Amplio condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños en el piso 10. Situado directamente en la playa en la comunidad cerrada de Breakers East. Disfruta de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de la costa esmeralda. Relájese en su balcón privado de 30 pies con espectaculares vistas a la playa.

View and location are incredible. Loved the included beach service, too. The property felt safe and was an easy drive to many great restaurants and activities.We didn't know the laundry room would only be accessible through one of the bedrooms, which wasn't ideal for our sleeping arrangements and running a load of laundry in the evening but we had a little one sleeping in that space. Also, the bedding was pretty worn out, but we visited at the end of summer so that may be part of the reason. Those two things weren't big issues but worth knowing about. There was a weird smell throughout our stay and the maintenance came promptly (twice!) to try to address it for us, which was very much appreciated.

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

The truth is, the stay was fantastic. It had everything you needed. It was very central, with shops, restaurants, and supermarket just 5 to 8 minutes away. I highly recommend it... and I would definitely book again.

Lovely place

We were pleasantly impressed with our condo. It was beautiful and clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook meals. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation. Definitely recommend.

Always a great experience, this unit was very nicely remodeled and worked perfectly for our family. The only thing I would recommend is they consider different furniture for the balcony. A high top table on the 10th floor isn’t ideal.

Our condo was perfect, updated, beautifully decorated and super clean. There was not one thing I didn't like about this place! The towels, washcloths, etc that were provided were plenty for 8 of us. The washer and dryer were wonderful and easy to use. Nice large refrigerator and freezer; ice maker didn't make a lot of ice but we had freezer packs. Beds were very comfy! Only real downside was the slow, stuffy elevators. Highly recommend this condo; would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say overall this rental was amazing, but with everything there were downfalls. I would 100% rent again, even with a few hiccups along the way. We rented with 2 families with small children and 1 set of grandparents. We paid for early check in, although they called and said it wasn’t ready when we were 20 minutes away. That wasn’t fun with 2 toddlers missing nap time. They were great about it, refunded me entirely and still made it available within an hour and a half. When you get into the condo you will be blown away by the view, the cleanliness, the large size of the rooms, the comfy beds and the updated amenities. It really is stunning. We were given a packet prior to arrival via email stating what would and would not be there. Even so, we were disappointed with the lack of toiletries given, even with 3 families staying there. We had to go out and buy more paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and Kleenexes. That seemed cheap to us since the condo was high priced. It still didn’t damper our overall vacation though. No beach towels included but an unreal amount of bath towels which is unusual for places! The ice machine is slow and maintenance had to fix it so we didn’t get much use out of that. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need. We had a few issues with the elevators in the condo while there (just slow and had to wait a while for one to be available most times). The beach is private and gorgeous. They even have some toys available downstairs to borrow for kids. Getting the chairs and umbrella was easy, although I wish small tents were allowed for the little ones to be more shaded. We even rented 2 more chairs and 1 umbrella for a reasonable fair daily. The surrounding area is great but next time we will be renting a car. Taxi/Uber/Lyft were readily available but most of the really fun things and best restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Crossing the road takes a while. Overall great stay!

Great condo

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view and prime location. Would definitely stay here again and 10 out of 10 would recommend.
