Esta hermosa casa premium de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños es la definición de Breckenridge Mountain Home y el refugio perfecto para familias numerosas o grupos de hasta 13 personas. Con impresionantes vistas de Breckenridge Ski Resort, puede disfrutar de la belleza de Breckenridge desde la sala de estar. El vecindario White Cloud de Breckenridge es un lugar codiciado que se encuentra a cinco minutos en automóvil del centro de Breckenridge y las laderas. Enjoyed the location and split level, offering separation for 3-families with their kids. We already indicated the couch in the living room was very "tired looking"/uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We also would recommend larger humidifiers, as the air was very dry. Overall, a very nice stay with great views of the fireworks and mountain decline over New Years Eve.

Prior to check in most contact with the host was AI generated. Loved the location and convenience of public transportation. For the quality of home, the common area furniture was far less than comfortable and in very poor condition ie. plywood under the cushions for support. Maintenance responded very quickly and was very friendly in addressing small issues that arose.

Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.

We can’t thank Belle Vue Home enough for our amazing stay while in Colorado. Everything from the check in to the amenities, this property had it all. It was 3 minutes from Main Street and the ski resort, and felt like home. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Awesome scenery, great location

We loved this mountain home… awesome location with views of the mountains and sunsets.. and also red fox. More than enough space for our family of six, great cozy feel to the home. Hot tub was a fun way to end our evenings after hiking or exploring the awesome town of Breck.

2 families (9 total) stayed 5 nights. We had plenty of room and had a great time. The house was clean, had amazing views and the teens enjoyed the hot tub. There are 3 floors and 2 separate living areas. Just minutes from town.

Watching the New Year’s fireworks from the hot tub was a first! House was as advertised and decently equipped. Shuttle was very convenient. Lots of space for two families of 5. Lower level has a very nice space to get ready for the slopes and afterwards.

SMR did provide us exceptional customer service, but that won’t make up for the fact that this house needs a total face lift and all the furniture needs renewed.

Perfect Ski Trip In Breck

Our group had an awesome stay at the Belle View house! House was very spacious with plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. Large kitchen was well stocked, helping us prepare group meals. Nice hot tub to end they day after skiing. VIEWS WERE INCREDIBLE!! Living room is full of windows overlooking the slopes. There is a convenient trail nearby to drop in on the Lower Lehman run and hike back at the end of the day. Will definitively stay again! Thanks!

Good location in hill with great shuttle service

Overall very good experience. Good location and shuttle service right out front door to lifts and downtown all day until 7 pm. Some things could use refreshing - new clothes dryer, some additional silverware, one couch had busted springs. Rental Management company super responsive and addressed any questions or concerns within minutes.

Annual Boy's West Ski Trip

Very comfortable home, great views, nice living room area to gather, plenty of beds for eight adults, ski out trail close to home - easy to navigate. Could not find ski in trail. Home is close to mountain. Short trip to town. Plenty of great restaurants just a short drive to town. Very convenient shuttle stop at the bottom of driveway to take you to mountain. Would rent home again. Breckenridge is a great mountain to ski !!

Perfect Family Thanksgiving Vacation

My family was long overdue for a Holiday vacation and in November of last year, my dad had been diagnosed with the beginning stages of dementia. We made the decision to go to Breck as a family for Thanksgiving this year and it was the best decision we ever made. From booking this beautiful home to check-in, touching base with us during our stay, to check-out, we could not have asked for better service or an easier process. They assisted us with getting a crib for my niece, provided information on discounted ski gear, and loaded us up with tons of firewood for the week. The house is so beautiful and has some of the most amazing views! Perfectly situated 5 mins from town. We absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at the Belle Vue!

It was easy to get to town and we could easily hike from the house. We would definitely rent this house again. FYI... we found out the first night that the heater on the main floor did not work, and they sent a repairman out right away. However, he was not able to fix the problem, so he said a plumber was going to need to come out. That did not happen during the week we were there.

Great spot for a guys weekend.

6 of us stayed at this home. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the management company was always timely. The place was very clean. They do drain and refill the hot tub, which meant it wasn’t usable the first night (appreciate this attention to detail but wish that it had been communicated in advance in order to properly set expectations and not result in some disappointment coming off the slopes the first day). It has been mentioned before … they really should replace the dryer as the noise is almost unbearable. Minor detail in an otherwise great spot. We felt this was home provided outstanding value and would stay again.
