what to do on the island. Check in was easy! Beautifully decorated place was very clean with very nice floor plan. Very convenient layout. Nice towels and linens. Our family loves decorations on the wall- fishes made from wood! Kitchen was stocked and has everything we need. Someone in previous review said it’s not enough space in the kitchen, not enough cabinets. There are plenty empty cabinets and you May put some groceries ( apples or vegetables) on the coffee table in the corner of dining room. Location is amazing with gorgeous view of mountains behind the trees. Enjoyed Birds singing every morning Very comfortable location because it’s on the first floor. You can not hear anything from the second floor at all. The only way we knew that someone is there because of their car on the parking lot. Beautiful Condo in Wailea!

My husband and I brought our three teen aged kids to Maui for the first time. This property was gorgeous, clean, safe, and the location was perfect! Ting was very accommodating,giving helpful suggestions for eating out, things to do,etc. Ting was also very easy to message and responded quickly with questions. This condo was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. Towels, beach chairs,BBQ!! The AC was wonderful!! The WiFi worked great! We will definitely book with Ting again in the future!

Stacation/Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect get away/staycation we needed. We are from the island of Oahu. Every accommodation you could ever want was available. The host was extremely nice! The condo was clean and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was great! Perfect location and property for attending a wedding nearby. Ting sent us some very helpful information prior to our arrival. We did not need to contact him during our stay. The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed!

Condo is in great condition. Perfect location just minutes from several beaches. Great pool. Kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc. One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. Owner was very responsive and proactively provided good recommendations. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Daughters wedding in Wailea

We stayed in this property for our daughters wedding in February 2020. It was a perfect location for us and the Palms at Wailea is a beautifully maintained property. We had everything we needed in the condo and were very comfortable during our 8- night stay. Ting was very helpful with recommendations during our stay. Would stay at this property again. Clean and spacious

We live on Maui and needed a place to stay for a conference that we were attending on that side of the island. Very spacious condo with all the necessary amenities. Great location. Condo can easily sleep up to 6 adults

Happy in Seattle

We enjoyed our stay in Wailea. The Palms is a great location, very close to many beautiful beaches as well as Kihei. The vacation rental was very large with a fully equipped kitchen. Parking was perfect and the unit was very quiet. The air conditioning was efficient. I did communicate with the owner that the unit needed better attention by the cleaning crew especially since we are paying a fee for this service (mold on shower curtains, dirty walls, etc). Overall good stay but would not choose this unit in the future due to its condition.

We communicated after the guest returned home. We wish she has contacted our house cleaning team and local property management company during her stay (both contact info are posted in the unit). I am certain all would have been made to her satisfaction right way. In any case, we did partial refund after she departed. Our rate is among the lowest in the complex with full air conditioner as this is our own vacation home. The cleaning fee is standard for all vacation units we are aware of in Maui. Wailea is a bit more pricy than other areas the guest stayed before due to excellent neighborhood, low density and relaxed environment (and plenty parking).

Great condo!

It was really great condo to staying in Maui. It was very comfortable and neat room. Also owner gave me a lots of info about surrounding area before visiting there, so I enjoyed to eat restaurant and outdoor activities efficiently. I and my friend hope to stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay at Maui

We enjoyed our stay at palms at Walea. It is a nice and calm vacation condo area. It provided all we needed. The recommendations were fine. We loved most the Makena beach with shades and good waves. Also the pool with 25 m was good for morning or evening swim Not too crowded, but it didn't seem to be high season. Shopping is best at Safeway a few miles away. Parking was available in front of condo. AC worked also well. Beach equipment, chairs, towels, body boards, ... and Weber grill were als available. So nice stay.

Girls Retreat

Very Spacious and good location. Parking ideal. Only recommendation to Owner would be to help with A/C circulation in the living room, dining and Kitchen area would be to have a ceiling fan over the dining room table. Kitchen gets warm while cooking.

Aloha! Thank you for your suggestion regarding the air circulation. The AC in the living room actually has a setting to change the direction of air flow. The default setting is toward floor. It need to be adjusted upward if one wants to have the air projected to kitchen area. The control panel display shows the direction between floor and ceiling and there are several options in between. Family vacation in Maui

We recently stayed in this condo (Apr.8th-15th) .It had everything we needed for our stay. It had lots of beach equipment..... which we used daily. One thing the owner may want to consider is to make more cupboard space in the kitchen accessible for the renters . The pantry was locked (which I understand that you have things that are yours in there ) but there really was no where to store groceries for the week, as the other cupboards have dishes in them . A few more plates and cups would be a bonus also .It would help to not use the dishwasher so often. Some cleaning supplies in the condo would be good too. I know people aren't on vacation to clean but some stovetop cleaner and bathroom cleaner would be great. My parents rented a condo at the same time we were there and they had all the cleaning supplies in theirs.....broom , vaccum, mops, buckets and ample supply of laundry soap, dishsoap , dishwasher tabs. It makes life easier when your away. It also would be nice to have tile on the lanai instead of concrete., much easier to keep clean and alot easier on the barefeet. The lanai was lovely though with 2 patio tables and chairs. A few spices in the unit would be good also . I have stayed in many condos at the Palms and all of them had a spice rack which was full of the basic spices you needed. Usually when previous renters have been there they will leave things but that didn't seem to be the case with this unit. Just a few things that owner may want to consider. I would highly recommend this Condo , it is very nice .

We love hawaii, period ! We have been vacationing in hawaii for a couple decades. After venturing different islands and areas, we decided to call wailea our second home. Wailea has low population density, close to all action spots and most importantly, the water quality. An added benefit is the microclimate Wailea offers, winds in the afternoon and sunny throughout the day even when it rains in Kihei.

We did lots of research and went through all options. We decided to reside in Palms at Wailea. The complex design is world class and long lasting. It is the lowest density condo complex in the area. We love the space, the quietness and even generous size of parking lot. We love the staff members working on the complex. We also love people staying in Palms.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Because of the low density and unique location of unit 1801, we love to sit in the lanai and count stars and learn constellations. It makes just that much more special to enjoy the family time together.
