Se encuentra en un edificio antiguo completamente reformado en 2011, primer piso con ascensor. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, salón y baños, con bomba de calor.
Todas las habitaciones tienen dos camas de 200 cm x 90 cm que se pueden juntar.
El salón, amplio y luminoso, dispone de mesa de 6 plazas, dos confortables sofas de tres plazas cada uno y un sillón. La cocina americana anexa al salón tiene todo el equipamiento necesario, incluyendo lavavajillas y lavadora.
El balcón tiene vistas a una tranquila calle tipica mediterranea del pueblo y lateralmente se ve el mar y el famoso paseo.

Perfect stay

This place is really easy to walk to from the train and you really could not pick a better location. The old part of Sitges is a little fishing village area and this used to be a fisherman’s apartment. Only foot traffic allowed on the street which makes it nice and quiet. Perfect stay for family with adult children.

Lovely Apartment Close to the Beach

We loved staying in this apartment. The proximity to the beach was great, and the street was quite, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with two small children. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends traveling to Sitges.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sitges

The apartment was in an excellent location to resturants, shopping, bars, and beaches. The communications with the owner could not have been better.

Apartment in Sitges

Great location. Sitges has lots going on and nice beaches. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were smaller than we expected but perfectly functional for a 4 night break. Easy access to Barcelona. We would recommend this apartment.

We thank Julie for her review and the positive points of our apartment. This is a recent construction building so space is limited in the old downtown area so we preferred to get bigger surface to the living/ dining room and keep bedrooms 2 and 3 with double big beds (200cm x 90 cm each of the four beds) so guests could sleep comfortably.

The apartment was a great set up for families. Lots of space an in a great location. Unfortunately the place smelt very musty and it was overpowering in one room. All out clothes took on this musty smell and it honestly wasn’t very pleasant. Perhaps a ventilation issue or maybe the place had been closed up for a long long time. Soap would have been handy for the showers and while a dryer was not advertised - in winter I think it’s a must have for families renting for more than a weekend in winter. If the musty smell could be addressed this would be a top notch accommodation.

short stay in Sitges

We loved the location, just a half block from the beach. The apartment was cozy for 5 adults but adequate. It is on a small street in the Old Town that was closed to traffic so that, although close to everything, it was very quiet. It was well equipped but we needed to provide staples that it would have been nice to find in the apartment, such as paper towels and clothes pins for the drying lines. The manager was wonderful and very gracious when we needed to call on her to let us in after we had walked out without keys.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful three month stay in Sitges! My son attended a language school there and the apartment was so centrally located to everything we needed - his school was a short walk away as well as the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and the beach! The apartment is also set up nicely as it allows for privacy between the main bedroom and other bedrooms. Maria and Antonio, the owners and Samantha, the property manager were attentive and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed help with transportation. A truly memorable stay!

Perfect both times

I've rented this unit on two occasions in Sitges. Both times were wonderful. Located half a block from the Mediterranean-(which is visible from the balcony)- this apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and located in the heart of the old town- plenty of stores, restaurants, cafe. No car is necessary, all is within walking distance, including the train station. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a clean, modern space in the perfect location

Soy amante del mar y del Modernismo y en Sitges encontramos estas dos maravillas. Me encanta ofrecerte mi casa, que fué estudio de un pintor modernista y que se renovó totalmente en el año 2011, combinando el confort con la arquitectura exterior original.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Apartamento realmente especial, de construcción moderna en pleno centro de Sitges, en una tranquila calle a pocos pasos de toda la actividad diurna y nocturna, a 50 metros de la playa. Distribución interior muy práctica, con un gran salón con cocina americana, una habitación suite con el baño anexo y en la otra parte del apartamento las otras dos habitaciones con otro baño completo.
