Not paradise

It’s a timeshare condo. Owner has no ability to help. Sheets were dirty and had urine stains, air stopped working, faucet leaked, beds were super uncomfortable. We were not able to get in until after 5pm and that was because I complained because they kept telling us only a few more minutes which turned into 2 hours. Tried to connect with Noreen and she had informed us that she reached out and we should connect with front desk but they kept telling us there was nothing they could do. For the cost - I would not recommend booking through here. Very disappointed and felt like we way over paid.

We enjoyed our stay at Harborside. The room was clean, roomy and it was nice to have the kitchen to eat in on occasion. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Our stay was amazing. We highly recommend!!! The host was informative and got back to us with every question we had. The staff from top to bottom was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. We loved it so much......we bought in as well!!!! So needless to say, we will definetly be back!!!

Exceeded Expectations

This was our 3rd time to Atlantis. We have stayed at one of the Atlantis hotels, Comfort Suites, and at this location. Staying here was the best overall and the least expensive. We saved money by bringing pre-cooked food with us to heat up in the condo. We were able to benefit from the full kitchen to eat breakfast, pack lunch, and eat dinner (half the week). We were able to use the cabinet space to store the snacks we brought with us. I highly recommend staying at the Harborside with Family Fun Atlantis!!! In addition, there were fast response times to all of my questions. The experience from booking, staying, and then leaving was all super smooth.

A room with a view and a few other things

I would have given this stay 5 stars across the board but am unable to do so. I’ll break it down into two parts always leaning into what was good. The Good: 1. We got a beautiful one bedroom room with a harbor view and the room was spacious. Online pictures don’t do the size of the accommodation justice. 2. Checking in was smooth 3. Kitchen was a good size to prepare meals. 4. Accommodation was clean 5. Property is beautiful 6. Pool is very nice 7. Pool bar staff are the best! 8. Our second room was even bigger (second room?… see why below). The bad 1. Our room smelled damp upon arrival. Thought it was because housekeeping may have cleaned with the sliding door open. 2. We woke up to the sound of running water in the bathroom only to find out water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. 3. Reported the leak and if was “fixed” 4. Day 2, woke up to even more water in the bathroom. My husband had to use towels inside of the trash can to muffle the sound of running water. 5. Leak reported again, it is once again allegedly fixed. No one ever reported this issue to the property manager. I contacted our VRBO host the first time the leak happened and it took two consecutive days of calling for a response. 6. We had to move out of our room losing half a day of fun with our kids because the leak was so bad that it couldn’t be repaired before we were due to check out. Overall, Harborside is great for families but is overdue for some interior upgrades.

Amazing vacation!!!

Harborside in my opinion is the best place to stay at Atlantis. We had six people, 3 adults 3 kids age 13,9,5. We had the 2 bedroom deluxe and had an awesome relaxing vacation. Parents in one bedroom, grandma in the other, and I brought two single air mattresses. The kids stayed in the living room one on the couch and two on their own air mattress. If we had went the traditional hotel room route at Atlantis this vacation would not have been the same. Water park and pools officially close between 5-7 depending on the season. So we had a good amount of time in room at the end of the night. We all had our own space and it was awesome. Brought snacks and breakfast foods and used the full kitchen each morning and once for dinner. the food on site wasn’t anything great. We did do one big money restaurant and it was great, Seafire. But the rest of the food was okay. Poolside food was good, Marina pizza was good. But anything else was terrible and expensive. So having the option to cook ourselves was great. The pool at harborside was one of the best, the warmest and quietest too. Unfortunately we only used it first and last day. The days in between were all at the water slide areas. The shuttle is frequent and fast, definitely a great resource. If we go again harborside is where we’ll book. The price saving and extra space cannot be beat. If you’re like me and wary of booking out of country and non direct. Definitely book through family fun Atlantis on VRBO. No extra fees at checkin!

Family vacation

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location was great- a short beautiful stroll to many restaurants & shops. Conveniently close to water parks, pools, & beaches. Staff friendly, responsive, & helpful. Would highly recommend & plan to stay here again

Amazing Property!

Overall good experience

The resort provided fresh towels and linen as needed. The unit is conveniently located across from the elevator and was enough space for an adult a 3 children. There is very little natural light that comes in, the view or the top of the trees leaves much to be desired. Finally an oven would be a nice addition.

Great Value

We loved our stay in a double unit at Harborside. It’s a little bit of a walk to get to the main areas (~15 min.), but for that, you get something much nicer than a standard hotel room for significantly less. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would stay again. Four thumbs up.

Love Harborside Atlantis

This was our third time at Atlantis, and we love staying at Harborside. Definitely the best value for space at the resort. We got a great unit with a beautiful view of the marina. We will definitely book with Chris again!

Great Family Vacation

We rented three condos at Harborside Atlantis for 9 family members, including three kids. The condos were updated, clean, practical with the kitchens/washers, and met all our needs. Only glitch was that my daughter who arrived many hours before me was not able to check in even though I called ahead and left her name, and she also had a printed copy of the reservation so she and her young family had to wait around after a long travel day. Overall, I would highly recommend it for families. We all had a fabulous time!

Fantastic resort and condo!!

We were totally blown away by the Atlantis resort and will definitely be coming back! The condo was clean and spacious and we loved having the kitchen. Food down there can be pretty pricey but having the kitchen and bringing snacks and cereal from home definitely helped us save.

Great condo and owner

The condo is great - plenty of space for my wife and 2 boys, everything looked modern and clean, and we had a great view of the marina and royal towers. We were a little worried about the walk to the water park, but it's quick and a nice walk around all the yachts. We never wound up using the shuttle. This was our first time at atlantis and it did not disappoint. Chris was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us prepare for the trip.

best deal at Atlantis!

This was our third trip to Atlantis - we previously stayed at the beach tower and the coral, but they were so expensive for just a regular small hotel room. Our kids LOVE Atlantis though, so we wanted to come back with a bigger group this year. We're so happy we found out about Harborside!! Not only are the rooms MUCH bigger, but they have a full kitchen and washer/dryer which was a life saver. No more hanging everyone's bathing suits up in the bathroom lol. We were only planning on staying 5 nights, but so glad we wound up booking the full week. We booked the two attached condos, which was perfect for our big group, and definitely cheaper than having to get two regular Atlantis hotel rooms. The rooms were beautiful and clearly recently renovated. Chris made sure to get us one with a balcony overlooking the marina. The pool and hot tub were great and we almost had them to ourselves most of the time! Chris was very helpful - super fast in responding to our emails and had tons of tips. Their website is awesome and has so much information. Will definitely book again for next year!
