En caso de restricciones decretadas oficialmente para viajar por COVID se devolverían los importes pagados. Preciosa casita en Los Alámos, Torremolinos, a 10 minutos del centro de Málaga en coche. Muy luminosa, remodelada hace pocos años con una gran piscina que se comparte con otras 10 casas, con piscina para niños.
A 200 m de la playa y 300 m. de la estación de tren de cercanías, no es necesario el coche. Wifi a 50Mb de descarga gratuito y tv por satélite. 2 dormitorios, cocina moderna totalmente equipada con horno eléctrico, microondas y lavavajillas, lavadora, salón con TV vía satélite (canales internacionales) y cuarto de baño con una ducha amplia. Terraza y jardín alrededor de la casa con barbacoa de carbón. Patio soleado durante el día y fresco por la noche, con mobiliario de jardín. Con espacio donde los niños pueden jugar sin peligro.
Casa muy bien situada, muy cerca del paseo marítimo de Torremolinos, con todos los servicios a la mano. El centro comercial y de ocio Plaza Mayor se encuentra a 800 metros de la casa. Los Álamos es una zona residencial muy tranquila y bien comunicada. Con excelentes conexiones de transporte público. El centro de Málaga está a 10 minutos en coche y 20 minutos en tren, el aeropuerto a 10 minutos, el centro de Torremolinos se encuentra a 5 minutos.
En el paseo de la playa / los Álamos hay muchos bares, restaurantes y lugares para salir por la noche y actividades durante todo el día.
El gran centro comercial y de ocio Plaza Mayor también se encuentra a 800 metros de la casa en el que hay un supermercado Mercadona, numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y actividades de ocio y para niños.
El Real Club de Golf de Málaga se encuentra a 800 metros de la casa, a próximidad también está el Club de golf de Miguel Angel Jiménez.

Los Alamos vacation

We had a lovely holiday here in Los Alamos. Maria was very helpful and allowed us to stay a bit longer in her house as our flights were a bit later. Location is perfect very close to the beach and restaurants. Also easy to get to the station. ..only a few minutes walk away. Maria's house had everything we needed. Nice outside space at the front and the pool was lovely .

Clean and well equipped villa. Great location. Fab area.

We spent two weeks in this Villa and it was fab. Maria is very helpful and responded quickly when we required information on the area. The pool is quiet. The area is very Spanish so plenty of opportunity to practise Spanish. All in all a great holiday and would go back.

Excellent accommodation, great location.

Very superior two-bedroom property with a well maintained, clean swimming pool on your doorstep. Maria's communication with first class. The property is a very convenient 4 minute walk from Los Alamos train station, just two stops from the airport, so you don't need a car, the C1 train is excellent and you can go from Malaga all the way down to Fuengirola on the train. Jump on the train for one stop to Plaza Mayor for great shopping. The property is really well maintained, with an extremely well-equipped kitchen and Maria kindly provided a large amount of bottled fresh drinking water, which saved us multiple trips to shops. There's a small but well-stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk from the property. There are quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance, we would recommend La Playa Surf House which is fantastic. Maria's property also features a dishwasher and the best thing was the external laundry room with washing machine, which lets you do all your holiday laundry on site (and it's dry in an hour or so!). We've stayed in many places and this is one of the very best, highly recommended.

Extended stay in the Sun

We spent the best part of 3 months at this villa from 7 Jan 19. I really can't fault whats on offer here. We wanted to get away from an english winter but It is still cool at that time of year and can get cold in the evenings but the most part, days were lovely and warm with non stop sunshine. Location was paramount for us as we didn't want to be surrounded by ex pats and drinking in the an English pub. Its at the top end of the Torremolinos prom close to the beach, local bars and restaurants. There also a couple of small supermarkets very close. Although we had our car the local train service is excellent and the station is only a five minute walk. The villa itself provides everything you need for a great holiday and Maria is a great host, always available if needed and provided us with great tips on places to visit. We had numerous visitors all of which had a great time and were impressed with the villa and location. Whilst the villa can sleep 6 I would suggest no more than four to be comfortable. Fantastic stay for us. Thank you Maria :-)

Tranquilidad, cercano a playa

Buena ubicación cercano a playa y tranquilo, sin ruidos. Casa con lo necesario, algunos accesorios con huellas del paso del tiempo ( cama, frigorífico, sartenes, etc...). Muy buena limpieza en el interior y no tanto en el exterior ( barbacoa, sillas). La comunicación con la arrendadora, genial. En resumen, estancia cómoda y satisfactoria, con detalles a mejorar.

Muchas gracias por tus comentarios Rafael que me son de gran ayuda, justo tras vuestra estancia he revisado todas las cosas que con buen criterio me señalasteis y de nuevo gracias por cómo lo dejasteis vosotros todo, impecable y ordenado. Respecto a lo que comentas de las sillas fuera, limpiamos un día antes de vuestra llegada y esa noche llovió Calima, vosotros llegasteis por la mañana y de ahí que el suelo y las sillas de fuera no estuvieran limpias, pese a que siempre las limpiamos. Siento no haber caído en eso. Será un placer volver a alojaros si queréis volver. Saludos

Semana fenomenal

La casita está muy bien, es muy acogedora y está muy bien situada, al lado de la playa, tren, supermercado.... En definitiva hemos pasado una semana espectacular con dos pequeños que han aprovechado al máximo la piscina. Very enjoyable second stay

This was our second stay at this wonderful property, the first following Covid restrictions. Lovely location; very close to the beach and all the beach restaurants. Just a few minutes walk from Los Alamos train station, so transport options are ideal. Lovely property, well maintained and equipped with excellent communication from Maria, as always. The swimming pool is is a good size, very well maintained and is just perfect. Would highly recommend and we're looking forward to returning again in the future!

