Amazing Beach Front Property

We stayed in this property with our business partners for a corporate get away. This beautiful condo was spacious and had everything we needed to relax, restore and refocus. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the Destin area.

This is the nicest condo in which we have ever stayed. It will be our condo of choice in the future. Absolutely beautiful with lots of room & plenty of bathrooms. Great location. Best beach vacation ever!

Beautiful Place

This was a nice property. There is only 3 units per floor, so there was not a ton of people. Elevators were quick and available. The check in/out was easy and convenient. I would stay here again!

1503 family vacation

Multi family vacation easily fit 10 with good amount of space. Did need a few extra blankets which would be the only thing needing some thought which for us was a simple fix of getting a blanket from Walmart. Beautiful views, good pool and the most comfortable master bed in the master bedroom. Loved it!!

Stunning, elegant and breathtaking property... the penthouse indeed and much more! An annual vacation spot for our family and first time staying at this property. It was extremely accommodating and a must repeat with the kiddos! My husband and I spent a long Wedding Anniversary weekend and enjoyed the modern amenities in the property and a walk away to our beach. A must see for anyone, friends, family or just a romantic weekend!

The Campbell Family vacation.

I kept the penthouse a secret from my family. They thought we were staying in a regular two bedroom condo. When they walked through the door, their eyes opened wide and mouths dropped. It surpassed their expectations to say the least. Hands down the best place we have stayed in Destin. The only negative that kept me from giving a five star rating was that the jacuzzi in the master bath did not work. We called the property management team and informed them of the problem and they said someone would fix it usually within 24 hours. They never came 😢. Definitely, I would recommend the penthouse 1503 and Emerald Towers to anyone.

The property was amazing. As advertised. Our vacation was wonderful up until Hurricane Michael ran us off. We considered riding it out because this place was so great. But never being in a hurricane made that hard to do!! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy what little time we had in this condo!!!

Stunning property. Breathtaking views of the Gulf

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. From the moment you walk in, you will see the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The condo is very spacious, extremely well kept & clean and decorated with such class. It is remarkably beautiful. You can tell that someone really took their time decorating this home and filling it with beautiful & comfortable furniture and artwork. I found the atomosphere to be very tranquil & welcoming. The master bedroom and bathroom are just fantastic. The master bathroom is basically your own personal spa, that you just have to see to believe (includes a sauna!). We left very well rested, as each of the rooms have very comfortable mattresses & bedding. It is also worth mentioning that each of the spare rooms all have full bathrooms attached. Having the beach so close was a tremendous help with our young children & the pool is also very nice. We spent most of our days relaxing on the gorgeous beach & ultilizing the beach chairs, which was so helpful. We found the beautiful gourmet kitchen to be very handy when we prepared our meals (it was equipped with all the cooking essentials!). We also found that the location was prime for some really great restaurants. The use of this condo was very streamline and easy, perfect for a small group or family. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. Our stay was just amazing, infact, we loved it so much, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Best Vacation Ever

Words can’t adequately describe how great this place is. For starters you get the million dollar view from the 15th floor of the whitest sand beaches and emerald green waters I’ve ever seen. The Unit itself is extremely clean and beyond luxurious. From the floor to ceiling windows everywhere, to the fully decked out master suite (with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach, steam shower and sauna) to the gourmet kitchen, and spacious open concept design; the Unit exceeded even our highest expectations. The spacious Unit was ideal for our family vacation with our 4 and 6 year old as the ample space made even our inside time stress free and enjoyable. In addition to the Unit, the resort facility had great common amenities. My 6 year old son was excited to see the large community pool with a 9’ deep end in which we spent countless hours. The resort facility also had a good size gym overlooking the beach and nice tennis courts on the north end to accommodate some active time. Last, but not least, is the huge white sand beach just steps away. We’ve been on numerous Caribbean vacations with great beaches but nothing compares to the sand in Destin. Walking in that sand was like walking on powder. We could not get enough of it. In fact, I would wake up at sunrise every morning to walk 6 miles on the beach before my kids would wake up just to soak it all in. The beaches are so large, we never felt crowed even on a holiday weekend. The emerald green water was great as well. My kids loved boogie boarding and mining for shells in the water (even finding a hermit crab in a small conch shell). From a practical perspective, the Unit is ideally located in Destin, being in close proximity to groceries, beach stores, Target and restaurants, with many being walkable. Also, on a day we needed a break from the beach, the kids loved going to the Go-Cart tracks and mini-golf courses down the block. All in all, it was the perfect family vacation. We are already planning our return trip next year.
