We loved the area and the condo. Check out R Bar while you are there. Good food at reasonable prices.

Great little home away from home!

Pat and Kims place provided a quite and clean space for me to enjoy a nice vacation! A short walk to treasure island beach and short uber ride to st petes beach!

When we got to our location we could not stay there because the air conditioning was broken and the owner never informed us until we were at their resort

Perfect location, very close to the beach. Felt very safe, a lot of families and kids in the area.

We loved the location, very quick walk to the beach and a short Uber ride to some of the beach bars on St Pete’s beach. We took a sunset cruise with sun coast sailing and got to see some dolphins! The property was great, all of the other guests were also very friendly. We did have a slight issue getting the TV to work one night, and no option for Netflix/Hulu but other than that it was great!

Absolutely clean and very quiet. People are extremely friendly and it was so nice just to relax.

We would definitely stay again. The people are very friendly and it’s a quiet location. We enjoyed the fishing off of the docks. Also enjoyed the cabana and the relaxation by the pool. Manger was very sweet and helpful. The owners of the unit were very nice as well and answered any questions we had. Our grandson had a fun time as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to to get away for some relaxation. The location is great as you are not far from grocery store or restaurants. You can choose to drive or walk. Very clean place. Definitely worth it😊

Thanksgiving week vacation near the beach

Overall we had a good stay at this location. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed being able to fish on the dock anytime we wanted. The views from the dock were beautiful during the day. Plenty of restaurants and Walgreens, Publix walking distance. There is a little candy, Icecream shop on the main street nearby than made fresh tiny donuts in front of you that were delicious. Must try! They also had a bait shop nearby and a beach shop store at the corner. The people at this location were friendly as some actually live on the property full time. As we arrived we noticed people watching over the place to make sure no one that wasn't a guest was parking in the lot due to a popular attraction going on down the street so we felt like we were being watched for a couple days until they realized we were staying there. I felt safe staying here and there were no bad smells from other rooms like we have experienced in other locations. The host was wonderful and talked to her over the phone and was asking about our stay so I felt like she cared to ask if we were enjoying our stay. The only main complaint is the bed is pretty hard and it squeaks when you move. One thing you def want on a vacation is a good night's sleep and I hope this gets replaced as I would stay again if it did. I do want to mention a couple small things is that this condo is a motel like setting and we didn't realize this in the pictures. We thought the condo walks out to the dock which some do but this is an upstairs walk to the room. Also for the 30+ rooms there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole motel as we had people waiting in line to use. This has more to do with the motel than the owner. It was a great place for the money that we spent for the week so if your not too picky which we weren't than it would be a great stay.

Treasure Island Fun!

The room was as advertised, the pool was heated, the dock was awesome! We saw sting ray, tropical fish and dolphins! I kept saying, I "feel like Im in an aquarium". The condo was walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach!. Very nice place. The owners were attentive and nice.

Nice getaway

This was a great spot right on the bay. They have a dock right there and we fished everyday. Pool is clean. Room is very dated but we didn't mind because we weren't there much. Owners were friendly. We would stay there again.

Nach 10 Stunden Flug endlich angekommen, mussten wir erst die Betten beziehen und die Unterkunft putzen, da leider vergessen wurde zu reinigen.😡 Die Sitzkissen sind sehr verschmutzt, der Teppichboden fleckig und im allgemeinen sehr abgewohnt. (Renovierung ist nötig) Die Lage der Anlage ist gut und der Pool ist auch prima.

We had a Great time, The location is perfect! Short walk too many eateries and the Beach!! Getting around is easy if one has no Rental car. The Bus or Island Hopper or Uber can get one around if going to other areas. The Folks at the Malyn were great, Answered any questions and were nice. All the Guests we met were very nice and helpful as well. Just a great place on TI! We are planning next year!!

Hidden Gem on Treasure Island

We had a great vacation at Pat and Kim's place at the Malyin. It is a small complex but has all you need - heated pool, shuffleboard, BBQ and amazing waterfront views with 2 docks to enjoy. We saw the dolphins and tons of fish and all the seabirds. Plus you can walk everywhere - many of the guests flew in and were easily able to get by with no car. Very enjoyable - we would definitely go back next time we decide on Treasure Island.

Older units but great location

Location was great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and grocery store. The biggest problem was the WiFi and tv connection which was not resolved until 2 days before we left. (19 days after we arrived.) Very frustrating.
