Entra en esta encantadora casa de campo y siente las influencias de un deportista costero de Florida.
Recientemente renovado con todos los nuevos y modernos acabados, nuevas habitaciones, baños y una cocina moderna con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una vista impresionante de Little Santa Fe a través de una ventana panorámica, una cama tamaño queen y un baño privado con tocador doble y ducha de azulejos.
Dormitorio de invitados tiene acceso privado al segundo baño y cama matrimonial. Baño de visitas tiene doble tocador con ducha de azulejos.
Ambas duchas tienen duchas dobles con chorros de cuerpo!
La habitación con literas está fuera del cuarto de servicio con dos camas literas, ideal para niños pequeños y adolescentes por igual. Cuarta cama se encuentra en un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Cocina moderna totalmente equipada con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos y armarios! La cocina y el comedor tienen vista a la sala Florida, que tiene una vista panorámica del lago.

Santa Fe Lake House

The property is lovely. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The dock has a nice seating area, which we enjoyed during the day and for stargazing at night. Excellent restaurants nearby: Orange Blossom, Woodland Burgers, and Johnny's BBQ. We had a great stay.

Family reunion

Our stay was wonderful and the property was perfect for us. We fished, used a jet ski, had a boat and grilled out each night and morning. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely lake house

Beautiful home, well maintained and equipped. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the dock and the Florida room. It was unseasonably cold the week we were there, but we were very comfortable. A great experience, we hope to return!

Fishing trip

The property was wonderful. The public boat ramp was a short distance from the property by both land and water. Fishing was productive, we caught large mouth bass and crappie.

Charming lakefront home

A truly enjoyable weekend getaway. Roomy and comfortable with very nice décor. Plenty of space for family and convenient amenities. Wonderful view and a boat ramp is just a few minutes away. Communication is dependable and very pleasant. Will be a repeat customer in the future!

If you want to get away and love water views with a dock.

Beautiful home on a large lake with an excellent view. Newly remodeled is the truth even had a new dock. Lanai is not renovated but i believe there is a story behind it lots of memories of someone who worked on apollo.

Exceptional stay on Little Lake Santa Fe

How fortunate we were to find this comfortable and peaceful lakefront home. We loved the gorgeous views of the lake, enjoyed the upgraded kitchen and baths and spent much of our time on the dock, fishing, reading, watching the sunset. We had our fishing kayaks with us too, caught some good size bass and pickeral. The house is extremely clean and is stocked with everything you need. Sascha is a very responsive host and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Santa Fe Lake Retreat

Property is located in a quiet location on the lake. Very peaceful place to get away from it all and relax for a few days. Property was clean and had all the comforts of home with exception of TV network provider (found this out due to rain which forced us indoors). Roku TV was installed a few days prior and now has no cable/network provider. This was only an issue when trying to access certain channels for Football such as ESPN. Even with the App a network provider is required to have access. This was such a minor concern however, worth listing so that others are aware. We still enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly return (before football season starts).

Absolutely Incredible

Amazing!!! This home was everything we could have asked for and much more. The house was just as we saw it in the pictures with a bonus surprise... it was much closer to the lake then what we thought. Everything was super clean and very nicely renovated. This being our first trip in over a year due to the pandemic, we could not have chosen a more perfect/clean home. The owner Sascha was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had, and the check-in/out process could not have been easier. Although it was very windy during our stay, we did manage to get a little boating in during our stay. The sunsets were amazing both on the boat and sitting on the new dock. We will most definitely be repeat guests! Sascha, thank you for an AWESOME and most relaxing getaway! Laura & Cissy

Loved every minute of our stay

We LOVED every minute of our stay at the Lake house. It is everything and so much more than expected. Private, cozy and beautiful inside and out. The house is right on the lake. We woke up every morning with a beautiful lakeview from our bedrooms. Fished off the dock almost everyday. Dipped for a quick swim too. We took advantage of the outdoor fire pit. Shaded trees by the house made it private also. The house has lots of space. The house definitely fits 8 people comfortably. Large open floor plan is fantastic and inviting for a large group or small. There was 3 of us and we thought it was fantastic too. Kitchen is spacious. It had everything for us to cook all of our meals the entire stay. My son sprawled out on the oversized furniture while watching the large tv that had all of the streaming services. That was a extra treat. He is 6'4 and so the couches were perfect for his size. Bedrooms were a nice size but, the bathrooms are so much more than the pictures can show. Double sinks, and the shower in each bathroom were more than spacious. We are a 6"0+ family and its a huge item we look at when renting anything for a vacation. The house was 5 minutes from a cozy town grocery store. We went antiquing one morning to find little treasures. A close corner gas station has bait and everyone was so sweet and helpful. They loved our "Wisconsin accent". It was not hard at all getting to all the highways from the house. Everywhere was very accessible. We WILL be staying again!

Amazing lake views and private dock. Beds were comfy and bathrooms/kitchen well stocked. It was a lovely drive from UF but first night we got there after dark and it was a little tricky to find the driveway! We enjoyed family time in this beautiful location.

Top Notch

We rented this home for our daughters 16th birthday party and it was perfect. Beautiful Clean Clean Clean home. Down right perfect. Huge back yard with a long pier that leads out to breath taking scenery. Caught tons of fish off pier. Paddle boarded and Kayaked all day long. Love this place. Will be back.....

Paradise by the lake

This was exactly what we needed. Three generations of our family gathered together to celebrate a Gator graduating from UF. We wanted a place close enough to Gainesville to participate in celebrations but also quiet and beautiful so we could feel we were on vacation. This was the perfect spot! The view of the lake is magnificent, the house has everything you need and it feels like a home. Sunset by the dock, mornings kayaking... bring a hammock and take a nap at noon, you can not find a nicer place for all of that and more. There is a Winn Dixie 5 minutes away so you can do all your food shopping as you get here. The 40 minute drive from Gainesville is totally worth the place.

Now their son John and their grandchildren Josh and Sascha invite you to enjoy their private retreat, if only for a little while, in hopes that you will find the peace and joy that has been shared over the past few decades.
