Very happy with rental

I loved that these condos were modern and newer, the beds were very comfortable and my friend and I loved the kitchen and the fireplace. The stove was easy to use, the water stayed nice and hot quickly, we both said we would definitely stay again. We also appreciated the prompt communication with management or the owner. The only minor things were the broken kitchen table chairs and broken window, probably could use an update at some point. Over all, excellent price and great location.

Great location with missing amenities

The property location was great but unfortunately we did not have a working TV (which was advertised) to be able to watch the Super bowl, the hot tub was more bathtub warm, and the home had pretty severe temperature ranges. Either extremely hot or extremely cold. The temperature was likely user error, but not having the ability to watch the game or use the hot tub was very unfortunate.

Clean and tidy and great location. Was gutted to find no gas on the BBQ after buying all of the meat. Flipping a steak overlooking the snow was on the bucket list for this trip.

Love the mountains

Nice place that is accurately described in the listing. 2 bedrooms with 4 beds made it nice for a group. The parking garage is convenient, especially when there’s weather. Enjoyed the community jacuzzi each night after a full day on the slopes I’d stay there again.

We had to wash our own sheets as soon as we arrived, toilets had poop on them, DONT book this place!

not sure where to begin, the only positive thing was the location right in middle of mammoth, walking distance to Eagle lodge and basically at the base of Mammoth Mtn. Upon arrival we entered a very dark condo none of the light bulbs where very bright so was hard to see and a few of them flickered the whole time or didnt work at all. We got all our stuff inside and then noticed that their was long dark hair EVERYWHERE in both bathrooms, floors/ showers/ toilets etc. The toilets had blood and poop on the rims when you lifted the seat up. I was in disbelief so we started looking around the place. Sheets were NOT washed, they smelled and had hair and stains on them. As we were walking around we noticed our feet getting dirty and straight dirt sticking to our feet, the floors had not even been vacuumed or mopped! we took a pic of our foot after having walked around the place and it was really gross, we had to wear shoes inside at all times. Dishes were left in the dish washer from the previous person, i mean come on! I tried to stay calm and just wash the sheets and vacuum myself but then the vacuum in the place didnt have suction to work! We were given ONE load worth of laundry soap so we used in on the sheets. The back door was unlocked when we arrived which felt sketchy and there was trash under the TV and Bed in master. NO INTERNET or TV, nothing worked the 3 days we were there. Needless to say I asked for the cleaning fee back, ive never experienced anything this disgusting

I loved the location. It was walking distance to Eagle Lodge lift. The space was nicely heated. It has underground parking which was a big plus and it was right next to the jacuzzi.

Decent place but lacking

We had not hot water or internet, and Vacasa moved us to another place which was even worse in other areas. Worst part is that the property owners knew there was not bit water for almost a week before our arrival, and these owners didn’t bother to tell Vacasa. Would have been good to know before our arrival, so we could arrange something else, but I guess they figured they would take a chance in case we don’t notice …. ??? That’s for adding more work to our trip!

Terrible Management

Its really sucks when the VRBO is nice and stocked but the management company is terrible. The first day we arrived no WIFI or internet as advertised, so I called Vacasa the management company to let them know. They said " we will get back to you". Next day I call them back and they say sorry its a complex wide issue and they are waiting on cable provider to come out. So i go next door and ask 2 neighbors, both had internet. They straight up lied to me. Next day they said they would send out local manager and he never arrives. Such a bummer to have a good owner and a bad manager. Hopefully in the future the owner will get new management.

Great location to Eagle express, but description about cable & media were somewhat correct in that internet is intermittent or non-existant, although the other condos had service. Found womes soiled panties in the guest closet.Also in the description it was said to have cable & media. Those both NEVER WORKED & when I reached out to Vacasa they told me they were going to take care of it. When after 3days of not hearing or seeing any action, I reached out everyday by the way. After inquires to any action, I asked for some compensation & was told it would be referred. Haven't heard anything from since.

Stay in February 2024

The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The heater was a bit hard to figure out. It was driven by the fireplace. It took a while, but it eventually warmed up. It was convenient to Eagle. Vacasa evidently does not provide much other than the basics for the kitchen. We were given 2 coffee filters for 3 mornings. When I called to see if we could get another the answer was no, they don't stock the kitchen. Disappointing. We improvised with a paper towel. Not sure I'd rent from Vacasa again.

Newer complex so unit was in good shape. Kitchen supplies seemed a little light. Hot tub was really nice and hot but had only one jet working. And satellite TV wasn’t receiving so only had streaming options for watching TV.

Great place, will stay here again

Contrary to prior reviews, there were no bugs. The unit temperature was perfect. Internet is excellent. (12/MB days and 350MB eves). Quiet and convenient location. 5min walk to eagle lift. Will stay here again if unit is available. Complex is on the mammoth lakes trail system, which was awesome for getting around quickly.

Don't Stay Here in Summer.

Unit is good, except for lack of screens on windows. With no AC and daytime temps in 80s, open windows is a must for evenings. Unfortunately, mosquitoes are plentiful and fill the room with open windows and no screens. Management company was of little help, only politely giving us "I feel your pain" replies to texts. They have weak local response. Don't stay here during warm summer days.
