It was our first time going to a lake, we have been going to the beach for years, and we loved it! The house, boat dock and location was great! It's peaceful and very relaxing. Colby was great with questions and quick to respond. We had a great time!

We loved our stay here. The home was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for cooking and such. Our kids loved the foozball table. We plan on staying here again in the summer!

This was a very nice cottage like home. Our Host was very helpful and immediately available. We rented the boat which was a huge plus. The Cobalt boat was in very good condition. We would rent again.

We had an amazing stay! Really clean, spacious and the dock was great to swim off! Colby kept in great contact. This place has everything you need for a Great Lake stay. We didn’t take the option to rent the Jet Ski’s and boat but will definitely be back!

Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!

We were all in our 70s so just the stairs were alot, but that is only because we are old! We emjoyed the dock & the porch everyday. View is beautiful

I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Very nice location, very quiet, enjoyed the porch and the golf cart.There were a few broken things- a drawer in the kitchen and one of the lounge chairs. The cleaning before we checked in was rushed and not thorough, but the owner had it recleaned that night. The AC was difficult to control because the downstairs got very cold in order to keep the upstairs cool.Overall, it was a great stay!
