Welcome to Silvertown, an AvantStay home!

This completely updated unit is a fantastic spot for your trip to Park City, offering easy access to skiing, restaurants, grocery stores, the Sundance Film Festival, and shopping. A bus stop to Park City Resort is conveniently located in the unit's parking lot! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone.

This family-friendly Park City apartment is nestled in the mountains, within a 15-minute walk of City Park and Main Street or a 2-minute bus ride (bus stop in unit parking lot), an 8-minute walk to the slopes, and a 3-minute walk to Starbucks, a grocery store, and ski rental shops.

Walk-in the front door and guests are greeted with a completely updated and redecorated kitchen and living room. The living room is decorated in a mountain contemporary style and has a large fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a large couch. Get some fresh air with one of two balconies in the condo off the living room.

Upstairs features the first master bedroom with a king-size bed, private en suite, and a large walk-in closet. The mountain contemporary style continues throughout the whole home including the master bedroom. The bathroom was completely remodeled, making it brighter and more spacious for guests use.

Back on the main floor, there are two bedrooms and a remodeled hallway bathroom. The first bedroom has a twin XL over a queen bunk bed and the second bedroom has a king bed. Both have closet space and brand new linens. Also on the main floor is a second living room with a queen pullout sofa and a flat-screen TV and the unit’s second balcony. Just off of this room is the laundry room and access to the additional master bedroom. The second master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a private en suite. Additionally, this home comes with two sleeper sofas!

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not have AC.
- The hot tub is typically available year-round, but it will be closed for summer 2024.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- The closest ski lift is the Payday Express Lift, offering quick access to the slopes from the condo.

- One parking spot is provided.

This home comes with two full-size, collapsible, cribs. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Great spring break stay

3 adults, 5 kids, and our small dog had more than enough room to spread out. The description and photos are accurate. Everything in the property was in good working order. The hosts proactively checked in with us via text throughout the stay and answered the one property-related question very quickly and accurately. Good experience.

Thankful Thanksgiving

Had a part of our family around for the holiday and we decided to stay in Park City and make a fun trip of it. Great location , plenty of space and useable kitchen . Made cookies and did crafts around the large wood dining table , it was perfect . A really comfortable place for a lot of people. We only had 6 but there was room for about 3 more easy ! We loved it !

Park City Winter Vacation

The property was perfect for our size group. Within 10 minute walk to the ski/snowboard slopes. Jacuzzi was perfect way to end the day. Parking was a little tough, but Park City received a couple feet of snow prior to our arrival and it seemed like they had no place to put the snow so parking was at a premium.

Ski trip

Nice condo! The lofts obviously lack privacy but not an issue for us. Good location. You can walk to the grocery store and the park city ski lifts. The bud picks up right out front which is very convenient

Great Location

The property was exactly as portrayed in pictures and an easy walk to Main Street, grocery store, convenience market, and coffee. The only issue we had was with discrepancies between the information in the VRBO and Avantstay apps. It was too hot not to have air conditioning. I'm sure any other time of the year this wouldn't be a problem.

