Workout/flex space available downstairs, right off of the pool. Top of the line furnishings. Spa stays at pool temperature.

Amazing house for family stay.

Loved this house and all it had to offer our family during our stay. It was the perfect location for our daughter’s college graduation celebration. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation celebration.

Memorial Week

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is roomy and well stocked. The pool area and gym are wonderful. Very close to St Pete beach without the overcrowding and hustle bustle.

Christmas vacation

Very nice home in a good location. House was clean and well stocked as if I lived there. Most places have the minimum so I liked how much stuff was provided. Our family enjoyed spending Christmas week there and will keep this house in mind for future rentals.

Great House for Family Time

Beautiful property. Enjoyed our stay. Loved the big table in kitchen. Huge master suite, great water pressure. Too cold for the pool but a beautiful patio and pool area. Sadly we were in town for a funeral, but this house gave us more space to be together with our family living on the island of Tierre Verde.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emily’s house. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. The house was clean and exactly like the photographs. Great outdoor pool which we used most days and the location and neighborhood was amazing for walking around every morning or evening. It was in a great location for beaching it or going to downtown St. Pete. The island grille was also a fantastic restaurant and highly recommend for anyone staying in the future. Emily was very helpful and responsive prior to and during our trip.

Excellent!

Emily was an excellent hostess. Communication was quick and helpful. The property is well stocked with necessary essentials plus extras. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were much appreciated during the warm weather. The location was superb. We liked being close to everything, yet not in midst of the busy areas (Johns pass, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island...).

Best house rental yet!!

House was beautiful. Fully stocked with cooking utensils, soaps, laundry detergent, garbage bags, t.p, ect. Too much to list. Hosts thought of everything anyone could need. Location is close to Anna Maria Island. It was a perfect weeks vacation

Our host was great!

The host was amazing and super responsive! However, it wasn't as clean as we thought it would be, with cleanliness being on the top of the list in their description. It just needs a good deep clean and maybe some maintenance and it would have been a much better stay.

Spacious solid home.

A spacious solid property with open areas that invite you to walk around and exercise. Lovely open kitchen with everything necessary to cook anything that comes to mind. A large master bedroom and even larger master bathroom with independent whirlpool bathtub and shower. And nice views all around. Some appliances could be updated but our stay overall was one of the most enjoyable of any Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at.Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to spend a nice vacation in a quiet beautiful area just literally around the corner from the water.

All the amenities!

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The pool was a big hit with the kids and everything we needed for the kitchen, pool, and trips to the beach was made available. We were very impressed with how well-stocked the house was. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and less than 10 minutes from all the big beaches. Emily was an excellent host, keeping in communication with us, and made herself available should we need anything. Highly recommend!

Pool House

This house is fairly large, plenty of room for entertaining. The sleeping arrangements were a bit awkward for larger group, more accommodating for single family. The pool area is beautiful, it could use some ceiling fans. (It was extremely hot this week though). If you have family or friends in the Tierra Verde area, this place is definitely worth checking out. Owner is super great to work with. Thank you Emily😎
