¡Bienvenido a Sandy Wine House! Somos la casa de vacaciones ideal en Chelan.

Sandy Wine es el plano original de Chelan. Cómodamente durmiendo 13 personas, con tres dormitorios y tres baños y cuarto. Cómodo con un ambiente abierto, es perfecto para la escapada de su familia al lago.

Sentados en la cima de Porcupine Lane, fuimos la segunda casa construida y la primera
verdaderos dueños en el puesto de observación. Nuestra casa está a tiro de piedra de la piscina al aire libre y el jacuzzi y nuestro lugar favorito ... el campo de pelota BOCCE. Sandy Wine está a solo 50 pasos de la hoguera y la chimenea al aire libre, la cancha de pickle ball, el parque infantil y el Lookout Park. Siéntese y relájese en nuestro patio envolvente con sillas Adirondack y disfrute de una copa de vino mientras contempla unas increíbles puestas de sol.

The location and neighborhood of this home is wonderful!

Great location, great neighborhood. The bonus was the wrap around porch. The master bedroom and bath were nice. Kitchen was a bit small and the bonus room was small. It technically sleeps 10 but it’s a bit tight for 10 adults. We made it work and had a lovely time!

This home was comfortable and furnished so nicely. Plenty of room for everyone. 3 full bathrooms!!!! The pool facility, shuttle service to the beach, and so many other things made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was a consensus that we will return!

Family rendezvous

Nice accomdations although it was not as spacious as it seemed in the photos. Beds were very comfortable but sofa & living room chairs left much to be desired, Master suite shower spray head was at ceiling level & therefore totally unadjustable, & there were zero places other than the shower floor to put soap, shampoo, etc. — very inconvenient. But putting these issues aside, we had an enjoyable stay.

Only 1 suggestion: Find some smaller arm chairs for the living room (those giant arm chairs took up a lot of space). Thanks for a great stay!

The beach area could be bigger. As the development continues, it will not accommodate guests for the entire development. The management office was training multiple people (young girls) when I called. They were not able to answer most of my basic questions. Hopefully, they get them trained sooner than later. This house is clean, cute, and everything was in working order. We had an issue with the grill not working and they came to fix immediately!

House was clean, nice porches, comfortable furniture , seemed private even though houses were all around. Sunlight hit the house at different times during the day. Kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of counter space and the bar stools were great. The big farm table was awesome for meals, puzzles, etc. TVs everywhere but we didn't turn them on. Too much to do! A few suggestions: Level the refrigerator so the door shuts properly. Check the shower fixture thing on the spout in the upstairs full bedroom. It didn't stay up during the shower. Install mirrors in the bedrooms upstairs so when someone is in the bathroom, the other person can use a mirror in the bedroom to get ready for the day.

Great vacay

The house and the community are exceptional. Less than a minute walk to pool, hot, tub, firepit, espresso/snocone stand, and bocce ball. A half block walk to catch shuttle that takes you down to the beach with plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas, bathrooms, and rental equipment. The house itself has plenty or room to entertain and porch space for enjoying the views.

Just what we needed

The place was nice and clean, great location and lots of space. Close to the beach and a lot of amenities to make you feel right at home. Very quiet during night so our infant daughter slept like a dream. The only thing I would improve is upon checkin not having the cleaning crew still cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time staying at the lookout (first time at this house) and I feel like it’s a lot of veneer but when you get under the surface all the houses are the same and the quality is just ok...not good enough quality for the price. The house was ok but all the amenities (bed, bathrooms, dishes, appliances, deck furniture) are just a little off and need some attention. We would consider coming back but are still on the hunt for a better place to stay. Nothing terrible just not worth the cost.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Wine. I stayed with my husband and our 2 sons. The house has great amenities and had more than enough space for our family. The views from the Lookout were gorgeous and since we were off-season, there were no crowds. The community had great safety measures for covid. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the house stayed warm and cozy even with the outside temps in the 20’s. The neighborhood was so fun to walk around, with gorgeous views of the hills and lake. The houses in the neighborhood were beautiful and charming. We will definitely come stay here again in the future! We had such a good time.
