EL ÁREA AL AIRE LIBRE ...

"Villa Josine" cuenta con un área al aire libre increíblemente privada y espaciosa, exactamente el ambiente tropical que está buscando durante sus vacaciones en Key West. Relájese en la resplandeciente piscina climatizada estacionalmente con amigos y familiares con una bebida en la mano. Sumérjase en la hermosa piscina de sol de Florida o cene al aire libre a la sombra en la terraza trasera con capacidad para ocho personas. "Villa Josine" ofrece 4 amplias habitaciones, cada una con su propio cuarto de baño privado y ropa de cama nueva y cómoda. Las 2 habitaciones de la planta baja ofrecen una cama King y 2 gemelas, mientras que las 2 habitaciones ubicadas en la planta superior ofrecen una cama King y una cama Queen, respectivamente. La zona de estar y comedor de concepto abierto es el lugar perfecto para que los amigos y la familia se reúnan y se relajen en una comodidad inigualable. El enorme techo abovedado en la sala de estar brinda a la casa una sensación excepcionalmente espaciosa, y las grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio ofrecen una gran cantidad de luz natural. Con el Pino del Condado de Dade, esta casa es la combinación perfecta de comodidades modernas y el encanto de la "Ciudad Vieja".

La cocina del chef ofrece lujosas encimeras de cuarzo blanco, estantes abiertos y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera calidad. La isla se dobla como una barra de desayuno con banquetas para 4 personas y el área de comedor contigua tiene capacidad para 6 personas.

Beautiful house. Good sized bedrooms; and, the all en-suite baths, and the 1/2 bath in the common area, were perfect. Kitchen is nice and has the tools you need, not a lot of extras but enough. Pool is nice, albeit small. Just enough to cool off with a drink. The location of the house is perfect - very easy to get downtown or out and about. The host/manager was easy to work with and available, if needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked Villa Josine for a bachelor party with six other people. The experience was second to none - first at foremost, the interior and exterior were extremely well kept and pristine. The inside features high ceilings and a spacious living room/kitchen area that elevates entire experience. The pool is a great addition and created lasting memories. Finally, this property is within walking distance (~10 to ~15 minutes) to the water and nightlife areas. Furthermore, we felt extremely safe the entire time that we were there, and the property management company was very responsive. In my opinion, six-seven people is the ideal amount for this property in order to ensure that everyone is comfortable. I can confidently recommend Via Josine to just about anyone!

Best way to be home away from home

Each suite is private and you have one common area that is wide open. Show from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room to the deck to the pools all in one place all in one eye line Everybody can be doing something a little different, but still be together. House is spotless. Guess the rooster is a character. The neighbors are friendly. Walking distance to everything made it easy to get to where we needed to go without putting everybody in and out of car. The staff answered questions so quickly they were very accommodating and communication was clear contain and very friendly.

This home has a great location for everything! Walkable to alot of diferent things as well! Home was spcious and has a very relaxing back deck and pool area. Parking is tight but we did squeeze in a small car and 2 golf carts. Definately would stay here again!

Really beautiful!

Loved this property and would come back. Stayed with 8 of us...all adults. Back deck and pool were beutiful and clean. Location close to everything! The house was on a very cute and quiet street. Super clean, gorgeous appliances and the kitchen was very well stocked.

The pictures on the website looked nice, but once we entered the home, we were very happy. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living area was also large and very comfortable, and the pool was absolutely perfect a very private oasis. Most important was how clean home was. Although we never actually met property management in person, they were completely friendly and very accommodating.

An amazing and beautiful home in a great location!

I can’t gush enough about this property and the location. The house was beautiful and amazingly clean. The pool and back yard were so relaxing and beautiful. The location was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do and offered a quiet and relaxing setting that was just far enough removed from the busy areas. The management company was extremely helpful and shockingly responsive. We will absolutely be back and I have been telling everyone I know that if they are going to Key West that this is the place to stay!

The Villa is so well maintained and beautifully decorated and remodeled inside. Everything was top notch. We loved all the artwork! It is nicely laid out, room for everyone and places to get away from another if needed. It is very well stocked in all the rooms. The linens are wonderful too. Not cheap and inexpensive like other rentals we have been in. The kitchen has everything you would need. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The pool was an added plus and we all used it multiple times everyday. It is super clean as they have weekly pool service. The parking was easy especially if you have an extra car that needs parking on the street. But the parking area included is larger than we thought. We had 2 golf carts that fit nicely. The Villa is in a great area so we pretty much walked to dinners in the evening. It’s very safe as well. It was fun to have the carts to get into town. Everything is so close! Every restaurant we went to was excellent. The Historic Key West Rental company was a joy to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. They even arranged our cart rental for us. Their concierge Cindy was beyond helpful! She sent out a huge list of things to do and see while in Key West. I can’t wait to go back and spend more time exploring the town and especially staying at Villa Josine. I would not hesitate staying at any of their properties. They are a fantastic group to work with! I loved the fact that they really made you feel welcome and were happy you were there. Great experience!!

Villa Josine Rental

Whoever remodeled this property spent their money well! It was the perfect spot for our four couples to reunite, relax and enjoy Key West. The location was great, far enough from the bustle of tourists but close enough to walk to attractions and transportation. Highly recommend!

One couple did have to sleep in the twin beds. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Nice to have laundry especially since it poured rain. We were able to get both our cars in the driveway without hanging over the sidewalk. House is 3-4 blocks off of Duval. We never used our cars. Will rent again for sure!
