Luxury condo in the heart of it all!

We loved the location - steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping and groceries. The kitchen was the best appointed of the many condos we have rented - we love to cook! Very secure building with a lovely rooftop pool and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Amazing place

We had a great time. The condo was perfect and in a perfect location. We loved the balcony. The roof top pool was amazing. The views as well were so gorgeous. Herman was so kind and so easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything. Would stay here again for sure.

Loft 268 Rm 206 Great Location

We love the location of the condo and will recommend highly recommend it to others. Great restaurants are close by and the Melacon is only a block away. Looking forward to going back already. The hosts were responsive to email messages and great to work with. It's central location makes it perfect and easy to get around to all the restaurants and the famous mile long Melacon.

They Stole the Security Deposit

BEWARE, these people are NOT honest. They will steal your security deposit if you do not remember to get it back. I am charging them criminally with theft and will be asking VRBO to de-list them

Beautiful Home in a beautiful neighborhood

I was hesitant to reserve this property specifically because of its lack of reviews online. Nonetheless we booked a last minute vacation and so our options were limited. This probably isn't always the case, but with this particular property we really lucked out! The property is located in a brand-new building and the finishings and decorations are over the top. The owners did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the planning of our stay. The building is located very close to the beach with no hills. The pictures don't show it but it has a very nice balcony with a place to seat 4. I absolutely was stunned at the finishes in this property. It's a five star rating no question. If I were to be critical of anything, the master bedroom has a window covering that could used to be a little darker or provide more privacy. And the only other complaint I would have is that they do not provide pool towels or allow you to bring towels to the beach. It is understandable why, but typically in the other VRBO I have stayed they do provide this. None of these would sway me away from renting the property again. Every single thing went just as planned, somebody was there to meet us up on check in. This building does not offer cleaning or maid service at all. That wasn't something I was used to, nor did I notice it when I rented it. As far as quality, all of the amenities exist in this property and then some. The building is very Lively and energetic, but very quiet inside your unit. The upstairs pool area on the rooftop is amazing! I would definitely book again! Thank you so much for a great stay

Wonderful Unit

The unit was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more, everything was very comfortable. 24 hour front desk security and roaming staff made everyone feel safe and relaxed. Common areas were well kept. Great location every morning we would pop down to grab freshly squeezed orange juice. The only issue we had was with the hot water, it was fed by a tankless system and seemed a bit finicky.

Very Nice Space, Close to Restaurants

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The interior of the unit is attractive, the building is new and secure, the rooftop deck is superb with a nice view. We spent quite a bit of time there. The workout room has dumbbells and a weight machine. Herman was quite responsive and helpful. The kitchen is spacious. The condo is about 3 blocks from the ocean, and is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, convenience stores. The bed was quite comfortable. The master bedroom is mostly taken up by the bed, with very little extra room however. So, it's a very nice place to stay. There were a few downsides from our perspective. There is no view from inside the condo. The sliding doors that open to a small balcony look directly across at another condo building. The street the condo is on is very busy and is a bus route. The traffic and especially the buses are quite loud, too loud for us anyway, to sit on the balcony. But with the sliding doors closed it was quiet enough inside.

This Place is the BEST

Herman was incredibly easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The place was furnished very nicely and comfortable. Location is in the heart of the romantic zone and easily accessible - everything is walking distance. I would recommend this place and give it 10-stars if I could!

Beautiful condo in heart of Zona Romantica

Great location and property...very nice decor. Only constructive advice would be to add a blackout shade in the bedroom...light comes in all night. Really enjoyed our stay.
