Champa House - Easy access to Rino/Ballpark/Downtown

Enjoy our newly remodeled townhouse conveniently located just outside of Downtown Denver in the historic Curtis Park district. Whether you are looking for a place to unwind on our rooftop with excellent views of downtown and the Rockies or to have a central location for a friend’s weekend trip to Denver, our townhouse has a little something for everyone. We are located just two blocks over from the burgeoning RiverNorth (RiNo) restaurant and bar scene along Larimer and Walnut. In addition, the townhouse is located a few blocks outside of downtown and just a .5 mile (or 15 minute) walk to Coors Field. The kitchen is fully stocked and our TV has access to Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max and ShowtimeAnytime for all of your home comforts. While the rooftop deck is our favorite for the views and plant life, the townhouse also features two other balconies, one off the third floor and another off the kitchen on the first. This is a convenient and appealing spot for all kinds of travels and gatherings!

The place was beautiful, close to coffee shops and restaurants we could walk to, overall an excellent location in Denver. Host/property manager was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything!

This place was really special. it was clean and beautifully decorated. We were are comfortable and loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants and the Denver Central Market! great location and had good response from the host when needed. I highly recommend this place!

Had an enjoyable stay at host property which was near all the downtown entertainment and restaurants. Spacious unit which greater was for entertaining guest. Very nice excellent entertainment

Fun trendy spot in a great area of Denver!

My friends and I had such a fun time at the Champa house! Very clean, check in was easy, and the house was modern and very comfortable. Great mattresses. Outdoor deck with wonderful view.

Perfect for Denver Stay

Wonderful place for our first family trip to the area. Host communication was excellent, garage/home access super convenient and house was clean and most welcoming - so nice having coffee and some beverages already there! We went to two shows at Red Rocks, Boulder, Eldorado State Park and Garden of the Gods - all very easy drives from the house. Spent a good deal of time walking nearby as well...Central Kitchen and other good food options on Larimer is 5 minute walk and only about 10-15 minute walk from Coors Field after Rockies game. Whole Foods is a 5 minute drive with easy parking lot. We hope to be back before too long!

Super cool property in a great location.

This modern industrial house was perfect for our group of 8. Every couple had their own space and bathroom. The rooftop deck was great for evening hang out. Host communicated well. The house was in a wonderful location within walking distance to The Denver Market which has plenty of food options and less than a mile walk to Coors Field.

Good location and property

Stay was good. Communication with the owner was fast and easy (small check in issue with a door code). The initial listing was wrong. Luckily we had a few drop from our trip last minute so it didn't cause an issue. If everybody we planned for had gone, we would have been short 4 beds due to listing error but it appears it has been corrected.

Quick trip to Denver

Went to visit my son that lives in the area. There were only 2 adults in the home, so 2 bedrooms were not used. Great location! We enjoyed the very unique decor.. Beds were comfortable. Everything was user friendly. Nice having a garage to park in. Lots of natural light throughout the home. We would recommend to families for sure!!

Magical decor, walkable spot

We stayed here as a work team during a conference. The rooms being on separate floors with dedicated bathrooms made it private, and the common spaces were great for hosting hang outs. The decor is super warm and feels just magic to sit in. Note the bunk room is a little small but worked fine - and make sure to read instructions about the AC, that vertical house set up with so many windows benefits from you adjusting when needed. We were able to walk to central downtown and nice areas nearby, just note the surrounding neighborhood varies block to block, like a lot of Denver, so you can be aware of that in case of your comfort level walking certain routes at night, if you're new to the area, etc. We were comfortable the entire stay and really enjoyed it. Great spot!

Great location at a home with everything!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this property - there's ample space for everyone. What makes this property stand out are the details - soap at each sink, bath products in every bathroom, laundry pods for wash, pods for dishwasher, chargers all over for devices, and so much more. The plants and decor give the house such a warm and inviting feeling - we really enjoyed relaxing in the house. The location is great with a coffee house and deli across the street! A perfect urban home that we would stay in again!

Excellent property, friendly property managers

Our group consisted of 6 guys in town for the weekend. We selected this property for how convenient it was for activities in Denver. The process of booking and getting checked in were very smooth. There was some maintenance going on prior to our arrival, and the owners/property managers reached out in advance to let us know. The property is spacious, tastefully designed, and has an excellent rooftop for hanging out when the weather is nice. I highly recommend this townhouse!

The house was 10x better than even the photos show. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and perfect location. My kids were esp delighted to find sparkling water in the fridge and my 17yr old was delighted with the little basement apartment room. We loved out stay, thanks so much!
