The apartment itself gets great sunlight, with a strong A/C to make sure you are comfortable. The building is a few stories tall, and this apartment is located on the second floor of this elevator building. There is a pool for residents, and the beach you can access is directly next to the Ritz Carlton's. The balcony is ample as well as the kitchen, making even a day of staying in delightful.

The apartment comes with 1 parking spot on the premises, but most needs are within walking distance. Your beach, supermarket, CVS, brunch spot, and numerous other eats are just a few minutes away.


NEIGHBORHOOD
There are only 4 buildings in all of KB that allow short term rentals! The market is scarce and this is a rare gem, be it for short term or long term.


GETTING AROUND
If you’re not planning to leave KB, a golf cart rental might be a smart alternative! A car rental is also a good move, and this listing includes a parking space.

We have a hotel-trained housekeeper at your disposal and can come by once a week (or more, if desired; inquire) to clean the apartment and make sure a longer-term experience is just as care-free and tidy as a short one.

If your stay is longer than one month, additional housekeeping is required once every two weeks during your stay. This is not included in the cleaning fee, so you can pay the housekeeper directly for this service or send me the money through Vrbo and I will pay her.

IMPORTANT: This building's HOA requires a copy of government issued photo ID for all guests over 18, along with a signed document agreeing to follow the condominium's rules and regulations.
