Hermosa casa de Denver perfecta para reuniones de grupos grandes

La cocina con hornos dobles, una despensa de pared completa increíble, totalmente equipada para cocinar en grupo grande, permite algunas comidas en familia.
El comedor, construido a medida, cuenta con un increíble mostrador de bufet, Irish Bar, refrigerador de vinos y alberga una hermosa mesa de comedor extragrande con capacidad para 18 personas. El comedor cuenta con dos juegos de puertas dobles que se abren hacia el patio absolutamente magnífico de losa.
El patio de losas, abarca 3 mesas redondas con sombrillas y sillas para el asiento 14. Amplios asientos adicionales alrededor del fogón de gas incorporado. Luces al aire libre que cubren tanto el patio como el patio privado increíblemente grande y hermoso. Perfecto para juegos de jardín como Kan-Jam, lanzamiento de bolsas de frijoles y más --- día y / o noche (los juegos mencionados anteriormente se han proporcionado para su disfrute). Además, cuenta con un bar al aire libre y acceso a enfriadores de hielo muy grandes para su conveniencia. Con una gran parrilla de gas y un fumador para hacer barbacoas, un jacuzzi para 8 a 10 personas para relajarse después de un día lleno de diversión. ¡No se puede equivocar!

Artículos de bebé disponibles para su uso ---- cuna, asiento de auto, corralito, asiento de silla alta, juguetes y más.

Hemos tenido muchas reuniones deportivas en nuestra casa --- 7 televisores (la mitad inteligente, la otra mitad tiene un reproductor de DVD inteligente --- para los propósitos de Netflix) en toda nuestra casa para no perderse una sola jugada. Incluyendo un gran televisor al aire libre y un televisor en el comedor encima del Irish-Bar. Todos los televisores cuentan con cable.

Otra gran característica para grupos grandes es nuestro calentador de agua sin fin. ¡Nunca se quede sin agua caliente! Dos juegos de lavadora y secadora (una arriba en el baño principal y otra en el sótano). Tenemos tres espacios de vida (sala familiar, sala de estar y sala de recreo - mucho espacio para extenderse). Muchos de los hogares de Denver no tienen aire central (debido a las increíbles noches frescas de Colorado), pero tenemos aire acondicionado para mayor comodidad.

If I was rating only the property this would be a 5 star review. We loved the home and the back yard was stunning and exactly what we imagined for our daughter’s micro wedding. That being said, the rules set forth by this owner and micromanagement of our stay was extremely stressful, making it very difficult to relax and enjoy our event. We were instructed multiple times to read the rule book when we arrived (there are 4! Copies, 8-10 pages long). The book includes very direct language including threats of additional fines if you do anything wrong making it very hard to relax while we were there. One of the groomsmen accidentally parked in front on a neighbor’s house and we didn’t catch it right away. The host sent a strongly worded text and we immediately had him move his car. The neighbors watch the home like hawks and leered at everyone, making several of our wedding guests feel uncomfortable and our family on edge throughout our stay. The day of our event, an elderly neighbor was found opening our photographers car and was asked by the groom what she was doing and to leave the vehicle alone. I notified the host who then informed me that the neighbor had dementia (which we were not informed of prior). The host then proceeded to blow up my phone with texts chastising my son in law and accusing him of yelling at the woman. My husband convinced me not to respond as the upsetting ongoing texts were ruining the wedding for me. Never encountered a helicopter host like this!

Wonderful home, amazing backyard!

Shari’s home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion/celebration! The back yard is beautifully landscaped and they have everything you could want back there, from a fire pit to pool table to lawn games to wonderful seating areas to visit with everyone! I can’t say enough about this wonderful VRBO! And Shari is the best host I’ve ever encountered and a wonderful communicator! This home made our family get together the best time for everyone in my large extended family! Thank you Shari!

College Reunion in the Rockies

This is truly a one of a kind find. So much room for activities! A group of 9 descended upon Denver for a college reunion. The property was just as advertised and we had everything we needed (and more!). The host Sheri was always a text away and quick to respond. Weather was also perfect

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!

Seven adult cousins + spouses & a smattering of kids enjoyed our time together. Backyard was amazing!! Large dining room was great for serving meals. Convenient to downtown. Kitchen was a bit small and it would have been nice to have one more shower, but it worked! Owner was very communicative and great to work with.

"Too much fun"

I booked this place for our annual guys trip and it was incredible. The guys said it was too good of a place and they didn’t want to leave to see the town ! It has every amenity you could want and is super clean. Great communication and easy check in/ check out process. Thanks again!

