Amazing property. Clean, well apportioned. “On the beach” without being directly on it. Unobstructed view because of no house directly in front of it blocking the beach or water. Might as well have been waterfront because beach access is directly in front of house. Secluded area with only a few other houses around, beach felt very private with only a few other families. Prickett was wonderful with their communication. Sent plenty of emails both before and during stay. Check in was flawless. We didn’t have any needs during the stay, so can’t comment on responsiveness if we had. Much thanks to prickett for an amazing week at the beach.

We loved our stay here at All Ours! The house had plenty of room for our large family and the location was perfect! Great vacation and wonderful hosts. I definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome time at the beach. Place was perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the beach. Extremely clean and large enough for a family of 15 to spread out.

The house was a dream with amazing views, was extremely comfortable with powerful air conditioning and plenty of room and amenities. The finishings and fixtures were beautifully appointed, it felt like luxury hotel accommodations. Communication with the ownership was immediate and friendly when a small issue popped up (which is bound to happen as different people have differing needs) and they very quickly corrected the issue without any inconvenience to us. It’s an ideal location for the family or group who wants the beach house getaway without the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this location for a gulf shores vacation!

Family vacation

It was a great place to stay. Our entire family of 16 people went, and we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views. The kids also had a lot of fun in the pool.

Family Beach vacation

Perfect location for a family getaway. The house was great for families, large bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic views!! Everything you needed to spend a week at this beautiful beach.

We absolutely loved everything about All Ours. The rooms were spacious, the interior was decorated beautifully. The pool was perfect. The putting lane and corn-hole lane were perfect. The ocean views were beautiful to look at . Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Perfect family time!

This place is awesome! It was perfect for our family Christmas…we were 11 adults n 6 kids. We had good times all together in kitchen dining n deck area but yet each had our own private quarters. Can’t wait to come again!!!

Great family getaway

The house was awesome. Plenty of room, clean and well equipped. 12 of us came for a family getaway and we were extremely happy and already planning on a return trip next year. Prickett is great!! Very responsive and proactive.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything and more!! We loved the views of the ocean and short distance walk to the beach! The house was big enough for 4 families. It exceeded our expectations!

All Ours

This is a lovely home that is the perfect size for a large group. There is plenty of space, we enjoyed having the pool, and it truly is steps away from the beach. The large windows and the porch allow you to enjoy the view of the crashing waves. The house is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family spring break

Our family of 16 had a fabulous week at All Ours. We celebrated the end of Michigan winter, a 15 year old birthday as well as early 50th anniversary for the grandparents, The space, location, pool, and proximity to the beach all worked very well for our group. Highly recommend!

“Best Vacay Ever”

The beach house is just gorgeous. The location was not busy or crowded. We had plenty of room in the home and on the beach. The property managers answered quickly to all our questions.

Good for families

Plenty of space for everyone. Nice pool. Covered parking for 3. Additional parking for 2 more in driveway if needed. Walking distance to a bar/grill/ beverage store. About 20 minutes from the grocery store, and 45 minutes from the flora-bama line. Be sure to check out the fort 5 miles down the road. A wonderful surprise addition to our trip

Had a wonderful Friends & Family Vacation!

We had a great vacation! The house is gorgeous and had plenty of room for our huge group of 19! We had all ages from 65 to a little one who celebrated her first birthday on the vacation! The house was well stocked and exactly as stated on the reservation. The house was clean, damaged in a few places but it’s expected at the end of the busy season with likely no time between reservations to make repairs. The downstairs AC was broken when we arrived but someone was there to fix it by the evening. The upstairs ac did pretty well keeping the house cool.

All ours

Great place! The house had room for everyone! There were 15 of us and it was spacious! Just steps to the beach! We had a great time! The pool was a nice addition, the only negative was the little bugs that were flying around on the deck. Not sure if they came from the Dunes behind the house or if they were in the wood on deck but a good spraying/ treating would probably help! They made going and sitting outside not enjoyable. Other than that everything was Perfect! We would definitely book again! Thank you!
