¡No busque más el lugar ideal de vacaciones de su familia activa en Lake Lanier, GA! Los grupos grandes aprecian tener 2 habitaciones principales con cama King (1 en el nivel principal y 1 en el piso superior), 2 habitaciones con cama Queen (en el piso superior) y una habitación enorme con 3 literas (en el sótano). El concepto abierto de cocina / sala de estar en el nivel principal tiene todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina, ¡lo que hace que cocinar sea una alegría! Relájese en el porche delantero o elija entre los tres espacios de la terraza trasera con vista al bosque y al lago, uno con una nueva parrilla Weber, un porche cerrado cerrado y otro fuera del área de recreación de ping pong a la sombra de un cornejo gigante. El patio trasero está completamente cercado para que pueda mantener seguros a los perros / niños pequeños. Los músicos de la familia apreciarán tener un piano y una guitarra disponibles para tocar durante el tiempo de inactividad.

Wonderful lake house!

Three families spent a fabulous weekend at this awesome home. So many things to do for children of all ages (grown-ups, too)! The two-story boat dock was a great place to relax and play games. The hot tub was brand new and had speakers and lights to boot. Plenty of space to sleep and the cutest bunk room downstairs for the kids. The house was spotless and the owner was so nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lake Lanier 2019

Enjoyed the house, the location, and the dock area. The owners were very responsive to some of the issues we had at the house. I would recommend they get some more trash cans because we had to make several trips to the dump with 14 people in the house. We also had plenty of parking with 6 different cars that were there. Loved Lake Lanier overall!!

Relaxing time away

We booked this house for our family to be together during our son's weekend wedding. The house was very nicely decorated and made us feel like home away from home. There was space for everyone to relax and a lot to do: ping pong, pool table, piano etc. It was a cool weekend but in the warmer weather you could really enjoy the dock and screened porch!! The beds were very comfortable and bedding luxurious. Super master bathroom suite upstairs. We would highly recommend this house. The grankids are wanting to go back again! 😁

Terrific home for a large group or family retreat!

First off, communication with the owners was fantastic! Grant replied to all messages within minutes. As for the house, this was our family’s first time renting a lake house and it did not disappoint! The rooms were all well decorated and spread out through the home. Plenty of room to stretch out. The house has a ‘great room’-style floor plan which easily accommodated everyone in the kitchen/dining/living room area for meals, games, TV, etc. The game room downstairs offered even more options! The party deck on top of the dock is a great place for hanging out, with a large table and plenty of chairs. We rented a pontoon boat from a local marina and took full advantage of the home’s direct water access. We would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Perfect home for any stay!

The property itself was amazing. Everything was placed neatly and organized. All instructions were clearly stated for the check-out process on the fridge. Game room is perfect for night time fun with the family and/or friends. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the awesome 2 level boat dock - perfect for tanning, swimming, or boating! If we had more time and were staying longer we would've rented a boat, for sure. The fishing and boat rides seem like a trip in itself. Location of the home is really nice - not too far from shopping centers or major highways; talking less than a 10 minute drive. When driving the area be aware of the hills. Make sure to not overwork your car because it can overheat. Definitely recommend this house. The owner was very cooperative and easy to get a hold of. Responded very quickly whenever we reached out.

Weekend trip

Overall, the property was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The only thing we felt was lacking were the minimal number of items provided to us. We travelled from California for a 5 day trip and therefore did not pack a lot of things. With how much we spent on the booking, it would have been nice for the house to be stocked with more than 2 trash bags, a couple single use dishwasher packs, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to go out on the first day and buy all of those things. Additionally, we found it strange that there was no Tupperware or other food saving items in the house. Finally, leading up to the trip was frustrating as the owners previous bad experiences with other renters led them to continually panic about our upcoming trip. All in all, wasn't a bad experience, just a little strange.

