¡Deseándole horas felices en el lago Chelan! Nuestra nueva casa de 2 pisos y 3 habitaciones se encuentra al otro lado de la calle desde el sendero hasta el lago y se conecta a la pasarela a la piscina y al parque Lookout.

Entra por la puerta y déjate seducir por los altos techos abovedados y una gran sala grande de concepto abierto que te recibe en nuestro plano de planta en el piso de atrás. También hay un dormitorio principal y un baño en el nivel superior junto con un tocador. La cocina totalmente equipada incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y ofrece un espacio soleado para preparar comidas. Siéntese en el bar de la isla o en la mesa de comedor para 8-10 personas y disfrute de las impresionantes vistas que lo rodean. La sala de estar tiene un hermoso sofá y sillas para ver cómodamente el televisor Smart LED de 4 "con LED de 55". Un control remoto universal hace que la visualización de medios sea muy fácil o haga clic para Sonos y escuche su música favorita. Cuando sale el sol (casi todos los días!), disfruta de dos decks que capturan vistas de downlake y de uplake. Un juego de comedor en el patio y una barbacoa hacen que la comida al aire libre sea perfecta. Una lujosa cama tamaño queen le da la bienvenida en la suite principal junto con un enorme armario. Disfrute de un amplio tocador doble en el baño junto con una ducha.

En la planta baja encontrará un segundo dormitorio principal luminoso y brillante también con su propia cama de matrimonio. Hay un Smart TV de 39 "y un montón de almacenamiento en el armario. El baño tiene un tocador y ducha. Construido en literas se ofrecen en el tercer dormitorio, que es un favorito de niños y adultos por igual. Las camas Twin sobre Twin y Twin Over Queen incluyen iluminación individual y almacenamiento incorporado. Un baño en el pasillo incluye una ducha de bañera y lavabo de pedestal. Escondido en el armario del pasillo hay una lavadora y secadora apiladas de tamaño completo. La sala de medios se puede encontrar en el nivel inferior con otro Smart TV 4K LED de 55 ". Éste tiene una configuración de blue ray / X-Box One, así que trae tus juegos y películas. Un sofá cama grande extraíble agrega otra opción para dormir y dos sillas completan el asiento. Una mesa de rompecabezas está configurada para juegos y rompecabezas.

Hay un garaje adjunto para un solo automóvil para su uso. Qué gran lugar para almacenar sus refrigeradores y equipo extra.

Great location and a fun community!

An ideal vacation spot to enjoy with family and friends. You can enjoy all the amenities of a resort along with the comforts of staying in a your own house. The property has so many activities going on - you can take the shuttle down to the water for a day at the beach or rent a jet ski, paddle boats, boats etc., or spend the afternoon at one of the 2 pools or enjoy the artists and music in the evenings. The property managers are very responsive and will come fix any issues in the house if needed. The overall ambience and experience was excellent!

The house was amazing - a modern speaker system, TV, 3 showers and an extra half bath with all the furnishing you can need including two giant balconies. It's also 10 steps from the shuttle to drive you down to the water which is super convenient. Guest/overflow parking is quite a hike, but hopefully most folks can use the garage driveway spot and don't need a 3rd or 4th car like we did

The location of the house was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the waterfront with a large dock, shallow areas for kids and opportunity to rent a paddle board, ski boat or jet ski.

The house is a great location with views of the lake, close to the pool/hot tub and the driveway to the lake front. The only negative being so close to the road is the noise from the shuttles, which are very loud, constantly running up and down the hill. We liked having two decks, so we could rotate between them for shade.

Terrific staycation

Plenty of space for my family to work and attend school remotely for a week. We needed to re-arrange some furniture, but it wasn't a big deal to make spaces for everyone to work while in Chelan. Property is well managed but be aware that there are only 3 sets of dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. Plan ahead if you think you'll need more. Location was ideal for kids to be able to meet up with other friends in the same resort, and the adults were able to easily check out local wineries throughout the week. Definitely plan to return this spring/summer to enjoy the sun and warmer temps.

Plenty of space for all with a well stocked kitchen, great location to the marina shuttle and pools. Organized home that is clearly labeled where to find things and recommendations for the area. There are stairs leading to the kitchen and living areas that could be a challenge if anyone has mobility issues.

Broken air conditioning in mid July

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broken air conditioning in the middle of summer and a consistent failure of maintenance to fix it or show up when called about the problem was the biggest issue. The garbage disposal not working was a smaller issue. With that said, the house was great and if we did have A/C, it likely would have been a great house given the location and overall how the house is set up. I’d consider staying again if I somehow knew it would actually have a working air conditioning or that maintenance would show up when called.

Amazing family vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house with one other family. We had an amazing family vacation here. The house was clean, had all the supplies you may need and was a short walk to the pool. It also was located right across the sidewalk from the valet cart that will take you down to the beach area for free! This was a huge plus especially with two toddlers. The decks were perfect for hanging out and one even had a baby gate to keep the toddlers contained which was great. The downstairs area was a perfect place for the kids to hang out and play. The only improvement I can think of is the barbecue was a bit dirty and there were no grill brushes to clean it. I would also make sure future guests have a kitchen scrub brush or sponge so they don’t have to go through a bunch of dish rags. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

The bedrooms are also large. The bunk room was very fun for our kids. There is some pretty view off the decks and out some windows and it’s great how the house is right next to the trail to the playground and lake. There is even a firepit and some heat lamps on the front porch that weren’t listed and were a great bonus!

Appreciated the efforts of valet service staff and security staff trying to get it to work. Loved the location of the home it was right next to pool and pick up location for waterfront. House was spacious and clean. Appreciated being able to have our furbaby with us. The office was responsive to our requests for extra items such as dishwasher tablets. Thanks for a great week!

Great Experience!

This was our first experience staying at The Lookout Cottages in the “Happy Hour” home and exceeded our expectations! The home was beautiful and was very clean, well supplied for our everyday needs, and centrally located with easy access to the many wineries, restaurants and shops. We wanted to extend our stay but the home was booked through the middle of September! We are planning on coming back yearly and will make our reservations early! We loved that it was pet friendly and we got to bring our little fur ball so that he could enjoy this experience with us! Highly recommend and we’ve already told our friends about it!

Great week at the lake!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week away at The Lookout! Happy Hours was a wonderful escape. We loved the two decks and the overall layout of the house. Our 4 and 2 year olds loved sharing the bunk room and playing in the tv/media room. The house is also in a great location; easy, short walk (less than 1/2 block) to both the pool and shuttle down to the lake. Our only issue was the internet/tv situation. The internet was really slow - hard to stream anything, with lots and lots of buffering (which is not great when you're trying to distract two toddlers with a cartoon!). As for the tv, while there were detailed instructions it was complicated and hard to work.

I thought that main floor master bedroom means on first floor , however main master bedroom was upstairs and it was hard for my mother . We had to use the ramp to go upstairs and it was very hard , I wish description was more clear .

Perfect Place for a Chelan Vacay!

Loved staying here.. house was close to pool, pickle-ball and other activities. House was clean and comfortable and stocked up with plenty of towels and such for the pool! Will be checking here for availability when come back!
