2200 pies cuadrados de lujo frente al mar - ¡Precios especiales de otoño!

Espectacular condominio de lujo justo en la playa a estrenar a fines de 2007. Este no es su condominio 'cuadrado' promedio. Los acabados de alta gama incluyen gabinetes de aliso personalizados, piedra natural y granito, herrajes de níquel cepillado, iluminación empotrada en interruptores de atenuación, puertas interiores de aliso, armarios de madera de persiana de plantación, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. ¡La sala de estar es espaciosa con una luz tremenda que emana de los enormes controles deslizantes de vidrio que desaparecen en la pared, haciendo que el balcón de 600 pies cuadrados sea uno con la sala de estar! La isla central es el punto focal de la hermosa cocina totalmente equipada.

Tanto el dormitorio principal como el segundo tienen vistas completas al mar con puertas de vidrio de bolsillo que conducen directamente al balcón frente a la playa. El principal tiene una cama king-size y su propio cuarto de baño con bañera de gran tamaño. Las persianas de plantación se abren en el dormitorio y dan paso a la hermosa vista al Mar de Cortés. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen y su propio baño también. Un sofá de matrimonio en la sala de estar acomodará cómodamente a dos personas.

El Zalate Beachfront Resort tiene un paisaje tropical y se encuentra a pocos minutos de San José Del Cabo y a poca distancia en auto del aeropuerto. El complejo cuenta con un spa y 2 hermosas piscinas, una con entrada a la playa (ideal para niños) y otra de estilo infinito. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a un gimnasio en el recinto. El centro comercial adyacente a la propiedad consta de una cafetería, una tienda de conveniencia y un centro médico abierto las 24 horas. El gigante supermercado 'Mega' está a solo media milla de distancia. Varios restaurantes están a poca distancia. Puedes disfrutar de música en vivo y cenar en la arena en el Hotel Coral Baja al lado.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso completo a Vidanta Golf y Tennis Club, incluido su gimnasio y clases.

Thank you so much! Your condo was an amazing home away from home for us. We had the absolute best time, and will definitely recommend your condo to others. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, and the views all around were amazing even with construction. (July is low season and we were warned about construction, so it was nice to have set that expectation beforehand.)

What an amazing stay at Clares! The views alone made the trip special. The condo itself was well equipped and very homey, we had everything we needed from plenty of towels and blankets to cookware and beach supplies!

Relax on the Beach

Nice spacious unit with a large terrace balcony. Overlooks the two pools and long wide sandy beach. Direct access and a fun restaurant right next door. Close to downtown San Jose!

Whale of a good time

From the afternoon we arrived to the afternoon we left we saw whales. Sunrise from the deck is spectacular. The condo had everything we could have needed. The only downside was the busy road. It was very hard to walk until you got closer to the bigger resorts.

Week in San Jose del Cabo

Vactioned with our 2 college-aged kids. The property was spacious and clean just as advertised. We loved the large rear patio and the view! The location is convienient to San Jose del Cabo as well as Los Cabos.

A perfect vacation

First Timers

This was my husband’s and my first time visiting Cabo. Although the condo was rather large for the two of us, we do expect to return with our two adult children in the near future. The condo will be a perfect fit then. We loved the location, the restaurants and supermarkets were within decent walking distance for us. Our view from the condo was spectacular, we enjoyed several sunrises from the pool over looking the beach. The lack of crowds on the beach was a bonus. Clare was very easy to communicate with and made herself available for questions. Overall…we highly recommend this property.

Quiet Beach Condo

Great location on the beach. We loved our stay - close to Momma Mia’s for incredible food and margaritas and a good beach walk to Zippers. Morning sunrise is spectacular from the balcony or right on the beach. You can hear the waves crashing from your comfortable king sized bed. This was our first time skipping a 5 star all inclusive in Mexico and we’d definitely do it again. No hunting for a beach or pool chair!! Comfortable condo and we do hope to return. This is not a swimming beach but if you love nice clean pools and a hot tub you’ll be happy.

Great stay!

The condo is ideally situated beachfront and has an incredible view! The balcony is really an extension of the living area, and we spent the majority of our non-sleeping hours on the balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped and the master bath is very large and has ample storage. The condominium property is extremely well-kept and beautifully landscaped. We also felt very safe and secure. The property was very empty this time of year, and very quiet and peaceful. We work hard and we needed time to decompress and relax, it was achieved! My only critique is that some items could use some sprucing up a bit—such as throw pillows that are beginning to show signs of water and tear. Other than that, everything was terrific and I highly recommend this unit. The owner was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We definitely plan to return!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place

We just got back from a wonderful week at Clare’s place with our 2 and 5 year old kids. The house has everything we needed (including a pack and play!) and was spacious and clean. We loved spending time on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the crashing of the waves. Our kids wanted to spend every minute in the wonderful warm pool. All the neighbors were very sweet even though our kids weren't always as quiet as the complex :) We loved the location and ease of getting everywhere and yet feeling completely relaxed and out of the hustle and bustle of town. We would happily recommend Clare’s condo to anyone!

So beautiful and relaxing!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and well-kept. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful pools and ocean all while watching diving pelicans and whale spouts in the distance. The location on the second floor was perfect for us! We had a nice view and a short walk to the pool(s). The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated being able to just enjoy the space without having to run out and get basic supplies. The location is amazing with restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the nearby grocery stores (about 2/3rds of a mile). The owner was so helpful and kind. She made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time!

Great spot for our family of 5!

Our family had a great stay at this condo! This was our first trip to Cabo and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here. The condo was quiet and safe and perfect for families. Our kids (ages 5, 7, 9) had a fun time at the pool and the size and depth of the pool was ideal for them. Being steps away from the beach was very convenient and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance that we were able to check out as well. Clare was great to communicate with, always very quick to respond and accommodate. Mauricio, the property manager, was very helpful with any needs from airport transfers, to provisions, to any excursions we wanted; he had great local recommendations and contacts! The condo itself had a very nice layout layout for us and plenty of space; comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed. Overall, we were very please with our decision to stay here and we made lots of great memories on this trip. We hope we can return again soon!

Relaxing stay

This condo has a fantastic location, you can to the beach, breakfast, dinner or a fun time at a sports bar. The pool area is good and the views are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The cable was fantastic and we were able to watch our local football, basketball and baseball teams!

Absolutely loved this place! My 3rd time to San Jose and by far my favorite. Communication was excellent from property mgr and owner. Clean. Perfect location! Spectacular view. Condo has everything you could need. They even got groceries for me PTA. We will def be back!

I am from Dublin, Ireland and my husband is from Lyon, France. We have 3 kids, who absolutely love our beachfront condo. We live in Los Angeles, just a 2 hour flight from Cabo. We own 3 other vacation rental properties, one in Deer Valley, Utah, and the other in Lake Arrowhead and Palm Springs, California.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with the fabulous beachfront location at El Zalate. We bought our condo before the last phase was built in 2007. We stayed at El Zalate on 2 occasions and just loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. The resort was very kid friendly with the beach entry pool and we loved being just steps to the sand. The resort was never too crowded but yet we could go next door to Coral Baja if we wanted something a little more lively. The plans for the new phase were very impressive with really luxury finishes and we particulary loved the pocket doors off every room which disappear into the wall so the terrace and the interior become one. We were not disappointed with the result, only that we cannot get there as much as we would like due to work and school constraints.
