The house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with the view of the lake. Second bedroom has a queen set, the third bedroom has one twin kids bunk bed. There is two bathrooms, one has a bath tub. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless appliances.

There is a grill on the deck - cookout with beautiful view of the lake. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and other amenities provided.

Boat landing: There is one in port bass on Arrington dr, and one at Tugaloo state park on Highway 11, 1 mile to interstate 85.

You can rent a boat at C&E marine, landing at Tugaloo, 3 min by boat, or lift harbor marina (10 min by boat)