Villa parfaite dans petite copro calme avec piscine

Vacances idéales au soleil 😎 Située à 5mn à pied de la plage d’un côté et 6mn de la gare de Los Alamos de l’autre (train toutes les 20mn dans les 2 sens et à seulement 2 stations de Malaga airport). Au sein d’une résidence au calme et sécurisée de 10 maisons, tout est bien pensé dans celle-ci : clim dans chaque chambre et aussi dans le salon, lave-linge bien pratique, transats disponibles avec coussins, terrasse avec vue sur la piscine, gazon très bien entretenu, belle piscine spacieuse (personne dedans à part nous). Contact excellent avec Maria la propriétaire, bienveillante, facilement joignable & très arrangeante pour les horaires de check-in/check-out ... on a envie de l’inviter pour l’apéritif 😃 Deux supérettes très pratiques à qq minutes à pied. Le centre-ville débute à 15/20mn de marche le long de la très agréable promenade du Paseo, face à la mer. Je recommande cette location à 120% !

Great Location and a lovely Villa.

Just returned from a perfect week in this beautiful Villa. The Villa had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Everything from initially booking was perfect, Maria the owner is very helpful and replied promptly to any questions we had, a very helpful, friendly owner. A very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also a five minute walk to the train station, a car is not needed in this area as everything is close by including a great shopping centre which is just one stop away on the train. The neighbourhood is also very quiet considering the close proximity of the local amenities. I would highly recommend this villa and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

September Getaway

Prior to arrival at the property Maria was very helpful in sending me the check-in information and also catering for my two year old son with a travel cot, high chair, beach towels and bucket and spade which was very thoughtful. On arrival to the property we found the check in process to be simple and were impressed with the size and outdoor space that was offered. The pool area was lovely and very quiet meaning we had the place to ourselves. The property was extremely clean and Maria has thought of everything that you might possibly need including candles, matches, cooking oils, plastic cups to use around the pool area, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc which are only small things but make a big difference! The aircon was easy to use and very effective, the kitchen was well kitted out, always hot water in the bathroom and plenty of towels. The WiFi was very fast and the TV had channels for my two year old to keep him entertained. The property is a very short walk from the beach and a supermarket which has everything you will need. Overall we had an excellent stay, Maria was a great host. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! We would definitely return.

Lovely place to stay, excellent location

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days with our two young children. It is was clean and comfortable. They loved the onsite pool - which we often had to ourselves. The house is well located - the beach is less than a five minute walk. It is also a five minute walk from the station - meaning that Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas and Malaga are easily accessible by public transport. Maria, the owner, is very friendly and happy to help us with any issues we had before and during our stay. We thoroughly recommend this property.

Vi var 3 vuxna, 1 liten hund och 3 barn ålder 7-11 år. Vi njöt av fint väder och underbart litet poolområde precis framför huset. Nära till stranden och restauranger. Vi tog även tåget i 20 min till Fuengerola för shopping vilket var smidigt för huset ligger nära tågstationen. Maria som äger huset var väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta!

A great choice!!

The villa was fantastic.We had the pool mostly to ourselves.The train was very convenient and I got a taxi number from a taxi company Radio Taxi and they always came straight away when I rang them.About 8-10 euro to get into town which was great value for four of us!! Loved being near the beach and the supermarket nearby was great too.

Adequate at a reasonable rate

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at this property. We had no idea what to expect, this being our first extended stay in Spain. It definitely met our needs. It is a quiet location and within walking distance to transportation (train or bus) to get to many locations. We used the train almost everyday, and also did a great deal of walking. The property itself was large enough and the second bedroom was perfect for when company came to visit, just a little uncomfortable having only one bathroom. The property was clean and well maintained. I believe that anyone booking this property during a warmer season would thoroughly enjoy staying here.

Een knusse woning vlakbij het strand en station.

Een leuke 4 persoons woning met zwembad. Airco aanwezig en een keuken met vaatwasser. Momenteel wordt er in de omgeving gebouwd maar daar heb je niet echt veel last van. Zeer aardige eigenaresse die zeer behulpzaam was. Binnen 5 minuten lopen lag je op het strand en binnen 2 minuten was je bij de bakker. De trein naar Malaga en Fuengirola was ook binnen 7 minuten lopen bereikbaar. Buiten blaffende honden (hoort erbij in Spanje) een leuk verblijf.

Toller Badeurlaub

für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz, sehr sauber, toller Pool in der Mitte der kleinen Häusergruppe, der sogar im Oktober noch wärmer war als das Meer. Dieses ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Hat alles gut funktioniert, vieles ist neu renoviert. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
