Esta casa fue completamente remodelada en 2018 con una nueva cocina, baños, pisos, pintura, etc. Se encuentra en un lote privado y bien cuidado con vistas al norte y al oeste del lago Upper Gresham. La cocina se abre a la sala de estar y al comedor y tiene excelentes vistas del lago a través de las ventanas del piso al techo. Gran tercer dormitorio con literas empotradas de doble tamaño y sofá cama. Cómodo proyectado en el porche para las cálidas noches de verano. Menos de 10 millas al centro de Boulder Junction y al centro de Manitowish Waters. 20 minutos a Minocqua

Holly’s place was great! Tranquil and peaceful but close to Manitowish waters and Boulder junction. Would definitely stay there again.

LOVED this home! The instant you walk in, it’s so peaceful. The lake view is unreal. The house is stocked beyond belief. The beds are amazing! It’s so awesome to walk a few steps and be lakeside. I could go on and on! Holly is so sweet. We loved our stay. Will most definitely stay there again!

Perfect lake getaway

Truly can’t beat the views from this property. The house is spacious and well maintained. Communication with the host is easy. We always thoroughly enjoy our stay and are sure to catch some fish from the dock. We will be definitely be back.

Perfect family lake getaway

Our return visit to this property did not disappoint. The layout of the house is great for multiple family members. The place is clean. You absolutely can not beat the views. The fishing off the dock was fun not only for the kids, but adults, too. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Destination

Everything about this property is as advertised. Great place for a winter retreat. Enjoyed time on the lake as well as in the cabin. Very quiet northern WI winter vacation destination. Thank You Holly for making this property available and being so accommodating.

Family vacation

This was a perfect stay for our family. We loved being right on the water with great access right out the door for fishing and swimming. The yard is clean and spacious, we spent most our time outside. The house was very clean the open concept kitchen living and dining room was perfect for set up for a large family. The bunk room is huge great space for kids and has plenty of room for grandma too. Highly recommend !

Wonderful Stay

What a great place in the Northwoods. Our family enjoyed this property so much. The rooms were great. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. But the best part was the access of the lake. It was perfect for our kids to swim (ages 2,5,6,9). It was shallow and sandy and we spent most of our time there. We also enjoyed watching the bald eagles frolicking over the lake. We will be returning here again.

Great stay up North

Our family enjoyed our stay at Holly’s property. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for adults and kids. Bunk room was huge and great space for kids. Communication was wonderful. Kitchen stocked with all utensils needed. Bring things like butter, cooking spray, spices, etc. if you’ll be cooking. Nice to have washer and dryer for use. Views were great even in winter and I’m sure being right on the lake in the summer would be amazing! We’ll have to come back!

We spent just over a week at the lake home. It is a spacious home and well appointed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. They even left a pantry closet empty so guests have a place to store their dry goods and there is a second refrigerator on the back porch for guests to use.The bath and bedroom linens were high-quality. The driveway is big, but not large enough to turn around with a boat trailer. There is a shared public space to turn around and back your trailer in about 100 yds before you get to the property. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a nice dock area with deep access and electricity nearby to charge your marine batteries. The yard is large, but due to high water, we were not able to use the areas near the shoreline and traversed steel platforms to get to the actual dock. This was not the owner's issue - mother nature. The location is very private and close to trails, stores and restaurants. Fishing was on par for the time of year; lots of panfish and small mouth. The lake is super clean and holding its ground with invasive weeds. Probably one of the least weedy lakes we've experienced in a long time (in Vilas County). No firewood is provided, but just down the road you can get a near-pick-up-load for less than 50. We would stay here again and will send the owner's a few thoughts on things that could make it even better. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Bicycle heaven

Excellent location on end of peninsula with a lot of shoreline for fishing, swimming and boating. The house is well designed for privacy and for communal gatherings. Beautiful views in several directions including both sunrise and sunset. We rented a pontoon boat which was very nice for getting out on the lake. We brought our bicycles from Madison. This area has many, many miles of paved cycle paths through the woods. That feature alone will bring us back to Vilas County. Thank you Holly for your guidance while staying in your rental property on Upper Gresham Lake. Great time had by all!

Absolutely perfect!

This property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly! All on one level. A completely updated ranch beautifully situated on the end of the point. So quiet, private and peaceful, the only exception being the steady parade of wildlife going by. What fun! Every time we looked out a window, something new and interesting could be seen. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. No clutter, just everything we needed. We’ve done a lot of vacation rentals over the past 10 years and this was hands down the best equipped we’ve ever had. No emergency runs to pick up missing items. All was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen includes a suite of Jenn-air appliances. The dishwasher worked perfectly! If you’ve rented in the past yourself, you know what a rarity this is. And most appreciated when you mean to spend every minute with family and friends, focused on vacation activities. Thank you Holly and Geri for making our stay perfect.

Great Views and Peaceful

I stayed here with my family, three younger kids, and we really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and has great kitchen appliances (I made all 3 meals everyday we had been there as i love to cook). My kids loved the bunk bed room. The property was amazing, super quiet on the end of the peninsula, you felt lots of peace and quiet while fishing off the two docks. We didn't have the best of luck fishing while up there which was really discouraging for the younger kids but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Lots of bald eagle activity on the lake and lots of squirrels and chipmuks on the property to keep my kids happy.

Spacious and inviting

Gorgeous location on the water at the end of a point on upper Gresham lake. We had two couples; each couple could have privacy when they desired because of the sprawling floor plan. New Jenn-air appliances in great kitchen. Great spot . Would definitely return!

Beautiful location

This property was just as described. We had a wonderful time as the house was exactly what we needed. The kids had a great time catching fish off the dock. My son caught his first northern plus there were tons of pan fish. I wish there was adequate swimming but understand the high-water level may attribute to the lack of beach area.

Great location for snowmobiling

Great house that sits at the end of a peninsula. Perfect size for 2 families of 4 - each couple had private bedroom, and 4 kids shared a large room with two double-sized bunk beds. Great communication with owner. Easy access to snowmobile trails.

Beautiful piece of property: tranquil

This was a lovely property at the end of peninsula. It was very private. Kitchen was well-stocked. The views were amazing! Wonderful bike trails. We rented kayaks. I give this place 5*’s.

I fell in love with the Northwoods when I was a camper and a counselor at a nearby camp. My children now attend camp in the Northwoods. My husband and I spent so much time in the area, we decided to purchase a home.

The location of our home is truly special. I fell in love with the lot the minute I saw it, and so has pretty much everyone who has visited our home since we purchased it.
