What a great condo. The location is an outstanding. Step outside to the beach and only 10 minutes to Daytona Beach. So comfortable and well stocked. The owners were so responsive. Almost immediately. We are going to make this our multiyear rental.

This beautifully decorated condo checked all the boxes for our family. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and beach access was perfect. Grocery store was only .5 mile from the condo which was super convenient. The lay out is great and the owners had a beach supply closet that contained everything you need for a day on the ocean. I would definitely recommend!!

We had such a positive experience with our stay! The property owner was very communicative. When I had questions, we were coming in town on a family trip and wanted to see what types of restaurants and entertainment was in the area and she was more than accommodating with her responses. The property itself was just as the photos, stocked very well in the kitchen with what was needed for cooking and the beach closet was awesome for the kids! It was very nice going on vacation and not having to worry about running to the store to pick up anything other than food. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody the looking to stay in the Ormond Beach area. And the fact that it was just steps away from the beach was perfect. We hope to be able to stay there again in the future! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality!!

We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the unit overall. There was some exterior construction going on, which did wake us the first morning, but it was a Friday around 9 a.m. and related to improvements on the ocean-facing deck seating areas. Since it’s the off-season, that was understandable.We were especially impressed with how well stocked the unit was. We were in town for the Rolex 24 at Daytona, so we didn’t do much cooking, but everyone commented that if we had, the kitchen amenities would have been more than sufficient. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d be happy to return.

Wonderful StayEverything was exactly as advertised. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view and the calming sound of the waves. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive through the entire process. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo was wonderful. Third floor gave you great views of the beach. You are on a quiet area of the beach with many great restaurants and a great ice cream stand very nearby. A welcoming bottle of wine was there for our enjoyment as well as a Keurig and all the kitchen amenities you could possibly need. A very large kitchen table would be great for large gatherings! Love this building and area as this was our second time renting here.

Everything was perfect! From A to Z. There was nothing we needed, EVERYTHING was supplied for the beach, cooking and comfort. Vacation was seamless. The balcony was incredible, watched the most beautiful moonrise from it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to do so!!

Perfect place to gather with family

Gathered here with family for Thanksgiving and everyone commented on how great the space was. Gorgeous ocean views, spacious living room and dining room, plus plenty of privacy for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

The VanLee 306 is part of their retirement plan and they loved getting it ready for rentals in the meantime. They love spending time with their son and daughter and their families and three grandchildren.

Michael and Dawn chose this home after two years of vacationing in the same building. They love the three bedrooms and the ocean views from the main living areas and the master bedroom! And they love the quiet town of Ormond Beach and all the shops and restaurants within a short distance.
