Casa Napa es un complejo boutique de lujo en una playa de arena en una bahía privada en Tulum, México. La casa es nueva y está diseñada con un estilo mexicano moderno. Playa privada, dos piscinas y gimnasio completo hacen de este un lugar perfecto para viajeros activos. Hay dos áreas para comer, interior y exterior, y acomoda a 14 huéspedes cómodamente. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado y la piscina y el bar de la azotea lo convierten en un increíble lugar para amanecer y atardecer.

El espacio está diseñado con énfasis en la naturaleza. Cada habitación tiene ventanas de piso a techo para poder ver el hermoso océano Caribe en el frente y los manglares protegidos en la parte posterior. Los acabados y muebles de madera natural Tzalam combinados con piedra natural de la región con azulejos cerámicos italianos permiten una sensación confortable y sofisticada al tiempo que abarcan la naturaleza que rodea el hogar. El arte de algunos de los pintores más famosos de México se muestra en el piso inferior. Pero a pesar de la belleza en el interior, esta casa se trata de estar justo en una playa de arena con mar azul que oscila en la temperatura de 79-82 grados durante todo el año. Como la bahía está protegida por un arrecife de coral, bucear, nadar y practicar kayak son algunas de las mejores maneras de pasar el tiempo en Casa Napa.

Fantastic week as a family! We fit in everything we possibly could this week. From snorkeling, exploring Mayan ruins, swimming with whale sharks and swimming in cenotes. The best part was coming home to this fabulous house. The chef and staff were so accommodating and welcoming. The food was spectacular! Thank you! Highly recommend!

An Oasis in Tulum

After reviewing many, many properties in the area - we landed on Casa Napa. We had a beautiful 8 night stay - and we returned to the US fully relaxed, well fed, and rejuvenated. As far as the house itself - the property is beautiful. Perfect for a family vacation, multi family vacation, or girls trip. The location was also extremely convenient - somewhat secluded, but only a 15/20 minute drive to the town center of Tulum. Our favorite part of the house (and what sold us on the listing) was the beautiful rooftop plunge pool. It lived up to our expectations! Unfortunately, Casa Napa still needs to work out many kinks with the property management company (IE: the beach needs to be cleaned daily to avoid trash build up, better attention to detail in cleaning the inside of the house, increased professionalism in communication, etc.). The kinks fall short from what you’d expect from a luxury listing at this price. Assuming they take the right next steps, I have full confidence the home will earn 5 stars. Erin and Ken (who you will communicate w on VRBO) are wonderful - extremely responsive and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with. They also organized a chef service for us during our stay - Chef Gio and Ida were amazing (definitely the highlight of our stay). Highly recommend going this route! Erin also put us in touch with a woman named Virginia, who was the best excursion guide we could have asked for. Thank you to Casa Napa for having us!

Not our last visit to Tulum

The home is beautiful and spacious with a lovely transition from the large covered outdoor space to the private beach. Everything was working well. There is some variability in water pressure throughout the house, but I think it can be expected at a beach property. Importantly, every sink has separate filtered water faucet, so no need for bottled water! The upper level is a great space with a the separate pool and wonderful views. The sound system is very easy to use and worked flawlessly with our Spotify. Internet is great everywhere. The bedrooms are all nice, with comfortable beds. Everyone slept well with A/C in each bedroom. We made a point of turning it off when we were not using the bedrooms. The gym is very nice and really makes the property inclusive of everything you could want. Saving the best for last, the owners and the property manager, Virginia are wonderful. Virginia is simply spectacular, ensuring you have access to everything from excellent on site massage to diving / snorkeling cenotes or in the Caribbean. Also, her family has a fabulous restaurant nearby that is not to be missed. We had personal chef and assistant from Chef Daveed. They were incredibly talented and attentive. We wanted for nothing, and they were omnipresent and polite. Our every food request was met with alacrity and creativity. The staff at the home (Martine and Lydia) are beautiful people who attend to everything about the property as if it were their own. However, they are almost invisible, until you need anything. It was a rare pleasure to have them watch over us.

No need to be anywhere else

Casa Napa is a great home built in an exceptional location convenient to the whole of the Riviera Maya. For us; however, there was no need to be anywhere else than Casa (home) Napa. Upon arrival we were greeted street side by the most welcoming of care takers who promptly attended to our belongings while another showed us around what would be home for the days to come, while we snacked on charcuterie prepared by the house chef and his assistant. The property was found to be better than described in that we were instructed on the use of a phenomenal sound system that was easy to use via iPad which made the days and nights relaxing by the pool and entertaining around the house. The roof top is the place to be in the sun for full exposure and a cool dip in the pool with great 360 views of Soliman Bay and the surrounding areas. Walks on the beach and a cool dip in either the beach or the lower level pool were a daily enjoyment. All of the rooms are well appointed with individual sound for each and were kept clean daily while we were enjoying ourselves. Views from the balcony for sunrise were remarkable. The house Chefs were nothing short of culinary genius. Each meal of the day prepared to our liking with great attention to service, presentation and taste. Our wish was their command. Again, no need to be anywhere else. Thank you to the owners who facilitated all necessary communication needed to allow for transportation, sightseeing or just any special request that we may have had to make our stay exactly what we wanted it to be. For those who are concerned about safety. No need, security is abound from 24 hour manned gated entry to the subdivision to a state of the art security system. Our experience at Casa Napa was nothing short of exceptional. We shared the feeling that it was a resort all to ourselves. We will definitely find ourselves there in the near future and would strongly recommend it to our friends and relatives for a relaxing getaway without worry or concern about anything but when the next swim, walk on the beach or what great surprise we would find for breakfast lunch or dinner!! A true gem in a sea of vacation rental properties.