Silvertown stay in Park City

We really enjoyed our stay at the Silvertown Condo. The condo is located on Park Ave in between Empire Ave and 15th St. The Silvertown bus stop sits right in front. It was extremely convenient to hop on and off the free bus in order to get around town. It was about a 10 minute walk from the condo to the Payday lift. The condo is as pictured. It is very pretty and comfortable. We were a group of 7 adults and 4 children and it was perfect for us. The layout of the condo is almost like a letter 'U.' There is the main living area with fireplace along with the kitchen and dining table next to it. That is mainly where we all hung out. There is a little hallway that connects to a smaller living area with a sofa and T.V. as well. In the hallway you have two of the four bedrooms (queen bed and 2 twin singles). Above the kitchen you have one loft with the 3rd queen and above the smaller living room is the fourth queen. I didn't recall from the description that there were sofa beds, so that was a bonus in order to have the kids sleep there on there own. The 4th queen loft had one, and just below in the smaller living area, there was one also. Neither loft had a door as they were straight up the stairs, but privacy never felt like an issue. You can Google map to see what is close by. We were able to purchase our items primarily from the Fresh Market. Starbucks, 7 Eleven, and Rite Aid were also a stones throw away. It really was a great stay and there weren't any significant issues. I did see what another guest referred to as dirty silverware, utensils and cups. His review gave me a heads up on what to look for. One spatula that we went to use was dirty and it wasn't a big deal, but it seems like the other items were smeared. It is almost like the cleaning detergent that was used left streaks that won't come off. We cleaned what we used by hand before using it, just to be sure, and the streaks were still there. So, in my opinion, there wasn't any gross factor. Also, please note that the condo is on the top floor (3rd floor) and that there is no elevator. It may be good to know in case you have plenty of luggage or someone that may have issues with stairs. Again, we were just fine and had to do a couple trips up and down is all. I am happy to share this review of our stay and only wish that we could have been there a day or two longer, but it is back to reality. I would definitely recommend the Silvertown Condo and would go back myself.

Was Good Overall.

The only suggestion we have is have someone check the heating system. It was very cold in the property. We could not get the temp above 65

Perfect Park City Spot

This is our second year staying in this part of Park City and we absolute LOVE it! It's right near the local 7-11 store, ski rentals (Jans), and supermarket. The bus stop is right outside the complex and get you into town with ease.

New Year Ski Trip

The property was clean, nice, as described in the listing, and conveniently located to mountain base, grocery store, and bus stop. We typically enjoy ski in/out locations, but had no issue with this location being a few minutes walk or quick bus ride to the base of the mountain. I will say the two master suites are the two lofts and do not offer much privacy if that is important.

Nice clean property located in a great location

Property Manager was very responsive to a small issue with hot water and request for a larger skillet. Easily fit two family with multiple kids. We would stay here again.

Nicely remolded place, but too hot to stay in the summer!

PROS: The Unit was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable enough. Remodeled bathrooms were nice and there was enough towels. The apartment complex is also in a great location. Easy checkin and door entry. Overall nicely remodeled place and showed as the picture state. CONS: The cons outweigh the pros (At least for the Summer Time). First, the heat was unbearable. The fans did very little to help with the heat in the rooms. The few ceiling fans were located in strange places (not over beds or main gathering places) so it was difficult to circulate the air. The few accessory fans provided did very little to help with the heat. Although unusual, Park City reached 90 degrees during our stay and the unit never reached below 80 degrees at night. We opened all the windows at night trying to cool the unit down but it was still cooler outside than inside (Quite noisy with the windows open too by a major road as well). The unit was miserably hot during the day too but at least we could leave and go somewhere cooler. The listing doesn’t mention air conditioning as an “amenity” but being from Arizona we just assumed it was included. Obviously, this is a ski town and heat won’t be an issue most of the year but I would advise not to book this place in the summer! The listing says “Kids Welcome” but it is a very unfriendly kid place. There is absolutely no grassy areas to picnic or let the kids run around outside. It is literally a small apartment complex in a small parking lot with a fence around it. There are trails and places to hike within a few minutes, but not on the complex.  Additionally, neither of the master bedrooms have doors and so they are not “private” at all. Both master bedrooms open onto the main floor and sounds travels up and down the open stairs. All the walls and floors are very thin so that anytime anyone moves at night, you’ll hear it.  It’s a third floor unit with no elevator and a small stairwell. This was fine for us, but others may have challenges.  The tiny spa shared by the whole complex was bone dry.  Lastly, the unit was not stocked with enough toilet paper or paper towels so we had to make a couple runs to the store to purchase some on our own.  Overall, it was a very poor VRBO experience that I hope to never repeat (At least in the Summer).

Good location bad stay

House looked ok, good location for everything. Dishes and glasses were dirty. Little fire wood provide. Enough for a day/night. Need more Cooper charges you!! Walls are paper thin you can hear everything everyone is doing and saying.
