Este exclusivo apartamento de primer nivel tiene todas las comodidades que necesitará para tener una experiencia increíble. Situado directamente en el océano, cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y espacio adicional con un futón. El dormitorio principal tiene un impresionante baño con ducha doble y tragaluz. Podemos alojar hasta 8 personas. El apartamento está totalmente equipado. Usted tiene acceso a un muelle de 60 pies con rampa para botes a través de la propiedad, escaleras hacia una playa de arena y hermosas formaciones coralinas y arrecifes alrededor a poca distancia de la costa. Los fines de semana suelen albergar un ambiente animado en los bares y restaurantes, pero la playa nunca está abarrotada. Puede remar o navegar en kayak hasta la cercana Isla Ratones (en fotos) a menos de una milla de distancia, o bucear para ver una flora y fauna animada bajo el agua.

We LOVED our time in Joyuda at Nino's Beach House! Nino was proactive and communicative ahead of our arrival, the house was incredibly clean and as described. The kitchen has any appliance you could dream of including espresso maker, air fryer and a massive commercial grade refrigerator and freezer and gas range. The outdoor area is where it really shines though - it is PERFECT for spending time with family and taking in the beauty of the area. There are plenty of chairs and loungers and shade cover and sunny spots too. The pier is awesome and although the water was not as calm while we were visiting, still gorgeous.Also being able to utilize kayaks and paddle boards was a huge perk. We loved kayaking to Isla de Ratones.Nino takes a lot of care in describing the space and it was accurate. You do get some noise from cars driving by or some nearby restaurants, but to us it was nothing that detracted from the stay and we were prepared based on the descriptions. Also, all waterfront areas in Puerto Rico are public property, so people do utilize the pier and swim nearby. We loved getting to say hi to people and everyone we met was super respectful.The grocery store is walkable as are a number of restaurants.Our family made amazing memories together here and we have already said how we cannot wait to return. It was an amazing trip and we were so grateful to stay with Nino.

Look no further. This is where you need to stay.

Why stay here? 1. There is a coral reef 50 yards off the dock, and you can walk out to it. I never dreamed in my life that I would snorkel around an actual coral reef, seeing all the fish and amazing things you see on TV, but its here. All the fish from "Finding Nemo" they are here.2. Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, snorkeling gear are all here for you to use an enjoy.3. This is the Caribbean sea side of the Island. What does that mean? When you wake up in the morning the water will be almost still. Like lake water. You don't get big waves, so you can enjoy the water soooo much more without the waves. And the water is so clear its like bath water. You can always see the bottom.4. Everything you need to prepare your own meals is here. Gas grill, great stove and there is a great grocery store 1 mile west of the house. It is well worth paying the extra money to stay here, then not eating out to cut down on expenses. You will save money over staying somewhere else that you have to eat out all the time................plus you get all the boats and things to use.5. If you want to eat out there are like 6 restaurants and an ice cream stand within 200 yards of the house.6. The outdoor gathering area. The outside covered patio is where you will spend hours and hours. It has an outdoor bathroom and tables and chairs we sat and played cards and games all night.Only draw backs. Getting in and out of driveway.

Breathtaking Celebration

We came here to celebrate my hubands 40th, We are a family of 5 with three teens and the property was perfect! The view from the property is amazing. The house was comfortable and all the outdoor watersport equipment was perfect for our family to enjoy to ocean and neatby island.

Great winter getaway

Lovely setting on the water with fantastic sunsets. Well equipped and clean home with manager upstairs but not intrusive. Communication with host excellent including early morning texts when a doctor was needed. Be aware of weekend karaoke across the street and limited access to safe recreational walking.Car needed to access beaches, grocery store and restaurants

Awesome stay at Nino's place in Joyuda

We had an awesome time at this property! Owner and manager were very helpful and communicative. Ample beach towels provided, everyone loved the amenities of having kayaks and paddle boards available. We were all in the ocean a lot so the outdoor bathroom and shower was awesome. We ventured out to the island several times and the kids had a blast swimming, snorkeling, finding seashells and catching crabs. The highlight was the outdoor covered area next to the ocean where we hung out, played cards, and enjoyed our coffee and adult beverages listening to the ocean. Would definitely book again! Thank you Nino and Lucas!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Nino’s Beach House. There were plenty of amenities available, including laundry, beach gear, kayaks, life vests, a grill and much more. Great spot for families with kids or teens since there is so much to do at the house and in the area. The house was comfortable and clean. In the evening there were some teenagers using the dock area out front but since that is technically a public area, they were allowed to be there. It was slightly annoying since we wanted to sit out there, but they weren’t out late or anything. Just something to be aware of if you are expecting 100% privacy - there’s a chance others might be using the beach or dock area - which is clear in the description of the property. Communication with Nino and Lucas was excellent. Would stay again!

The BEST in the West!!

