Good bank for the buck

WE were four guys on a ski trip, and it held us well. Nice to have essentially 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and two baths. The 2 using the upstairs shower said it wasn't good. I burnt my pancakes on the old electric stove with poor heat control until I was able to dial in the.heat. And we couldn't get stations on the television, but we didn't pursue a solution, as it wasn't that important to us. Overall, decent digs for the

Not what we expected

Beware…false advertising. The listing clearly states Hot Tub, however it was out of service. I understand this is an HOA issue but the owner should have made this clear before we booked. We would have stayed somewhere else if that was the case. Heater in the downstairs bedroom was broken. Management came by to check it and was unable to get it working. Friends had to sleep upstairs on the couch to stay warm. Unacceptable Water pressure in the shower upstairs was non existent. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

Not clean and uncomfortable beds

The fridge was left with a bunch of food in it from the previous tenants. There were not enough towels for our group. The overall cleanliness was not good. Various cobwebs throughout, in the living room, in the lamp downstairs. The spa was not working. The beds were not comfortable. Spend way to much on this condo for what we got

could be an awesome place... but it needs remodeling

Pros: great floor plan, spacious home, great location. Cons: apartment is **very** old and needs TLC. Walls are old, kitchen is old, TV connection to internet is old, baths are old. Heating works very well but it is very noisy. No space for clothing (all occupied by owner).

Alright place, not a great deal

Pros: - Location (duh) - Comfy couch. - Decently stocked kitchen in terms of plates etc. - Dishwasher is nice when you're feeding a lot of people. - Clean when we got there. - Overall as advertised. Cons: - Quite drafty. - Most of the beds are pretty uncomfortable. - Pretty small kitchen. We made it work but feeding seven people was a bit tricky (and it's hard to have more than two people working in the kitchen at the same time). - Not a huge place. If you're filling up the house I hope you are spending most of your time outside. - Cost. Maybe this is a complaint about the market but this just isn't a good deal for its price. There are two bedrooms with doors that close to the living room, one of which has the squeakiest beds I've ever slept on (which are also unevenly hard -- I say as someone who likes a very firm mattress). - Misc. other things worth noting that didn't influence my rating. - If you're there in the winter, watch for black ice in the parking lot! You're in the mountains, it's going to happen. - The hot tub is _hot._ Feels good when the air is freezing (and makes the walk back easy) but also... _hot water._ No idea if it actually closes at 10, we were doing early mornings to maximize daylight. That and natural hotsprings. - Two parking passes can be annoying if you weren't able to carpool but the parking lot is within walking distance.

Loved it!

Loved this place! Was spacious & can fit a lot of people. Loved having a loft which made 3 floors! My sister & I went with my teenage kids in August & it was perfect. Its in a great location close to the town. It's also the corner property which adds a little more privacy. Overall a great vacation home & well worth the price which was reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. 😊

Decent for what you pay. I had to wash the dishes that were put away because they were still dirty (some of them). Check in was a little scary because I had an email confirming my stay saying I’d get an email with check in instructions and I never got it. The I structuring didn’t come to me until hours before checkin. So I was scared I’d get there and be able to check. The location was great… we walked to the village and hung out (walk was about 7 minutes). Overall, for the price and location I’d stay here again

Nice stay near the village

Great location for walking to the village (5 mins). Good amount of room inside, small but well stocked kitchen, nice fireplace and living room. Shuttle stop is also right outside of the parking lot. Good proximity to Village gondola/Canyon Lodge for on mountain activities.

Nice place for the cost! Great location just above the village and near the Brewery. Plus quick access to the mountain by either Gondola or driving.

Big, could comfortably sleep 6-7, and was a paradise for my daughter and me. The Spa ain't great...

I loved the amount of space. And how close it was to the bus to the Gondola, or to the gondola if you are willing to walk. It was much bigger and more comfortable than advertised.

Good location but is an old property

The check process was really good. The property management sent us an email with all the details - gate access code, wifi and password, parking requirements etc. There were a few issues with the property. First of all, the heater was not working properly in the lower levels. There were space heaters provided but there were no temperature settings so it was either getting too hot or too cold. Second the beds were really bad. They were making a creaking noise for the slightest movement. None of us had a good night's sleep. Given how expensive it was, I would have expected better quality.

Lovely and Cozy

Very cozy and private. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels, blankets, and even portable heaters were made available (in case the central heating system was not enough). It was very close to most restaurants. We will be back. Thank you.

Gets it Done

Although the unit is a little dated. It’s in a great location next to shopping the Village and close to the Lakes. A couple of things needed to be fixed. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to use. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom was a little wobbly on the foundation that should be addressed. In addition directions to the unit were a little tricky since we checked in fairly late at night after going to the blues concert .
