ÁTICO CON DOS TERRAZAS, PISCINA Y PARKING

El ático se encuentra situado en una tercera planta de un edificio con ascensor. Hay una zona comunitaria ajardinada con piscina.

Consta de dos habitaciones, una es de matrimonio y la otra con una cama que se convierte en litera.

La cocina es independiente y tiene salida a un balcón con impresionantes vistas a la montaña y al mar. El cuarto de baño está dividido en dos estancias, muy útil para ser utilizado por dos personas a la vez.
Tiene aire acondicionado.
Está totalmente equipado con electrodomésticos, televisión plasma, nevera combi, lavadora y lavavajillas, microondas, secador de pelo, etc.

Desde el comedor se sale a una magnífica terraza de 40 m2, que consta de dos ambientes: una zona comedor con muebles de diseño donde disfrutar de sabrosas comidas al aire libre, y otra zona de relax o chill out, también equipada con muebles de diseño, donde poder relajarse después de una buena comida.

Desde la terraza se accede a otra terraza solárium con unas vistas espectaculares, y con dos hamacas para hacer una buena siesta o tomar el sol.

Dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio con ascensor directo al piso.

Fabulous family time

Fabulous week in this lovely apartment. Very well equiped with great outdoor space. A short walk to the centre with a great variety of bars and restaurants and a little further down to the beach and promenade. A choice of 2 supermarkets very close by too.

Ideal Location

A nice, 'albeit tired' apartment in a residential area with about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town Centre where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Other reviewers have mentioned the traffic noise from the road at the back of the apartment however this didn't bother us. There is an upper roof terrace which we found unusable as there wasn't any furniture, however the main terrace accessed from the living room is well furnished and is a lovely space.

Excellent base for a holiday in lovely Sitges near Barcelona.

The apartmentent is a 12 minute walk to the sea and the lovely beaches and walks along the front. A different direction takes you into the old town and the shopping district which is full of restaurants and the train station is in there too. Barcelona is a 40 minutes ride away. The apartment isn’t large but has everything you need - what is great is the large south facing patio and the roof terrace. We had a wonderful two weeks - Nuria met us there and was very helpful in getting us settled. You could almost get away with not needing a car as the transport systems are excellent - the tourist information desk at the train station was super helpful. Don’t forget the countryside behind the city if you do have a car. We went Girona overnight as part of our hol and the drive back through Olot was breathtaking.

great stay

We have just come back from a lovely 10 days in Sitges, staying at this wonderful apartment. Nuria was a great host and was very helpful. Everything you could need was provided, the washing machine and dishwasher were useful and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The pool area is lovely and very clean however as it is a residents block there are no loungers or umbrellas allowed and no inflatables in the pool. Everyone we met there was lovely and acknowledged us and we didn't feel like we shouldn't be there. My daughter even made a little friend who would play in the pool with her. There is a bus stop about 3 min walk down the hill to get straight to the train station in town, which saves a walk into town. The town itself is fabulous, everywhere we went the food was amazing and we were lucky enough to be there for the Fiesta Major which was an absolutely amazing night, with a parade and fireworks. The beaches are lovely and the closest one is about 10/15 minute walk and it's all up hill on the way back which in the August heat is quite a trek for us brits who are not used to the heat, but it was manageable. I would recommend this apartment as a great place to stay, very chilled holiday and would love to come back some day.

Great location and everything you needed both inside and out.

We stayed for 4 nights and wished it was for longer. Even though the weather forecasts showed clouds every day - we did see a great deal of sunshine. The apartment has everything you need. and our double bed was extremely comfy. The 2 outside areas were great - one for sunbathing and the other for keeping in the shade and dining out. We used the pool every day - cold - but fine if you swam. We swam in the sea, drank gorgeous cocktails at several bars and ate out 6 times - every single restaurant had fabulous food. We'd never heard of Sitges and came across it by chance when booking a last minute break - definitely intend returning. Just a shame there will not be enough room if our other two children come with us. We were a family of 3 this time, but normally our other 2 children who are adults, come with us as well. However , if we're only 2 or 3 - we'll definitely be coming back to this apartment. The owners were very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early as there was no booking in the morning. Sitges itself has over 200 places to eat - is very clean and well maintained and the beaches were also gorgeous - however already crowded even though not quite June! We hired a car as were flying in late and stayed in Barcelona the first night - however next time - will take the train if only 2 or 3 of us as reasonably priced and no way were we going to drive around Sitges. The supermarket was just a few mins walk away and and the centre of town around 10 mins walk away.

