Hermosa casa de huéspedes en lote privado en el condado de San Diego. Disfrute del uso de la piscina, el jacuzzi, la hoguera al aire libre y la cancha de voleibol de arena. Ubicado en el centro del condado de San Diego.

Tendrá pleno uso de su casa de huéspedes de vacaciones privadas con dos dormitorios, cocina completa, lavadora / secadora estándar y baño. Disfrute de la paz y la tranquilidad que esta propiedad tiene para ofrecer. Casa tiene Apple TV y WIFI.


Los propietarios viven en el lugar en la casa principal. Los huéspedes deben poder subir escalones y cubrir el suelo. El estacionamiento está en la calle. Los huéspedes caminarán aproximadamente 100 yardas hasta la casa de huéspedes privada. Necesito caminar sobre la corteza.

Se aplican cargos adicionales a los huéspedes de cinco (5) o más personas reservadas y varían según la noche, la temporada y las vacaciones.

The rules when you arrive are 3 pages long. The pool and hot tub are advertised as heated. They are not. You have to ask the owner and if it is convenient he will turn the heat on but it takes hours to warm up. The roof leaked when it rained and you cannot put anything on the kitchen counters for fear of staining. Would not stay again. Also no guests allowed.

Good stay, but some minor issues.

Overall, our stay was a good one, but there were some minor issues... The WiFi was very weak and inconsistent. The Roku and our Firestick kept freezing, and we couldn't get online sometimes. We finally moved the wireless repeater up high in the main room and it got better, but still was weak and cut out occasionally. Lots of of "unnecessary stuff" around in the kitchen and curio cabinets. We had ants marching through one of the bedrooms, but took care of them with the provided spray. Water pressure at the bathroom sink was only a trickle. Whoever was staying in the main house had a dog that roamed to property. He was very friendly (and we are "dog people," so that was OK), but could have been a serious problem if you have issues with dogs. The online info was also incorrect. VRBO said to park on the street and put trash outside the cabin. Host said to put trash in cans at the street, and when we arrived, there was a car back in the space where we were told to park (we would have blocked it in). After messaging the host, we were told it was OK to block the car. The toilet ran and we had to "jiggle" it constantly. When we messaged the host, we were told that they work fix it AFTER we left, as they didn't want to disturb our "privacy." Given that we were never in the cabin during the day, we couldn't understand why this was an issue. Anyway... Again, all these were minor, and we found the accommodations to be fine for our needs... It's just that the little stuff bugged us some.

Great Cottage on a great property

This is our second time staying at this great little venue. The owners were communicative and promptly addressed VRBO challenges that provided incorrect details relating to the check in. We will stay here next year on our annual visit to see family in Poway. The cottage lives larger than the square footage with plenty of room for dinner with our kids and grandson.

Quaint, Quiet Cottage

The cottage was everything the listing said it was. We stayed the weekend to attend our Grandsons 1st Birthday party. Very clean, quiet and cozy. Child and Dod friendly with a really nice open area. Emailed the host and got a quick responce. Very pleased with our stay!!

Nice Short Getaway

Very unique villa! We had a good stay. It was as nice villa as decided last minute to do a quick weekend trip to San Diego area. The only negative is the cleanliness of the property. Lots cobwebs and very dirty environment around the villa. Could really use anything because of it was so dusty and dirty. The inside of the villa was very clean. We were surprised though that because we couldn't turn the thermostat below 76 degrees, there were not fans we could (1 or 2) that we could use..that would have been an appreciate add for that situation.

A basic and convenient place to stay

This rental was clean, and nicely furnished. Communication with the host was good, and he was great about fixing a screen that we found to be damaged upon arrival. However, the rental was quite sparse on some things. For example, we would not have had enough towels if there had been 4 of us (as originally planned), and there was no soap or shampoo, etc. in the shower. So plan to bring your own. The yard has a nice pool area right outside the front door, which is shared with another vacation rental. The overall yard has nice trees and plants and multiple sitting areas, but generally could benefit from some TLC.

Great for a Family!

Stayed at this cottage as a family of 4 with 2 young children and it was perfect for our needs. The outdoor space is wonderful & wish our plans allowed for us to enjoy it more. Curt, the owner, was very hospitable and easy to contact for questions. The one thing that would make it even more exceptional would be some small amenities like shampoo, body wash/ bar soap, etc. (More of a suggestion than an issue). Would stay again with my family!

Like a mini-poolside resort!

Wonderful respite from the heat! Beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding a pool & hot tub. Spacious guest house. Helpful, gracious & responsive hosts - even brought out extra pool floats for our family. Also loved the location near (about 30min to) a dog-friendly beach good for boogie boarding (Solana) & great shops & restaurants.

Super nice and cozy guest house

We booked a day at safari Park and decided to book this place to hang out for a couple of days after. Beautiful guest house and property. The pool was really nice and clean and my kids really enjoyed it. The owners were very good at communicating and provided a free bottle of wine. Great family place. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We love this property

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We had a nice relaxing time. Our son loves being in the pool and my husband and I can’t get enough of the hot tub in the chilly weather.

Beautiful property!

This was exactly what we were looking for; a quiet relaxing staycation with a pool that was private vs. a hotel. We wanted to travel safe during this Covid-19 pandemic. We absolutely loved this property. They had such a beautiful backyard with a pool & jacuzzi & many more setups, all lite up with lots of lights all around the huge backyard, that I found to be breathtaking seeing it all lite up at night. I would recommend adding that photo for others to see here what they are missing out on. Thank you so much Curt & to your lovely family for a great hospitality! We loved Joey the dog as well! Our 5 year old son loved how supper friendly he was. We definitely plan on coming back soon!

Perfect for a quick getaway

Wonderful little guest house with a full kitchen that allowed me to cook healthy dinners during our getaway. Curt and Isabella were gracious hosts and have created such a cozy environment in the guesthouse. It is spacious and we had access to the pool and jacuzzi all week. The kids had no issues connecting remotely to complete their schoolwork using the guest wifi. They are dog friendly and our pup loved playing with theirs. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect "shelter in place" location!

Curt was a wonderful host; he was very accommodating and quick to reply. The guest house is located behind the main house, situated on a large, beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family of 4. There are many cozy seating areas, perfect for relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed sitting outside and also around the pool area. I highly recommend this property for the perfect location to shelter in place; close to Poway Lake hiking trail (plus it is only a 30 minute drive to San Diego beaches and activities). It is private and feels like a true getaway!

Beatuful place

we have enjoyed this place to the fullest it was a weekend that we did not want it to end, the jacuzzi was one of the family reunion points where we could enjoy and talk very warmly, everything is all corners of this place are very cofortables Curt and Ysabela were very cordial and gave us an original cake that they created to celebrate my mother's 83rd birthday They were very attentive at all times, thanks for the bottle of wine they gave us to enjoy the occasion. I recommend this place and hope to return soon
