Relax after a day on the slopes in your private hot tub, enjoy the fresh alpine air from multiple decks, or take advantage of access to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs. An attached heated garage provides both ease and security year-round.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
• Please respect the neighbors—this is a quiet residential area.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Remove shoes inside to help keep the home clean and protect the flooring.
• Please rinse off before using the private hot tub and keep the cover secured when not in use.
• Do not adjust the hot tub temperature beyond the preset range.
• No glass in or around the hot tub.
• Keep doors closed to prevent wildlife from entering and to maintain heating efficiency.
• Recycle when possible and dispose of trash in the designated dumpster
• Report any damages or issues right away so we can address them promptly.
• No outdoor fires of any kind.
