DIRECT OCEANFRONT Condo with BREATHTAKING VIEWS!

Welcome to Van Lee 605! Upon entering this sixth floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront retreat you will begin to relax, refresh, and recharge! The first thing you see is the ocean! There are gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony and sunset views from the front porch! You might even catch sight of dolphins playing in the surf, sea turtles nesting, or pelicans diving into the waves. Please note: please close curtains at night: the lighting confuses turtle hatchlings and they might get hurt. Van Lee 605 features comfortable furniture and relaxing decor. This unit sleeps up to 6/8 ( Pullout queen bed in sofa in Livingroom.)

The living room is a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach. You will find a 65” Smart TV with cable or sign into your Netflix account to watch your favorite shows or movies. WiFi is included with your stay.

Once you walk into the modern kitchen you may want to cook! The kitchen features all brand new stainless appliances and small appliances. This is a fully equipped kitchen. We provide the basics like spices, coffee, teas, sweeteners, and other surprises. The bar area features a variety of glasses, accessories, and refrigerated drawers to keep your beverages or food items cold.

The Master Suite is large and comfortable! You will quickly drift off to sleep on the plush mattress, while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean! Your very own natural sound machine! The second bedroom features comfortable, two new full size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with cable, a large walk-in closet with drawers, and new bathroom with a spa shower. All linens and towels are provided. In the private laundry room (directly across from 605 front door/locked) you will find a large capacity washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets.

We have free parking in front of building with plenty of spaces available.

We also provide everything you need for the beach including beach umbrellas with anchors, five deluxe beach chairs, beach mats, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, cooler, and more! The quiet beach offers rest and relaxation… limited crowds! Relax by the pool or on the beach, build sand castles, play volley ball, and/or go boogie boarding in the waves! Enjoy your vacation!

Clean, spacious and great views. It was the most well stocked kitchen and bathrooms of any rental I have stayed in. Having beach, chairs, kids toys, umbrellas, and beach towels all on hand saved lots of time and space for traveling. Very good communication with the host. 100% recommend

This is our third time staying here and it was just as amazing as before! The condo is incredibly clean and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The view of the beach is fabulous - you can’t beat being right on the water for both convenience and relaxation. Cheryl is always incredibly responsive and we couldn’t recommend her home enough.

The place has the best views of the ocean! We loved the beach area, pool area, and the condo itself. It was perfect for our family of 5, and this is our second time staying there in the last two years. We would highly recommend this condo for any length of vacation!

The entire stay was amazing. The amenities, the view right on the beach, the location, was just beautiful and amazing! The listing is as you see it if not better in person. The only thing I don’t care for is the cleaning fee on top of having to wash the linens.

Perfect Getaway

The view did not disappoint. We could hear the ocean waves. The host was very attentive responding to every text message immediately. Very clean and updated accommodations. We had a great time.

Great views

The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach view was beautiful. Furniture on balcony nice and clean. Kitchen very nice. Stocked with all the necessities. Beach chairs were clean and nice. Beds were comfortable however living room couches and chairs were not and really need upgrades as do the area rugs in bedroom and living area. The building itself is old.

Overall a nice condo. Some minor elevator troubles/delays/malfunctions a couple of days but they were resolved quickly which was huge since we were staying on the 6th floor. Air conditioning balance is off a bit, which is to say that it is much warmer in the living room and master bedroom compared to the bedroom and bath closer to the entrance. Our girls were very cold just so we could be semi-comfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay. Condo property, pool, beach access were all top notch. Other guests were friendly and well behaved. Would definitely book again.

Home on the Beach

Andy & Cheryl's condo on the beach is super clean, well-stocked, and ready for your next ocean side vacation. Communication was easy, check in was a breeze, and the location is prime. The condo has been remodeled and updated nicely. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need. Both bedrooms and the living room are spacious and comfortably furnished. There are some beach supplies provided including, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, kiddie toys, and beach towels. The washer/dryer is conveniently placed in a closet on the front porch. The balcony has two lounge chairs and a cafe table with two more chairs, with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool right on the beach adds a resort feel, and the plexiglass fence allowing views out to the beach is an underrated bonus. Parking is plentiful, with two separate hoses provided to wash off people and beach supplies before headed inside after day trips. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family! It made for the perfect home away from home for our family beach vacation. We hope to book again should we be lucky enough to return to Ormond Beach!

Fantastic Stay

This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and being just steps to the beach. The view of the sunrise from the rental was stunning. We had most of our meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Cheryl was very kind and accommodating. We would choose this place again.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. It takes a lot to impress me but this condo did just that. All kinds of extras (beach towels , chairs , detergent , baggies etc. if it wasn’t there you didn’t need it. Great communication . GREAT EVERYTHING. Do not hesitate to book.

What a view……..Oh those sunrises!

My family stayed here in March for 9 days. We had never been to this part of Florida. Ormond Beach is a quiet, older city, and just far enough from Daytona Beach which is where the spring breakers go. Felt very safe at all times. Well-stocked kitchen which made preparing meals easy. Only thing I would have liked was a drying rack for dishes, as I don’t put pots and pans in dishwasher. But there were so many extras, it’s hard to even mention it. The master bed was super comfy. I felt like I slept on a soft, fluffy cloud. Huge closet in both bedrooms with plenty of hangars. Walk-in shower for both bathrooms was nice. So much better than tub showers. I loved the patio area and the high chairs by the table. I could have sat there all day every day listening to the waves and watching for dolphins swimming on occasion and pelicans fly by. Great to have a personal washer/dryer across from unit and there were beach chairs, towels, toys all free to use. Host Cheryl was great to work with. Always responded to any questions I had. Loved that the place had two elevators. Never had to wait long for one to open.

Great Property, very well maintained and stocked

This unit was fantastic! It's very well done and very well kept. We came in January for the Rolex 24 and it was rather quiet here the entire time that we were here. The kitchen is just amazing and had just about everything that you'd need to cook with and some seasonings as well. The beds were very comfortable and everything else worked as it should. We will definitely try to stay here again next year. Highly recommended!
