Mi casa está a 15 minutos o menos de la mayoría de las cosas que los visitantes disfrutan. Acabo de terminar un remodelado completo sin que quede superficie intacta. Esta casa es fresca, limpia y bien equipada con productos de alta gama que son duraderos y cómodos. Se ha pensado en incluir a todos tus invitados a tus peludos. Los pisos son de madera dura excepto baldosas en el baño y la cocina. El camino de entrada tiene capacidad para 2 autos y hay mucho estacionamiento en la calle.

I’m always reluctant to stay in neighborhoods in Memphis I don’t know, this gamble paid off. Quiet neighborhood, nice house. 100 percent will consider this house again when I come back to Memphis.

It is a quiet neighborhood and a nice place for us to stay in while in town for a sporting event. The place was so comfortable that we spent most of our time there catching up. Very clean and cozy!

I recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience. The house itself was very nice—clean, cozy, and well-kept. However, there was a bit of dog hair on the comforter, likely from a previous guest, which was a small downside.The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, and even a few spices, which was appreciated. That said, the pans provided were on the smaller side, so if you're planning to cook larger meals, I’d recommend bringing or requesting larger cookware.As for the neighborhood, it was a little run down, but it felt authentic and had a unique local charm. If you're looking for a place that offers a true local vibe, this spot definitely gives you that, especially with the surrounding Hispanic cultural influence. It’s a great option if you're after affordability and a more genuine experience.Overall, I’d recommend this place for travelers seeking an affordable and local stay, with the understanding that the neighborhood may not be the most pristine, but it certainly has character. Would consider staying again!

My daugher was scared by the gunshots in the neighborhood

Its a very old house that has that old house smell to it, but it was fine, and had a lot of supplies all over. The gunshots in the night was very scary to my child, and I know that a bullet can go anywhere, but also I did not feel threatened by any people in the neighborhood. Host was very responsive, and there was no clean up to do at the end which was so nice!!!

Good Stay, Great Host, Could be cleaner

The location and house were fine, communication with the host was great. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped - but it could have been a short turn around as we booked within a day of the reservation.

We chose this as the place to stop on our way to see the eclipse. Worked fine for us and our pet. One little thing - kitchen utensils were hard to find.

In town for a wedding!

We had a great little stay and the propertywas perfect. It was located near everything that we wanted and needed to do and it had everything that we need to make our shirt stay comfortable.

Beautiful property you could see there was still some remodeling going on but it was a beautiful cozy home great neighborhood. Hostess provided everything we needed location was definitely a plus near lots of attractions we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

This house had all the amenities needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was just 15 minutes from downtown and major attractions. Our host was very helpful and communicative.

No surprises - the house was clean and comfortable.

Gave the neighborhood 4 stars due to seeing dogs off their leashes, but other than that the neighbors were friendly, no problems in that regard.. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

Quiet Neighborhood

Patricia, was the nicest, most accommodating lady after a clerical error on my end. The house is Spacious and private. there is a good size back yard and porch, an indoor sitting room that opens to the back yard. Kitchen was fully stocked with an and all type of utensil & gadgets you could ever need. a surplus of bags, we were thankful for. Pleanty of space as is three ladies lounged around on the couch. Great beds & pillows, oh the pillows!!! Rooms are good size & there was enough towels & wash clothes. not just your standard 3 & good luck. I would for sure stay here again.

My home has been completely remodeled with no surface left untouched. It has been furnished and well appointed for travelers. The kitchen has every thing you need to cook and serve in style. Even a crock pot so you can cook and go have fun all at the same time. Shucks, you can even clean your car before you leave. I have high speed internet and a smart TV so you can crash and unwind after a hard day of play. The beds are all new and comfy. If you don't like one pillow try another. I have provided several different types for your comfort.
