¡BIENVENIDOS AL PAKI MAUI!

Este condominio frente al mar directo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ofrece espectaculares vistas al mar desde el dormitorio principal, así como la sala de estar. ¡Con una ubicación céntrica en West Maui, este es un lugar ideal para un retiro de parejas románticas o para unas vacaciones familiares llenas de diversión!

Ven a ver las magníficas vistas del océano desde este condominio AMPLIO FRENTE AL MAR! Desde sus dos lanai privados, puede ver la isla vecina de Molokai y si vienes durante los meses de invierno (mediados de diciembre a abril) puede tener un asiento de primera fila para la observación de ballenas desde su lanai! Tortugas, delfines girando, arcoiris e inolvidables puestas de sol en Maui se pueden ver durante todo el año.

Los jardines tropicales de Paki Maui incluyen una zona con césped frente al mar entre el edificio y el océano. Es perfecto para tomar el sol con tumbonas y mesas para ayudarlo a relajarse. Desde la zona de césped hay 5 o 6 escalones que conducen a aguas protegidas, ideales para practicar snorkel y nadar. Durante su experiencia de buceo, puede ver las magníficas tortugas marinas gigantes y muchos peces tropicales y coloridos corales. Hay una piscina climatizada y zona de jacuzzi; y una terraza con tumbonas. Puede optar por hacer una barbacoa en una de las dos parrillas de barbacoa de gas en el área de la piscina / cabaña o puede usar las parrillas de carbón ubicadas en la zona de césped, en el mar (tendrá que recoger su propio carbón). Muchos de nuestros huéspedes consideran que la barbacoa en el área de césped es el "lugar de reunión" donde se puede encontrar y disfrutar conversando con otros huéspedes y residentes. El área de la playa sale y entra en función de las mareas. Muchos huéspedes nadan y hacen snorkel aquí, pero si busca una playa para caminar, tiene varios para elegir, ¡todos a solo unos minutos de distancia! La playa de North Ka'anapali es la más cercana a aproximadamente 1/2 milla de distancia.

Paki Maui se encuentra en el centro de West Maui, entre Kaanapali y Kapalua, donde podrá disfrutar de las mejores playas y campos de golf. También estamos a minutos de una variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, mercado de pescado y el mercado de agricultores. El mercado de agricultores es un gran lugar que ofrece frutas y verduras locales, así como alimentos orgánicos y el mercado de pescado tiene una excelente comida.

Este condominio puede acomodar hasta seis (6) huéspedes cómodamente. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama de tamaño KING con vista al mar y una terraza privada; la habitación ofrece una (1) cama queen size y una (1) cama twin. El sofá en la sala de estar también ofrece una cama de tamaño completo / queen.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa / horno, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera. Los armarios están llenos de platos, utensilios y utensilios de cocina. El salón / comedor también tiene una vista al mar con su propio lanai. Los muebles vivos incluyen un sofá con 2 sillas; TV de pantalla plana con un reproductor de DVD. Hay una mesa de comedor para seis (6) y una mesa más pequeña en la terraza para que pueda disfrutar su café de la mañana o un cóctel al atardecer. Paki Maui Resort no permite la instalación de aires acondicionados. Sin embargo, los ventiladores de techo se han colocado en todo el condominio para ayudar a proporcionar el flujo de aire. La unidad ofrece estacionamiento GRATUITO, WIFI, cable básico y un conjunto básico "inicial" de suministros de cocina y baño. Highly recommend for Maui stay

We previously stayed in a resort but we wanted a place that was on the ocean where we could cook. This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed being a short drive to Lahaina but could also walk to a local coffee shop or grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is located on the West side of Maui close to all the action with many things to do within walking distance from the condo. The view is fabulous from the condo where you can watch the waves coming in and the whales in January. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great to be able to wake up to the sound of the ocean- talk about a Hawaii experience! I appreciated that Bree had beach towels, laundry detergent and other amenities that made it feel like home. It was quiet and a great experience. Would definitely return.

The location was great! Right on the water! Rooms/accommodation were as listed…a little outdated but fine. No AC in the unit but the fans and breeze were enough to cool things down. We had an issue twitch the kitchen plumbing, previous renters overstuffed the disposal and Bree had it fixed within 24hrs. Reallly appreciate how responsive she was.

