Great beachfront getaway

This is a great location, especially if you surf. The view from the balcony is amazing. The grounds are well kept with plenty of poolside & beachside seating options. There are also some restaurants within walking distance offering beachside dinning. I would definitely stay here again.

The View and affordability

Amazing property. Clean, extremely wellMaintained. very well equipped for cooking in And then of course there’s the view!! Makes it hard to leave to go into town!! A car is really a necessity although there are several walkable restaurants near by. Yes highway noise is sometimes unbelievable but once inside I had no problem with the noise.

Great for the ocean view

We enjoyed wonderful views of the ocean and a lovely pool. The condo needs updating and could have been cleaner (lots of stray hairs on the furniture, stain on couch). There’s a lot of road noise from trucks. Communication with the owner was thorough and proactive.

Great ocean view

I can’t thank Maria enough for her quick response when we reached out. The homemade guacamole was a nice treat when we checked in. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and pans. Convenience store right next door. We spent the whole day by the pool watching surfers and whales. Zippers next door had good food and friendly service. The only down side was the street noise with big trucks and their brakes. Would recommend for the ocean view and friendliness.

Views views views

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very spacious and had the most amazing view where we could see whales and surfers daily. The grounds were very well taken care of and the place felt secure. I would recommend renting a car as there weren’t many grocery stores walking distance. My husband loved that he could scout the waves from our balcony so it’s the most ideal location if you like to surf. The only downside of this condo was the adjacent highway was very loud. Lots of noise from the balcony. If you can get over the noise it checks all the boxes.

Surfers Paradise

Four surf breaks right out front of the condo all within a short walk or paddle. Zippers, Middles, the Rock, and Old Man's. Get up early and get on it! Then after a nice long surf session jump into the pool and hot tubs (there's 3 of them!). Afterwards spends hours on the 5th story patio with the binoculars watching friends and others tear up the waves! AC worked great in all rooms, Kitchen is well suited for cooking, we cooked 7 dinners (out of 9) at the condo. Have fun!

Excellent experience

We had a lovely time staying at Maria's condo. It was incredibly spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

Sub penthouse is a truly surfers Paradise

I think the place where the apartment is located is better than any hotel. Is in the middle of both cities. I personally like calm and less crowd this was perfect. Has its own heated pool, you can rent surf boards across the street, there is a mini store if you run out of something basic. The A/C works amazing the views are more than perfect. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Do not hesitate on renting the place.

Great Location, Surfing and views!

I travelled with a group of 5 adults for a surf and stay vacation. From the moment we landed we were blessed to be in Mexico. The condo location was easy to find- upon arrival we were greeted by friendly security staff and were instructed to park in a super convenient location from Melissa's condo. We were greeted with beautiful ocean views. The house was very clean- and we loved the cerveza, chips, salsa & guacamole touch! Melissa was quick to answer when we couldn't find the code for the surf locker. (It fit 4 boards!) Her place is literally on the beach- couldn't be easier to jump in and catch a wave. We made Sunrises every morning a spectacle from the huge patio. We even made friends with our neighbors on our patios. We lived on the patio, the round table was perfect for "family" breakfast, cocktails, and competitive games of cards. The A/C kept us super cool at night when we weren't hanging out with the doors open listening to the ocean. The pool was a great way to relax, the hot tubs were awesome because there are 3 of them! The tables on the beach made for perfect shady places to watch one another catch waves. Not to mention Melissa's place is a quick (3 minute) walk on the beach to Zippers next door for refreshing drinks and delicious ceviche. Definitely recommend renting a car to explore. Would be back in a heart beat! This Mountain crew loved every second of our beach vacatiOn, Thanks!

Beautiful beach location, average condo

We have stayed at Las Olas many times before and have always had a good experience. This time was different..the condo was on the 5th floor, street level and very loud! You can hear every car going by and the bar across the highway plays loud music until 2AM! The condo itself was ok, but needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly! Won’t stay here again unless on 1st floor where you might be a bit more protected from noise.