This is our 2nd visit to Nino’s this year. We love this oceanfront home. Everything you can possibly need on vacation and more. Nino & Lucas are very attentive to their guests needs & are available 24-7. The home itself has a full kitchen equipped with everything. The bedrooms are comfortable and do have air conditioning. The home has 2 full baths inside & one outside. There’s plenty of restaurants walking distance. This home is a Gem!! The home is located in a safe neighborhood & everyone is very kind. I pray for everyone in the Island during the passing storm Ernesto🙏 God Bless.

Our favorite home away from home

This is our second time staying at Nino’s Beach House and won’t be our last! They’ve made some cool upgrades since our last stay that includes a sub zero fridge and Wolf stove, which was great. We love the location, the comfort and everything about this property! We usually stay with our 3 adult children and their significant others and we find there is plenty of space for us to be comfortable. But I think my favorite feature is the open air ceiling (but screened) owners suite shower! Growing up on the island, outdoor showers enjoyed in the rain are a thing to be enjoyed. The shower brings that inside! My cousin stopped by to pick us up for an outing and immediately requested the info for her next stay. We have also given the listing to several friends interested in visiting the west coast of Puerto Rico. Thank you again Nino for helping us have another unforgettable trip with all the comforts of home and then some!

Excellent host and great property

This was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in! Nino provided absolutely everything we could have needed and more. The binder with instructions and recommendations was extremely helpful. We loved having use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels etc. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful and we loved kayaking to the island and collecting sea shells. Communication was fantastic. We had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay and they were corrected immediately. There is a small sand beach next to the dock (not white sand), but there were also beautiful beaches close by that we drove to. We highly recommend Ninos place and would not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in Puerto Rico.

Family Vacation/Celebration

I booked the stay for a family vacation and to celebrate my oldest son graduating high school. My family and I researched to find the best place in the best area of Puerto Rico since we had never been to the island. Nino’s Beach house was perfect for our family with plenty to do without having to leave the property. We snorkeled, fished and took time to enjoy the crystal clear water just steps from the back door each day. Nino recommended several things to see so we went to Buyé Beach and the Cabo Rojo lighthouse(and the beach there Playasucia). We utilized the very nice kitchen to cook some meals each day and also took Nino’s recommendation and ate at some very nice restaurants for dinner( Gonzalez and Hoy Como Ayer) which were only a few minutes drive. Traveling from Alabama I was a little nervous about going so far but Nino’s communication was great which made for a great experience!

Fabulous Kitchen, Loved Boating from the Back Yard

We spent two nights here--and found ourselves in the region because my daughter had studied the "pink sand" of the salt flats in school. That part of our trip was disappointing, but a highlight was using Nino's kayaks to paddle to the island about ten minutes from the pier. Wish we had brought the snorkeling equipment he has available there--we could tell it would have been great. Kitchen is fully equipped and then some! Nino was easy to communicate with.

Great ocean front property!

House is right on the ocean with kayaks and other equipment to enjoy the water. The kitchen was fully stocked and had chef quality appliances. Great place to escape and just relax. We would highly recommend.

This stay could not have been more perfect. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and great outdoor area. Best of all. Walk out the gate to be plunked right in the Caribbean Sea. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Joyuda.

Nino’s Beach House

Our group had a wonderful time at the beach house! We loved kayaking, paddle boarding, and jumping off the dock. The house is well stocked with anything you may need for cooking, and there are a variety of local restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!

Beautiful sunsets.

We couldn’t wait to wake up in the morning and sit on the dock w our coffee, grab our snorkel masks and jump in the water, or grab a kayak and paddle the calm water. Plenty of space to lounge alone, or with our family. An hours drive either direction to Isabella, Rincon, Cabo Rojo, bio bay, and/or Ponce. We saw fish off the dock and an octopus. The snorkeling out about 50 yards from the dock was very good. Amenities in the home met all our needs as well We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a cool rental. Nino, the host was very responsive whenever we reached out, beforehand or during our stay. Date of arrival - May 14, 2023

Definitely a hidden gem in west Peurto Rico

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront property! The house was very comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. Nino was incredibly kind and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. He provided us with all sorts of activities to enjoy, including life vests, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing gear, and kids toys. We especially loved spending time on the private pier, swimming in the crystal-clear water, and exploring the nearby island. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Joyuda. We can't wait to come back!

Great location. Water was excellent and in a calm location as far as waves. House had everything you could need. Outside space was large with plenty of covered area so you could get out of the sun. Great location and Host

Property as described, although wasn't clear the 3rd bathroom was an out building. The house, etc were clean, plenty of linens and bedding, and EXCELLENT responsiveness from Nino. Any questions were promptly responded to. Loved the location on the ocean, close to restaurants and bars, and accessible to the west coast to explore. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in the seafood capital of Puerto Rico

The home is beautiful and right on the ocean. We had paddle boards, Kayaks & snorkeling equipment at our fingertips and the home is very centrally located. Rincon, Mayaguez & Cabo Rojo are all within easy driving distance. Lucas, the property manager, was a prince! He was extremely helpful whenever we had questions or needs.
