Superbowl getaway

Great location within walking distance to the gondola. My son and I spent an amazing 4 days in this spectacular location. Thank you for helping make our Dad-son ski retreat a memorable one.

Jeff has a very nice place, modern, clean and accessible. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3. Spacious and very well equipped. Quiet, easy walk to the bus or gondola. Plan to come back soon .

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 weeks. The condo is very elegant and clean. We had everything we needed for a great time. The pond with adorable ducks adds a nice touch. We loved every moment spent in Hidden Creek Canyons Resort. It's an upscale area and has a lot of interesting events nearby. We would love to come back next year.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time! Communication with Jeff was easy and the studio looked exactly like the posted pictures. Everything was clean, beautiful and cozy. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to experience. Would stay here again the next time we’re in PCCV.

Great remodeled condo!

We were visiting my family who has a place in Juniper Landing. Just needed a nice spot to sleep. It was very easy to park and come and go. Very close to Waldorf as well where we also had friends staying.

great location, value and service at canyons

The home was clean and ready for our arrival despite arriving past midnight. Connie was terrific, very responsive and available. Nearby The Farm restaurant was awesome. Easy walk to bus, lifts and base. Nice roomy studio, everything we needed.

A perfect cozy getaway

The second we walked in it felt like we were right at home. The place was beautifully remodeled and it’s location was great. It was just a short distance away to the cabriolet lift, making it really convenient when going up to ski. Jeff was very responsive, allowing the process to be very smooth and enjoyable. Would most certainly stay here again!

Studio apartment has everything you might need. Walking distance to the gondola up to Canyons. Door to ski slope in 15 min. Easy to book and easy to access upon arrival. Could use better pillows.

Park City Vacation

This property is in a great location with easy access to the Canyons slopes. It is a very quick walk to the bus stop to go downtown or to PCM. Great condo. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Ski vacation w friends

This condo had all the amenities you need. Very convenient to the mountain, just hop on the bus outside or you can walk down to the cabriolet lift. Very easy to get around once you know the bus routes. Great spot if you don’t have a car. I will definitely be back.

Sleeping quality

A primary importance to me in renting a place is the quality of my sleeping experience. This unit Failed in that respect. The bed badly needs a new mattress and the pillows were as flat as pancakes. Also there was way to much light coming through the window shades at night.

Nice location to Canyons

Nice cozy place for two and very well furnished...but had a few minor annoyances: There was not a grill like the listing had. The TV cable box didn't work (no power), but I didn't contact the owner either as we weren't there to watch TV. The fireplace made a fairly loud humming noise, but didn't seem to be doing anything more than it normally does

Cozy condo in a great location

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We easily made breakfast every morning before skiing. There is a less than five minute walk to the Cabriolet to ski. Then at night when we went to dinner we either took an Uber or Lyft (they arrive in minutes) or the town bus (free) to Main Street in Park City. Jeff, the manager, was easy accessible when we had one question about how to work the washer/dryer. In addition, all the neighbors we met were really friendly and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this condo because of its ease of booking and location.

Wonderful accommodations

Great location and perfect condo for 2 people. Very well stocked kitchen and home with plenty of extra linens. Very clean. Owner easy to contact and responded promptly . Overall, a really nice place that I would definitely book again.

Not quite as advertised

The condo itself was nice and conveniently located a short walk from the cabriolet. Well stocked kitchen with cookware , coffeemaker etc. However , my major gripe was lack of hot tub access (the listing shows up as having a hot tub). I consider this a requisite for any skiing accommodations I book. The first access code we were given didn’t work . Then the second one didn’t work . Then the third one didn’t work. How many codes do I have to try ? Apparently the building manager changes the code every month and dropped the ball with getting the new code out . Whatever the case, it was extremely disappointing to ultimately never gain access to the hot tub. I asked for a partial refund, which as a rental property owner myself , seemed reasonable . No response .

This Studio was nothing short of excellent!.

My Wife and I really enjoyed this place. We rented it during the opening week of Sundance. First impression was nice and clean and updated. It was nice to have the little fireplace and the washer/dryer was a plus for sure!. The appliances were very nice and we were able to cook breakfast every morning before heading into Park City for Sundance. We rented a car but it was only a 5 min walk to the shuttle that circled into town. It was also the same walk to take the gondola up to Canyons Lodge for skiing. Jeff answered all my questions and responded very quickly all through the process before renting and while there. Highly recommended!

Clean, cozy studio. Great location. Close to Canyons ski resort.

This place is in great location and has all amenities you would need. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked. Can't say enough how accommodating and responsive Connie Barnhart, the owner, was! She was terrific. Condo is in nice setting, Close to Canyons ski resort, restaurants and activities at Canyons Village. We enjoyed summertime here very much. Would be great place for ski vacation as well.