The view was spectacular! Watching whales from our lanai was awesome. Relaxing on the lawn next to the ocean was so relaxing. The unit was ok, but needs updating and thorough cleaning. The showers especially need attention. The cookware was not great but we made do. Ice maker doesn’t work. Mahalo for a great stay.

Awesome location — stunning ocean view!

The condo suited all our needs for a comfortable stay. Ice chests, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment and towels all provided. PLENTY of bath towels and wash clothes. Loved having a washer/drier and dishwasher. Could use some updated pots and pans as one of the perks to renting a condo is the ability to cook at home. This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this unit and no progress has been made to fix the stair access to the beach or to fix/replace 1 of the 2 BBQs, which was disappointing. Pool and spa very well maintained.

Oceanside Condo Review

The proximity to the water, great ocean view, sounds of the waves as you go to sleep at night made it worth the spend. Downsides were: too many small flies in the unit every day, even with the screens always closed, no immediate access to the shore (stairs have been in need of repair for some time it would appear), shore immediately in front of the property is a coral shelf rather than a beach and though there was a kitchen, we've stayed in units with much better accessories (pots, pans, etc. all were quite old and worn).

Peaceful and Entertaining

The property is as described on the VRBO website. We saw Hawaiian Sea Turtles and Humpback whales every day from our Lanai. Being so close to the ocean was amazing. There was a lot of room for a family with 3 teen girls to have "alone time" when needed. The condo's furnishings and cookware are outdated and the dining room fan, shower doors, and some of the cookware were unclean. The dust on the dining room fan was so thick that it fell onto our food the first night we were there. After that, we just did not use it. There amenities in the condo were great - spices, oil, sunscreen, snorkelling gear, dishwasher/washing machine soap, etc. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise!

The view! Whales and Rainbows and Sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay at the Paki Maui! We saw whales, rainbows and gorgeous sunsets from the 2 lovely lanais almost every day where the 4 of us had coffee, ate our take-out meals or just relaxed with a glass of wine. We could also hear the calming ocean sounds from the nice, comfortable living area and master bedroom area. A slightly outdated master area but still nice and workable especially with that beautiful ocean view. The 2nd bedroom is small with a double bed and a cruise-ship size shower. This condo would be perfect for a family with a couple of children. I would not necessarily recommend for 2 couples. (We just shared the master shower since the 2nd shower was so small and we were with family.) The kitchen area was very clean with updated appliances and a large refrigerator. Another big plus is the location. There are several good, walkable restaurants just across the street and a food truck court with a good variety of food options very nearby. (A 4-minute drive so could be considered walking distance.) Within up to a 20-minute drive, it's close to many GREAT snorkeling beaches, The Whalers Village and Old Town Lahaina and many good restaurants. You cannot snorkel from the condo property or walk along the shoreline as the stairs have been cordoned off for no access. (A little bit of an eye sore with the orange mesh fencing, etc.) The pool area was very popular and always busy with families with children. It closes at 9:30pm so the noise level was not a problem when sleeping. The highlight was seeing the whales so close that you could actually see them breaching, with tails and fins also very visible. We went on a whale watching tour early in our trip so understood more about some of their exhibited behaviors. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Maui!