This property was an in-town Oasis. The perfect house for multiple families. The hostess was wonderful at communicating and the house had everything you could ever need! Highly recommend staying with this host!!

Awesome property for a group

Awesome property to host a group. We were in town for a concert at Red Rock Arena and Whitewater rafting. Great central location with everything you need close by. Short ride to downtown Denver. Back yard was incredible, perfect place to relax and unwind after the day's activities, or stay busy with all the yard games. Highly recommended!

Destination Wedding

So we had our wedding party and friends stay with us. We all enjoyed our home away from home. The backyard was amazing! The dining table was so huge, it helped for last minute wedding preparation. Amazing property!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The house is welcoming and comfortable and the backyard is off the chart fabulous. Since our last day they added a gazebo which only adds to the beautiful setting in the backyard to gather. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is for a family gathering. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful

We held a large family reunion over a weekend. 14 of us stayed there. This place was perfect. There were spaces on the property where people could gather in small groups, and also the porch was large enough to let us all sit and talk comfortably together at once. The backyard had lots of room, and toys for our kids to enjoy. Inside, the dining room table was large enough for us to eat together, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. Our hostess was very responsive too. She responded to questions in a timely manner, both before and during our stay. Overall she was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend her or this property.

Great Denver stay

We were in Denver for a family wedding. This house was great for our 2 adult children, 3 grands and ourselves. Backyard area is amazing! We spent most of our time in the backyard. Easy drive to downtown Denver. Loved having basement with extra bedrooms. My only complaint is some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty & cluttered. Clean that up and it will be perfect! Host was always available through text or email right away and was very accommodating. We would stay there again!

Denver wedding

Sometimes when you book a property it isn’t exactly What you thought you were getting. Not the case with this house!!! It was better than I imagined! It was so well stocked and had such thoughtful touches! We had 7 adults and 3 kids that stayed and we had plenty of room!! It was wonderful and Shari was So easy to get in touch with! I would highly recommend this house!!

Great place for family

It is a small house in a modest neighborhood. But it has everything you need to host a large group comfortably. The outside space is amazing and the inside space seems to magically expand to accommodate everyone.

Great place a group

Loved staying here! It was a great place to spend time relaxing in the backyard and the hot tub. Loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Only thing that would do to improve the stay would be to put knobs on the kitchen cupboards and drawers, they were difficult to open.

I've lived in Denver since I was a little girl, my husband and I raised our 5 kids here and we truly love Colorado. We are now grandparents to 8 absolutely adorable grand babies with whom we spend as much time as possible. Our jobs take us to the St Louis area several months of the year so our kids talked us into trying the "short term rental" world and we LOVE it! We really love sharing our family home with people who want to make forever lasting family and friend memories (but who also respect that this is our beloved home).

We have been in our home and this neighborhood for a very long time, our home has undergone numerous renovations through the years and we always choose to add additional amenities yearly to assure our short term rental is amazing and unique in the Denver area. Our neighbors are considered family.

Our backyard has been described as a "sanctuary" and it truly is. We have 2 large gazebo's, one housing an amazing bar with 2 beautiful fire-tables and an outdoor TV, the other housing a brand new spectacular outdoor ping-pong & pool-table. In addition to the 2 gazebos are 2 other additional flagstone patios, one housing 2 large dining tables seating for 16, a large fire-pit and a comfy outdoor sectional facing the 2nd outdoor TV, the other patio area housing an outdoor poker/game table and an additional conversation area --- this patio sitting right next to the 8-10 person hot tub. It's a must see backyard.

What makes our place unique is definitely our backyard, its so beautiful and welcoming, truly a hidden treasure. You would never guess you are staying in the heart of a big city like Denver. We are conveniently located close to everything.
Downtown: 10-12 minute Uber or Lyft
DIA: 20-30 minutes depending on time of day
Red Rocks: 20 minutes
Ski Resort: approximate drive times from our home
Loveland: one hour.
Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Winter Park, Mary Jane: 1.5 hour. Vail, Beaver Creek: 1 hour 45 minutes

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. We offer a pet dander and pet allergy free home environment for our renters.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside our home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture and carpet cleaning fees beginning at $2000. You are welcome to smoke “whatever your heart desires” out on the flagstone patio area as long as you properly dispose of all smoking debris.

★ PARTIES/EVENTS/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We require all gatherings over 14 people total to be pre-approved, (often we do approve depending on details) sometimes we charge an additional "event fee", the fee is determined once details of the event have been discussed and approved. All parties/events/large gatherings MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
