Fun in the Heart of Zona Romantica - Loft 268 - 2bed 2bath + Location!

Loft 268 has a large rooftop infinity edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with bartender, BBQ area, fire pit, Jacuzzi, and multiple sunning areas.

The condo was professionally redesigned to maximize the luxury. This spacious unit is on the 5th floor, with a beautiful living area, 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large L shaped balcony, complete with an ocean view.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, two chairs, coffee table and a Samsung Smart TV. The living room opens to large L-shaped spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area, Lounger, outdoor sofa offering gorgeous views of old town and partial views of the ocean. Living area has air conditioning/heat, and high-speed wireless internet.

Enjoy gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. Small appliances include a coffee maker with coffee, as well as, hot tea bag options, blender, toaster, and other rarely offered perks. Kitchen has a custom dining table with 6 chairs and all cutlery and utensils to enjoy your favorite meals.

Relax in the comfortable master Bedroom with a king size bed with ample closet space for your travel attire, ceiling fan, split AC and Smart TV on the wall for your entertainment.
Master bedroom opens to the terrace and offers partial views to the ocean and old town, opens to terrace. Master bedroom is bright and has curtains for privacy and optimum light control.
Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with modern lights and spacious walk-in spa-like rain shower head. There is a full second bathroom also with a large walk-in shower. Both the bathrooms include plush towels, blow dryer, toiletries, and amenities to make your stay a 5-star experience.

We had a wonderful time at Loft 268. The host made the trip go smoothly - condo was easy to access, clean and any question we had was answered immediately. The location was perfect - easy to get to the pier, the beach and countless restaurants. The rooftop pool had a great view and a wonderful place to spend the after afternoon/evening.

Great place to stay in the heart of Zona Romantica. Easy walk to the beach and so many local restaurants right out the front door. The pool is incredible with great views of the ocean and city. Also kid friendly they loved it here. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Stay

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Puerto Vallarta! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The bedding was especially impressive. Soft and high quality which is important to us!The location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool with breathtaking views—such a great spot to unwind and take in the sunset. The staff were also fantastic: welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!Shout out to Juan Carlos and Enrique for being so great and helpful.

Very nice condo in PV

The property looked just like the pictures. It was very comfortable and the pool and the gym were excellent. I really appreciate that they store our luggage for a couple of extra hours. The only problem was there was more street noise than I liked.

Great place and location!!!

The property is in the middle of everything… restaurants and clubs. Very nice unit and the roof top pool was amazing!!! We got a couple of bottles of wine to welcome us !!! The manager Enrique was very helpful and attentive!! Thank you Robb and Enrique for making our stay nothing but wonderful!!!

PV Trip

The place is really nice, very well equipped and decorated. It’s very close to everything which is great but it can also be very loud at night with the clubs being right around the corner. Great spot. I will be back!

Very beautiful condo, very fun stay

The building and condo itself is gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable. Naturally it is in the heart of Romantic Zone so if that’s your M.O. you’ll be exactly where you want to be! Beautiful rooftop pool. Great communication from Enrique. My friends and I were all very happy and would come back.

Beautiful Condo with a great pool and fitness room.

4 of us stayed at this property. It's a clean, beautiful condo and the owner and host were easy to communicate with and made the process smooth. Location is central in Zona Romantica and easy to get to everything. Also, it's right around the corner from several bars so it can be a little noisy at night-time hours but then again who goes to sleep early while in PV! Thanks for a great stay!

Immaculate PV Condo

The owner's knocked it out of the park, the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are really comfortable, big walk in showers in each room, a wrap around balcony where you can see the ocean. The building has a great roof top pool, day beds, etc The gym has all you need and it’s a corner unit. We have already booked our return.

Great condo in the heart of Zona Romantica

Had such a great stay! This two bedroom condo was perfect for four of us friends! Beautiful condo with very nice finishes, amenities and the location is the best part. Both bedrooms had king size beds with great bathrooms. Great balcony! Host was very responsive and friendly. The HOA in the building is very strict, so having visitors is tough. Can be noisy in the wee hours of the morning due to the nightlight close by but the white noise machines in the rooms were a great bonus that drowned out the sound! Would highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay!

Luxury space in an amazing location

Highly recommended! The building and apartment are gorgeous and brand new - it felt like a luxury hotel. The roof top pool and huge balcony provided such lovely sunning locations that we stayed for a week and never even went to the beach. The location is perfect, one block from Badillo, the main strip for restaurants and bars and a few blocks from the Malecon boardwalk at the beach (PV is a party town so we did hear music from the clubs faintly at night). Other great close places: groceries from Mercado Ollin, breakfast bowls from ONO, salads from Barra Light. Every day we just walked out and wandered around a bit until we found the bar, restaurant or shop that we wanted - everything is so close and safe, and everyone speaks English. The property managers were super helpful and available. Honestly this was the perfect place for my sister and I!

Great Unit

I had the pleasure of staying at this unit for 6 nights, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, with the beach and other amenities are just a few blocks away. The cleanliness of the unit was impeccable, and the attention to detail in the design was evident in every corner. All the amenities in the unit were in excellent condition, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The spaciousness of the unit was also a big plus, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The property itself is in a prime location, offering convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool, which was simply breathtaking. The views from the pool were mesmerizing, and it was the perfect spot to soak in the sun and enjoy the surroundings.

Very clean and well located unit

We stayed in Robb’s unit for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything including the beach, and is very clean and new. Everything in the unit is in good condition. The unit is spacious with both bedrooms ideally being on opposite ends of the unit which is perfect for two couples traveling together or four friends. The only downside is that the property is directly above several night clubs that play very loud music, some of them past 2am. I did not deduct any stars or slight Robb for this because we knew this going into it given the location. It did not bother us because we were also out late most nights. We would gladly stay here again if we could.

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful and spacious condo. The bedrooms are at either end, giving two couples complete privacy. Both rooms have king size beds! Thank you. This condo is located on the 5th floor and has a bit of a view of the bay. It’s also easy to use the stairs to get to the rooftop pool. There is a bar at the pool that opened at noon. I did try a couple of the cocktails and can recommend them!There is almost everything you could possibly need. Nice supply of kitchen basics, cooking pots/pans, storage containers and glassware. Soaps, shampoos, shaving cream and mouthwash. Nice thick towels too and plenty of them. I wasn’t a fan of the on demand water in the shower, but we made do. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend you bring earplugs. The nearby clubs’ music, particularly the bass, can be heard. There is a great day spa nearby and a medical clinic next door. You are also just a block from Basilio Badillo. I would recommend all the neighborhood eateries! Great communication with the owner.