Lovely home base to explore from

Checking in was simple there were elevators and carts to assist getting the luggage into the condo. The front desk provided our parking pass and didn’t really need to interact with them again. The condo was as shown in the pictures. There is no false advertising. It is clearly not a five star updated furnishings but the beds were comfortable, if a little firm and pretty much everything worked as intended. We did have an issue with a faucet leaking but the property manager Bree was responsive and fixed it about as quickly as one could expect. We stayed the last half of July and I was very worried about the lack of AC. I can’t say I didn’t miss the AC as I keep it cold at home to sleep. However I never woke up sweating in bed. I slept with no covers or a sheet only and was ok. The big bonus was being able to listen to waves crash as you fall asleep. The downside is there is no escaping any pool noise if you need to crash early. We tried to stay on mainland time getting up with the sun and going to bed shortly after dark. The pool closes at 9:30 and maybe half the time it was fairly loud at the pool until then. The property did a good job closing the pool each night and after that it was easy to sleep. The location was great. Walking access to plenty of stores restaurants and food trucks. Parking was never an issue and it was easy to get out to the main roads to get anywhere on the island. One more thing about the AC. The late afternoon the sun can come into the condo and warm it up a bit so we would close the blinds. We left the patio doors open the entire stay and if we were home left the front door open to get a better breeze. This was enough to stay comfortable whenever we were in the condo. An extra fan in the main bedroom would be nice but it was not so bad I felt the need to complain or go out and buy one. Overall we had a great stay explored the island and stayed comfortable throughout. Definitely recommend this to others but just do not expect 5 star luxury. This is 5 star location and value. The WiFi worked great good enough to work or do video calls. The common areas of the resort were maintained ok but it’s not going to be mistaken for the ritz Carlton. Pool and hot tub were great. We saw turtles most days from the balcony. The grills worked fine, the kitchen was adequately stocked but with average at best cookware. Worked fine but not luxurious. Enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Great location and stunning ocean view

We loved our stay here! The condo is very conveniently located across the street from a few places to eat (Okazuya and fish market) and near the grocery store. It is only a few minutes to get to either Kaanapali Beach or Napili Bay. The condo was clean, and well appointed (thanks for the pancake mix, olive oil, and other basic food amenities). It is fun to be able to use the pool and the bbq (note: the unit does overlook the pool, so you'll hear people splashing). The view is absolutely stunning and it was nice to have a lanai from both the bedroom and the living room.

Just short of spectacular!

This location did not disappoint! Having an ocean view from the family room and master bedroom was priceless. We were within walking distance to the ABC store that had EVERYTHING including hot food options. (You MUST try the Ube pancakes!) We are also able to walk (within a block) to two different non-chain coffee shops — a must for my family. A slightly longer walk got us to a full array of food trucks with a plethora of dining options. A 15 minute walk got us to S-turn park (Pohaku) where we swam with sea turtles and watched at least one of these magnificent creatures come to shore to rest each afternoon. The condo itself was roomy (with the exception of the guest room which could have more space if some of the furniture was rearranged/removed and the beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels but only 5 beach towels which would have been an issue for a party of 6 as that's how many the condo can sleep. The washer & drier worked like champs so we always had fresh linens after a day in the ocean. We had slight needs for assistance (a lightbulb was out and an electrical outlet didn't work) but Property Manager Bree was responsive and got the repairs taken care of. I highly recommend this property!

This condo is perfect! It's beautiful with the most amazing views from kitchen, lounge and bedroom. It's well stocked and feels like home. The resort is friendly. The location is amazing, right on the ocean with constant whales in whale season. We couldn't fault a thing!

Fabulous ocean view condo!

Loved seeing whales right from our lanai, the beach toys (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc.) well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. Abundant towels, minutes walk to grocery, coffee and take out. Great location and well laid out condo for our family of 4. Great place to stay and I would definitely come back. Who could ask for more? (Maybe upgraded bathroom shower)

Perfect for family of 5

Bree was great to work with. Having a queen bed plus a twin in the 2nd bedroom is just what we needed with 3 kids. The master is separate from the kids room. Being able to open the sliding doors to hear the ocean was great. Snorkeling gear was there, plus beach chairs and an umbrella! We really enjoyed our time here. The only complaint from my family was not enough washcloths. That’s it. Wonderful place!

Back bedroom problem

The back bedroom was not clean - in fact it smelled. The lamp was broken and one light in overhead was out. It just seemed awkward - the dresser was covered with the TV and a very dirty fan . The bed rolled. The front bedroom was fine. Esther

I am so sorry to hear of the troubles with the back bedroom. If we had known of the issues, we would have sent someone by to take care of the issues. The unit has been booked and no one has expressed any concerns over the above mentioned items. As far as the smell, it is possible that it was coming in from the outside. We just had a severe storm and the walkway carpet was saturated with water which is right outside the back bedroom. We appreciate the feedback and will look into resolving the issues. Mahalo!
