Host was very nice. Great walking to shops and restaurants. Cool house. Plumbing was a bit of an annoyance but nothing that was worth bothering owner about. Overall, it was a good stay and comfortable for a large group.

Fantastic Bachelor Party

Stayed here with a group of 11 for a bachelor party along the Bourbon Trail. Great location, tons of space, and James was a very helpful and communicative host. Would recommend to any and all large groups looking for a great time in Louisville!

This was a perfect unit for our team working the Utility Expo. Easy access to a variety of great dining options and night life. House was clean, very organized and inviting. Outdoor space was awesome, even though the usage was minimal due to the rain. Game room was super comfy and a great gathering spot. Nice to have a garage to use due to the limited off street parking. Thanks so much!!

Great house for a group!

8 of us stayed here and we all slept comfortably. The house was spotless and there were plenty of supplies. The game room was an awesome place for us to hang out at and the garage was extremely useful since we had a car with us. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and downtown is just a short ride away. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Louisville!

Great place to stay

A great house for a get together. There is plenty of room and plenty of beds. We could spread out when sleeping or away but there was also room for all of us around a table. There are both inside and outside areas to gather and the game room is fantastic. The kitchen is functionable for any meal. Location is with in walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. We will be staying here again.

Great House!

The highlands hangout was great! Located within walking distance of so many good eats! A short drive to downtown and the airport. My contact for the house, James, could not have been a better host. The game room was on point and the attached garage was very convenient. I can’t say enough great things about our bourbon trail experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

Comfortable stay in ideal location 10 minutes from downtown

The property was in an ideal location, 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. The house is just off of Bardstown road, which places a ton of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Inside the home, appliances worked well and the kitchen came fully equipped with pots and pans in good condition (a bit of a rare find in rentals these days). Above the garage was the game room, which was the gem of the house for our group. The room comes with a complete poker set, so save yourself the trouble of lugging it.

Perfect spot for a group

Came for a bourbon experience in Louisville. Great location with a ton of sleeping space. The game room and deck are better than what is expected. It’s walking distance to some bars/restaurants. In the morning, we went to a great breakfast spot around the corner. It’s only 10 mins to downtown. We had 8 guys in our group and loved the house!

Best ntergenerational Reunion

With the two outdoor decks and the game room, this location has been the best for our "nuclear" family of 11 visiting their great grandma and cousins. Convenient food, playgrounds, etc. Will come back for sure.

Excellent location and great property

I stayed here with friends while visiting the bourbon trail. The manager, James was great and communicated all details with us, making our stay excellent. The property is in a great location, with plenty of businesses within walking distance. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the game room, which is where we spent most of our time when in the property. The deck was nice as well. I will definitely come back and stay here on my next trip to Louisville. Thanks for helping making our trip a successful one.

A Fellas Weekend

We all enjoyed this house, inside and out. The rooms were as described, nice and clean. The deck spaces were perfect for relaxing and overlooking the action of the Highlands. Speaking of the Highlands, the proximity of the home to restaurants and bars made everything walking accessible. Oh! and don’t forget the amazing game room. We used the game room the most for watching movies and for card game. Saturday evening we started to have internet issues in the game room and reached out to James for help. Within an hour, he was at the house addressing the issue and had it back up and running in no time. We would definitely rent this space again.

Great property

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this was the perfect property! A few families stayed and others came to hang out and have dinner. It was big enough for several separate groups to gather. We will definitely be back!

Bachelor Weekend

This house was just amazing. It was perfect for our large group. The common spaces (Game room, Deck) were ideal for group hangouts etc. Also, the host had outstanding communication which made everything so much easier. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location, amenities, and communication with host

The property was perfect for our group with plenty of beds to maximize the space. The game room above the garage was great, and we really enjoyed all of the nice touches in the house. The location was walkable to a lot of great restaurants and a short ride from downtown. The property manager was amazing. Communication could not have been better. They even had someone right over to replace a smoke detector battery when it started beeping in one of the bedrooms. I will absolutely look to stay here again the next time I am in Louisville.
