Este es un dúplex que consiste en dos casas de pueblo idénticas. Usted va a alquilar solo un lado. Esta es una casa remodelada de 3 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños.

** Es posible alquilar ambos lados juntos, así que comunícate con él si eso es lo que deseas. **

Ubicada en Old Town Park City, esta nueva casa remodelada está a solo 2 minutos a pie del Town Lift y Main Street. Esta hermosa y moderna casa tiene 3 habitaciones en total, todas con sus propias suites privadas, una nueva cocina, una cómoda sala de estar, una terraza grande y una bañera de hidromasaje.

Camina por la puerta de entrada y entras en el concepto abierto del piso principal con una nueva cocina remodelada, un gran sofá en el salón, chimenea a gas, TV montada en la pared, medio baño y acceso a la terraza. La cocina tiene una gran isla para el espacio de preparación, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y el bar.

Sube arriba y hay dos habitaciones. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un baño privado en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene una litera con una cama completa en la parte inferior y dos literas en la parte superior, también con un cuarto de baño privado en suite.

1.En la planta baja hay una habitación más con una cama King size y baño privado, un lavadero con una nueva lavadora y secadora, y acceso a la gran terraza compartida con jacuzzi.

My family and I stayed here in April 2023 and enjoyed it. Fully Stocked, great hot tub, walking distance to town and town lift. SO MUCH SNOW. They had people come and clean the snow off the front deck. Highly recommend.

Everything was brand new, looked good and functioned well. Location can't be beat. Most of all, communication from the host was fast and polite. If I had to pick something to complain about, the bunk bed was pretty squeaky - kids complained a bit. But this was minor. It's a great place overall.

Great girls getaway!

914 Woodside was amazing! The checkin and checkout process was flawless. The condo was very clean and plenty of space for all of us. Relaxing hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room space was very comfortable with a beautiful fireplace. The location was just a few blocks from main street which we walked everyday. Also convenient location for the free bus service that took us to a couple other off Main Street venues. Property management was very accommodating. We will be back!

Fantastic remodel - rented both sides for family reunion and it was a blast!

Location, location, location. New, new, new. Great job by the owners responding to our needs. Property management company, not so much. They were basically MIA the entire trip, but owners stepped up to deal with AC issues. We bought a couple of fans to help with heat wave in PC. Would stay here again for sure

Location, Convenient and Newly Renovated

The duplex house was great for our family of 4 + my parents who were able to join us this year. The house renovation was nicely done and all the kitchen fixings were quite convenient. Each bedroom having a bathroom plus another half bath on the main floor was perfect. The short walk to both Main Street in town for restaurants and shopping made it easy for us to get out every day. Less than 200 yard walk to put your skis on or take off was nice too. There wasn’t a place to store our skis, so we just put them in the back of the car each night. That was the only critique i could find, so great place otherwise.

Everything was as described, unfortunately we had agreed to leave our baggs at the townhouse until 12, when we arrived at 1115am to retrieve the luggage the code was expired, we reached out to you but got no answer, fortunately we had left a door downstairs unlocked

Absolutely Amazing!!

My girlfriend and I, as well as a few of our friends needed a quick vacation. We were all absolutely amazed at this VRBO stay. We all agreed that this was the BEST place we had all ever stayed on vacation before. The layout was perfect and accommodated all of our needs. The hot tub and heated bathroom floors downstairs was just the cherry on top. If we ever know anybody that is making their way to Park City, this will be the place we recommend!

This property was awesome. You can’t ask for a better location. A very short walk to the Town Lift and Main Street made it feel a ski in/ski out. The kitchen was very well stocked (could use a couple cookie sheets, though!) and equipped for cooking meals at home. The home actually has two hot tubs - one for each side of the duplex with a shared deck. We had an issue with the hot tub heating up and someone was sent immediately to fix it. I can’t wait to go back to beautiful Park City and stay in this home again. The only issue we had was the beds were superb, super firm, making sleep a little difficult. You won’t regret staying here!

Best Experience you can imagine!

A group of 6 of us stayed at the home and just had a BLAST. We ate every meal inside actually and fully enjoyed the space. I wasn't sure how the living room would function, and whether ample space would be provided for enjoyable social time- I was more than pleasantly surprised! And because of the ample supplies to cook and clean, we were on top of our game at every corner. Best walkability to the lifts you could imagine. And guarantee if the roads had snow you could ride into the driveway. Everything was very clean and super easy to use. Hot tub was a blast. Highly recommend and enjoyed our most memorable stay.

Wonderful Stay in Park City

The location was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Showers were great. Wonderfully hot water. The hot tub was excellent. Only downside were overly firm mattresses in upstairs Queen and downstairs king. Our friends staying in the upstairs Queen purchased a mattress topper during their stay because they couldn't sleep well. Park City Hosts was very accommodating with adding and then cancelling an extra day when requested.
