Great House

Dania was a great host and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with not only pots and pans, but lot of food including beverages, spices, and condiments. Only negative was that there were no speakers and TVs were hard to connect with screen mirroring for playing music. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or dock because of timing and cold weather. House is within half hour of Clemson campus. We were there for a graduation so it was easier.

Great Home for Big Thanksgiving Group

We had a great time at this home with our family of 5, one Nana, and our future son-in-law and his family. The house was a great size for our group, especially the kitchen! We had just about everyone in the kitchen all Thanksgiving day and didn't get in each other's way even once! The double ovens were wonderful (makes me wish I had them at my own home). The kids enjoyed all the game options downstairs and the hot tub. There are 2 big rooms upstairs that sleep 4 each (one has a toddler bed) and a room in the basement for up to 2. The primary bedroom on the main floor was big! Everyone slept well and had room to spread out. Bathrooms were plentiful. One room upstairs only has a tub (no shower) which we didn't realize, but worked out fine. Only weird thing is that there seems to be a timer on the hot water as it turns off without warning after a certain amount of time in the showers. We were about 30 minutes from Clemson (we were there to attend football games and watch our daughter march with the band) and 20 minutes to Anderson and Lavonia. So the location was good, and if you are lake/boat people, the spot on the water is nice. All in all, we had a great Thanksgiving week with our future family in this home.

Great home for a getaway!

We stayed here with some friends for 4 nights in December. We were looking for a getaway and this was it! We loved how spacious the house is. There were many games and toys already there that the kids could play with and the rooms were super cute. It’s quiet and peaceful. Dania was very responsive of any of our concerns during our stay and made sure she could help or correct the situation. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Not worth the money

House was not cleaned before our visit. Nine people had to use 1 shower for 7 days due to no hot water on the 2nd level. Boat rental was not available even though the owner stated that it will be available. Several things were broken in the house that we needed to document. Owner was in communication and refunded the cleaning fee.

Beautiful lake front property

We had a wonderful time at this home. It’s large, clean, and beautifully decorated; and the host was very responsive to any concerns. It was in need of some tlc but no more than what is to be expected from a rental property. The kitchen is well stocked and there are tons of games and toys for kids of all ages. Will definitely rent again.

We had an amazing time at this magnificent property! It was well maintained and everything was in working order as described. The check in process was super easy and the home owner made sure everything was attended for and was super helpful. Communication was great between the home owner. It was an amazing experience.

Great House on Lake

Overall, the house is nicer than what you see in the pictures. It is a beautiful home set in a great neighborhood right on the lake. We had an extended family trip, with people from 12 years old to over 70 and everyone was happy and comfortable. The play room was very useful and we enjoyed hours of fun there. The hosts were very gracious and easy to communicate with, always offering to help with anything we needed. The house had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Something for everyone!

The property was in excellent condition, peaceful next to lake whether to read or fish. Everyone enjoyed pool table. Kitchen was convenient to allow flexibility with meals. My girls even got to make a cajun favorite of chicken and andouille gumbo. The owner was great about answering questions. The layout allowed for individual quiet time or play time. Because of schedules, we have not had a chance to gather for Thanksgiving. The home was a comfortable blessing for our family!

Nice stay at Lake House

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious and the kitchen was great! We enjoyed cooking and grilling dinners. The dining room was very nice for large family dinners. The outside seating was nice as well. We saw a few deer. The kids enjoyed playing downstairs with ping pong, pool, and fusbal. The kids loved the boat and tubing on the lake! The master bed mattress was comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing. The owners were very nice, professional, responsive and accommodating! The internet is Intermittent and the home could use some TLC. Overall, our family enjoyed the vacation week! Thank you!

Enjoyable Stay

Dania was excellent to work with when planning our trip and during our stay. The house was large and accommodated our needs well. The walk from the property down to the lake was slightly longer than expected but nothing terrible. The Wi-Fi didn’t work our entire time at the property which wasn’t the worse thing in the world but was a little inconvenient and the house could definitely do with a little TLC.

Wonderful lake house

We had a fantastic time visiting Lake Hartwell and staying at the Townville house. The house was spacious and beautiful with all the amenities and lots of fun games. Dania was prompt and very helpful. Such a fun weekend!

Amazing home for a family Thanksgiving!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner! Beautiful location and everything you can imagine and so much more provided in one enchanting home. The owner responded quickly and was the kindest I have ever dealt with. The property was everything our family needed to make our Thanksgiving vacation perfect! Would love for our family to enough during the summer in the future.

Good option for a Clemson game weekend.

We had a great stay at the house. The location on the lake was great and the distance to Clemson wasn’t too bad (about 25 min) We had fun cooking in the beautiful kitchen. A few more wine glasses would be good. The bed sheets need to be upgraded. They kept coming off all of the mattresses through the night.

Great weekend at the lake

Great quiet spot to get away with family. House is huge - particularly liked sending the kids to play downstairs in the game room while the adults had the upstairs to relax. Property manager is responsive and sorted out a minor issue with the internet connection quickly. Would stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at the property. Our family ages ranged from 19-88 and they all enjoyed the home and lake. Each day I would enjoy my coffee on the large back deck watching deer and birds in the back yard. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the family. There was ample seating at the bar, dining room table or out on the deck. The young adults spent much of their evening in the basement playing ping-pong, pool or Foosball. The afternoon were spent down at the dock swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. We also went on lots of boat rides, especially in the evenings. The rooms were a perfect size for people to spread out and have plenty of space. The lake lot is 2.7 acres, so there's lots of room in the front for yard games on the lawn and the back yard is wooded for you to enjoy the nature. The owner was a great communicator and check out was a breeze. We would rent this property again.

Fantastic Memorial Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Lake Harwell. The house was sufficient enough to house three families, the kids really enjoyed the game room and the adults could have our own space at the house. The dock location was great and we were able to swim the entire weekend. We had so many wonderful laughs and created amazing memories. Thank you!!! DRGreer
