Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet.
The coffee machine was another letdown; I wasn’t sure if it made me want to brew a cup of coffee or take a trip to the supermarket to refill it. The bathroom lacked attention to detail—bath amenities were placed without care, and there wasn’t even a glass to hold toothbrushes, which felt quite unhygienic. The luxury is in the details, and unfortunately, this hotel is in dire need of renovation. Everywhere you look, something is broken, from room features to the loungers by the pool.
That being said, the staff is truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and offering top-notch service. The hotel’s location is another highlight, surrounded by nature that almost insists you come back, despite the lack of attention to maintenance.