Great house on Lake Lanier

We rented the house for 4 families. There was plenty of room in the house and LOTS of room for parking cars. The bedrooms are large the basement bunk room was perfect for the 5 kids. The house had great activities with the ping pong table, pool table and foosball table. The kitchen had all of the essentials for cooking. The multiple decks were awesome for just visiting. The kids had a fantastic time on the dock. I wish we had been there in summer to enjoy the water. I really dont have anything negative to say. It is clear that the owners have tried to make the place homey and comfortable. We had a fantastic family reunion!!!

Nice hide away

Very nice home, comfortable and clean. plenty of room. You can park about 5 vehicles safely in the driveway if you have guest visiting you. It's on a long curvy road use your gps for sure. nice place to relax.

Fun & easy city family weekend getaway

We live in the city, and this was a perfect driving distance for us to get some outdoors without the hassle of traveling with little ones. It’s got all the amenities we needed, and lots of space for everyone to eat, play, and gather! The families that we shared this house with had a great time as well!

Fall Lake Weekend

Dream lakehouse

We've rented several lake houses over the years with friends, and this was by far the best! The house was spotless, beautiful and spacious, with tons of thoughtful amenities: a two-story private dock, well-equipped kitchen, high-efficiency washer/dryer, multiple TVs with Xfinity and Netflix, amazing entertainment options (including ping pong, foosball and a pool table), jacuzzi tubs in two bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The location on the lake was also perfect - not too far from a marina and about 30 minutes from Margaritaville, where there's a public pavilion/picnic tables and sand volleyball court nearby. We can't recommend this house enough!

Much needed lake getaway & perfect setup to do it!

Can’t say enough good things about this place!!! Perfect. We had 5 families & kids who had a blast at this Lake Lanier property. Owners were awesome. Answered texts immediately when I had a question. We rented a boat & docked it there for couple days. Easy quick access to the lake. Kids had a blast jumping in off the landing. Playing pool, ping pong, & football kept them busy as well. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful house & amenities. Will definitely recommend & come back.

great house for a family reunion

Our family loved this house. It has both a pool table and ping pong table which our competitive members. Cooking we be going on in the kitchen, one group would be watching something on the video screen, and a wild ping pong game would be going a few feet away.. We particularly enjoyed the dock. The Cove is very private and quiet, but the water is very deep. We could float together for hours in little groups, just catching up on family doings over the last year. And good water skiing was just a hundred feet beyond the dock. It was perfect. A perfect vacation. A perfect location. A perfect family. Thanks for making this home available to us! The borra family.

Perfect For Families!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family vacation! 6 adults, 5 kids, 2 babies and 2 dogs. The basement area was absolute heaven for the kids when we weren't out on the lake. There was plenty of room upstairs for everyone to gather at mealtime. All bedrooms were large and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with every type of utensil we needed, pots and pans etc. We especially enjoyed the dock area...swimming, fishing, feeding ducks, etc. The home is tucked away in a quiet cove which provides shelter from boat traffic....everyone enjoyed hanging on the dock EVERYDAY!! My sister-in law who lives nearby was able to pick us up by boat each day for wakeboarding, wake surfing, pulling little ones on floats and more swimming in the middle of the lake. We have visited this area many other times but this is the first time we have rented a house in lieu of hotel or staying with family. We will be reserving this house again ... every time we come!! It felt like our home away from home!

Greetings! We are a family of four and live an hour south of the lake in Marietta, GA. We frequently go to our lake house for personal use and to entertain friends and clients. So, you will find the home well maintained with all the comforts of home available.

My wife, JoJo, and I both come from big adventure sports families. So, when it came time to buy a lake house, we wanted to make sure it was big enough for large families, reunions, groups to enjoy many forms of indoor and outdoor recreation.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have aging grandparents on both sides of our family, we wanted to make sure that there was a master bedroom on the main level and that the walk down to the dock was gentle and easy. What we love about the house is how many great spaces there are for relaxing, playing games/sports and toys for all ages on the lake.
