Great place and location. Beach and park in walking distance. Chairs and umbrella are in closet outside of unit, so be sure to look for them.

My husband and I had an amazing trip to Maui and we loved staying at ICC. It was nice having AC, bed was comfortable and the house was very clean. The house had everything we needed even a cooler to bring to the pool to keep our drinks nice and cold. The house was close to Whalers Village and Lahaina. We enjoyed staying here and we will definitely be back.

Great Location and Beautiful Beach Access

Very nice cottage located in great spot within easy walking distance to best beach on Maui. Cottage is a tad dated and could stand a good cleaning. Great bedding for a good nights sleep. There is road noise when sitting on the lanai, but wasn’t a problem.

Perfect accommodations for us!

We loved this cute cottage! The location is ideal, just a one minute drive straight across the highway to beautiful Ka'anapali beach and minutes from downtown Lahaina. The house was well suited with a completely outfitted kitchen, a cooler to take to the beach, everything we needed and we especially appreciated laundry facilities in house. The grounds are well kept, the pool clean and close by, parking is literally steps from the door. We really appreciate having a home to "come home to" rather than a resort or hotel room and this fit our needs perfectly!

Very nice two bedroom condo, spacious, view of the ocean from lanai. Close distance to the beach, although not very clear walkable paths. Located on golf course, very quiet and clean property. Has a small community pool. Haven't seen anyone using it while our stay there.

Great stay in a garden setting!

We had a wonderful time here. The unit feels like a garden cottage, despite being just across the highway (there's a stoplight for safe crossing) from the Westin Villas and other high rises. It's a short 5 min walk to Kahekili Beach, a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling. The pool provided some fun for night swimming after a day at the beach or on the road. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and a/c in the two bedrooms and living area a big bonus on warm afternoons and nights. Highly recommended!!

I love the place

it was amazing! we really enjoyed our stay there.. we were not able to see the beach from the property which i thought we were going to, besides that everything else was perfect, there were cockroaches from here and there but I was told it is normal in Hawaii ..we really enjoy our time there. thank you so much

Nice place but not as advertised

Nice place but not as advertised. The place was clean, but the pictures are deceiving. The air conditioning was off, fan in the living room was not operable, (we had to buy an additional fan and left it there) the place felt like a sauna even at 61 setting all day long, the BBQ propane tank was empty, the smell of sewage every morning the minute you stepped outside made you so sick that you couldn’t wait to leave the place. The dishwasher was yucky and not trust worthy to clean the dishes. The beach toys advertised was an added perk but except for the chairs, the rest of the items were broken and in a very dirty storage room that was over 120 degrees. The washing machines worked just fine, the beds were comfortable, and the location is nice. But, I would not come back to this house however.

Yes and No

Yes, we were a bit,( maybe an hour?) early from checking in, but I don't believe it would have changed our minds on cleanliness of unit, plus we stayed on porch till they were done. Both bathrooms could have been cleaner and both shower inserts were moldy-yuck. In master bath there is a threshold board that needs to be tacked down. There really needs to be more cups and glasses. More TP etc for a two week stay. Yes, traffic noise is noticeable, but we knew that going in and you get used to it and we believe it is reflected in the lesser price than other units. There is AC and it is appreciated in May. The beds were comfy. The grounds of complex are gorgeous and well kept. Grounds people were cordial. Pamela was super helpful and welcoming. Didn't want to give a 3, but not quite a 4 rating. A good cleaning, a few other easy improvements and we'd stay again for the price.

Good except for big pest issue

Location is great, quick walk down to the beach. House is updated, nice appearing, roomy for 3 adults and a toddler (rented crib) and AC works well in all rooms. That being said, 3 stars is generous given the pest issues. I realize we had some forewarning and completely understand that roaches are common in Hawaii. We saw some of the large American cockroaches outside (and 1 inside) during the week and not much you can do about that. The issue was the kitchen being completely infested with roaches (mostly the smaller German and other types) to the point that it was completely unusable. We saw 50-100 throughout the week. Couldn't open a drawer or garbage without finding multiple. This needs to be addressed. Our family next door in IC9 didn't see a single cockroach so this can clearly be controlled better. We had no exposed food, didn't cook in the house, took out garbage regularly and yet from the day we arrived, we were greeted with roaches and I easily killed 10-20 roaches every single day.

Perfection!

This was my 7th stay at ICC and this cottage was by far the BEST out of all of them! The accommodations were wonderful! Loved the front room furniture, it went so well with the style of the home. The kitchen was complete with just about everything you could image to need. The washer and dryer were great and nice to have inside the home. The beds were so comfortable and the bath linens were hotel quality. We spent much of our time on the lani which had the best views! It was so easy to keep the floors clean with the Shark they had available to use. Pool toys, beach chairs, noodles, and even a cooler were available to use. Would have liked to have a shuffleboard set to use so we could have taught the grands how to play, but having the pool and beach so close to us the grands were always busy . Reading the guest book I could see that everyone who has stayed at this home totally enjoyed it. Plenty of room for 6 guests and we never felt crowded. I could easily move into this home, not make any changes, and live the rest of my life there! Mahalo for the incredible stay!

Overall it was a fantastic stay! It was a very comfortable condo. The best aspects were the kitchen, AC unit, the beds and especially the location. It beats staying at a hotel by far. We lived it!! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great Cottage

The property was a nice little cottage, clean and sunny. Well stocked with beach towels and chairs and just a short walk to the beach. A very quiet neighborhood, though a little bit of road noise. I preferred this much more than a high rise condo.

Great Condo! Felt like we were locals and tourists at the same time!

The location is really great and convenient. Very centrally located and we were able to drive North and then to Kaanapali very easily. The management company gave us a lot of information, they were responsive and ready to help. The place is very comfortable and fully stocked with kitchen appliances, tools, etc. It's a little outdated, but it gives it a great Hawaiian charm. We met the neighbors (locals) and they were super nice too. Highly recommended!

Island experience

Super cute island-themed, plantation style place. The description accurately pointed out that “critters” are a part of island life—as long as you expect this, it’s no big deal. If you are out during the afternoons (hottest part of the day) the temperature is pleasant the rest of the day, however, we had a baby that napped in the afternoon and the windows aren’t really sealed and the in-room A/C units aren’t powered to handle mid-day heat, so it does get toasty during the hottest few hours of the afternoon. Also, the bedrooms mainly just have frosted glass window treatments with no actual shades or covering, so it’s pretty bright at the crack of dawn—fine if you’re up with the surf, but a little more challenging if you don’t want to rise with the sun. The automated emails and checkin process was super efficient. There’s a phone # listed with office hours and an after hours process, which I didn’t need to use, however, we used Maui Baby service to rent a crib during our stay and they were unable to get any response from the management company to let them in to deliver the crib despite reaching out a few times. It would have been good to know about the A/C and Windows/blinds in advance, but we made due, and overall a great stay. Would definitely consider again.
