Hermoso Napili Shores Condo! ~ ¡Consulta sobre los especiales de 2019!

This review is a complete surprise for several reasons. First and foremost is that this guest stayed in May 2014 not May 2016. She says 2014 in the body of the review, but dated it 2016. I also never got a call from them regarding any issues. If I had, I would have taken action to get rid of any bedbugs. In fact Napili Shores has a policy that if bugs are discovered in any unit, they shut down all the units surrounding the infected unit to prevent them from spreading. There were never any reports prior to or after their stay from any guest or from the maid/maintenance service. I'm not sure what may have bitten them on their last night, but it was not bedbugs. In addition, the entire unit renovated in August 2015. And finally, this past summer (2016) the entire building my unit is in was fumigated as the property does regularly to stay ahead of termites which thrive in the tropical environment. So there are no bedbugs in my condo and, to my knowledge, there never were.

While I appreciate this guest for making the effort to post a review of my property, it is unfortunately full of inaccuracies and exaggerations. The dishwasher did indeed die during his stay and I had it replaced right away. Nevertheless, I think it marred his visit. Here's everything: The carpet. The maid service reported no stains but shampooed it at my request as soon as they checked out. I stayed in the condo myself a few weeks after and noticed no problem. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment. The maids did find one knife with a broken handle and discarded it, and now there is a block full of knives in perfect working order as well as more in a drawer. The pots/pans, etc are all in perfect working order. Never had a complaint about them and often people appreciate everything there. There is a microwave, coffee maker and a grinder and a small food processor and lots of utensils. The tupperware often disappears from the unit and is subsequently replaced throughout the year. This guest happened to stay just before I returned to restock the tupperware. There is also a new dining set. The kitchen has never been a problem in the five years I have owned the place. There are new bed linens but the bed is perfectly fine. I sleep there each time I go and have never received any complaint about any of the beds. Sometimes the cleaning supplies run a little low and I have asked the maid service to stay on top of it. If there is a need for anything, they can deliver it right away. If there are any specific questions about any of this, please do not hesitate to contact me. Prior to this guest, I have never had a dissatisfied customer!