Muy buena estancia

La vivienda pequeña pero muy bien distribuida, limpia y confortable, con todas las comodidades como lavavajillas, horno, microondas, grandes armarios y por supuesto una enorme terraza para comer con un rincón chill out que hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Nuria es encantadora, muy buena comunicación con ella, pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos, ha sido muy agradable tratar con ella y con su hija Cristina. La urbanización tiene una piscina estupenda con un pequeño jardín y está cerca de la playa de San Sebastià y el pueblo.

Apartamento en perfectas condiciones, comunidad tranquila, la terraza junto con la piscina lo mejor, perfecto para unos dias de vacaciones para cuatro o incluso cinco personas. La ubicacion es correcta, fuera del bullicio pero cerquita del centro y de la zona del puerto. En general todo muy bien y el trato muy bueno y muy atentos. Gracias Nuria

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Dachterrasse. Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der Bahnhof ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und man ist in ca. 40 Minuten in Barcelona. Einen Abzug gibt es leider für die Straße direkt hinter der Wohnung, die nachts leider sehr laut war.

Fin beliggenhet i en veldig trivelig by. Kort vei til butikk som har alt du trenger.

Veldig hjelpsom vert, og svarte raskt på alle henvendelser. Fin leilighet med nydelig takterrasse. Rolig nabolag, men en god del støy fra veien som gikk på baksiden av huset. Enkelt å komme seg med tog til Barcelona. Stor og fin butikk like ved. Greit utstyrt kjøkken. Sengene var noe hard, og det var ikke så godt vasket ved ankomst. Kan absolutt anbefales, og vi vil nok tilbake til denne byen.

Séjour très agréables chez Nuria, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Très bien placé, 10 min à pieds de la plage et du centre ville, plusieurs supermarché à coté. Et le plus bien évidemment est cette magnifique et très grande terrasse.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying at the property. The large terrace and rooftop deck were amazing spaces, and the location was a short walk to the town center, beach, or wherever you wanted to go. Nuria was there to check us in and answer any questions we had, and the apartment had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Sitges.

well appointed and comfortable.The balcony has two levels. makes an excellent outdoor eating and socializing area. optional shades and plenty of seating. well kept plants. nice kitchen but needs a coffee maker. there is a pool also. the elevator is perfect. local cafes and easy access to town and beach. much to recommend

Sitges an eye opener

Nice quiet property handy for supermarkets pool and garden area were delightful road noise was Little inconvenient but we were aware of this before we arrived aircon was invaluable as the weather was very hot all in all we had a great stay

Stay in sitges

We are a family of four (two children under 5) and found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. Well equipped, very clean and great location. The terrace especially was a great space (we did block the stairs going up to the second terrace so that the little ones couldn’t get up there). The pool was also great and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is lovely and had everything that you need, very clean and cannot fault it. The balcony and sun terrace were very nice, it was lovely just to sit outside on a night, glass of wine and just talk. The only negative is the road to the rear, this is noisy and earplugs are needed. The apartment is a 10 minute walk into the town, which is lovely and friendly. Nuria was there to meet us and made us feel welcome. We will return.

Lovely apartment with perfect terrace

We absolutely loved our stay in Sitges, what a lovely town! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, well equipped kitchen, a huge terrace and a second one on top of the roof. Perfect to sit and search for shooting stars! Nuria and her husband Jordi are perfect hosts and easy to reach by phone or email. It’s a short walk to the beach and center of town. There you’ll find many restaurants, bars and nice shops. You’ll find 2 supermarkets just around the corner. We highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Nuria & Jordi!

Fantastic base to make memories which last a lifetime

My daughter and I stayed for 10 days whilst attending the Dance World Cup 2018, Nuria was so friendly and helpful and answered all the questioned I asked. Sitges is a lovely place to stay with lots of places to eat and drink. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities that you need, the outside spaces are great for eating in the evening or having a quiet 5 mins reading a book with a cup of coffee. The beds are comfy , the only downside is the road that runs at the back of the apartment, I wish I had taken the advise of the other reviewer who suggested earplugs but please don't let this put you off. The pool is a great added bonus and my daughter and I had it to ourselves most of the time. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 min walk which are stocked with everything you need. We are hoping to plan a return visit where we will have more time to explore and will definitely book this apartment again. Thank you Nuria for the use of the apartment and you time and kindness you showed us xx
