Esta espaciosa casa recientemente renovada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de Crystal River está a solo un tercio de milla de la rampa para botes en Kings Bay. El Parque Estatal Crystal River Preserve, con senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta, se encuentra a solo 800 metros. Beautiful, well stocked home away from home

The house was exactly as described clean, well stocked and very welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting for walks. A 7 mile hiking path is just down the road. Great location, close to shopping and dining.

Wonderful little house

The location of this beautiful little home is just perfect for everything we wanted to do. The archeological park is just down the street. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and the home has recently been remodeled and is so comfortable. We will definitely stay at this home again when in the area.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I have traveled all 50 states and this place is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was very comfortable from the decor, furniture, towels, neighborhood etc. I can't say anything negative and I hoping to come back next year. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it. Excellent Stay in Crystal River

Very nice, newer, clean, well maintained home. Private setting in a quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful, felt very safe. The location is on the edge of town, close to everything there is in the area, but not in the hustle and bustle. Very satisfied with every part of this property and landlord.

Trip to visit friends

This is a perfect location near crystal river to enjoy it all. The house is just as it appears, clean, beds comfortable and a lot of extra touches. Our long weekend was cut short by Hurricane Debby but host was very gracious and refunded us for last night. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was easy and he was instantly available. Thanks again for letting us use your lovely home.

Great place to stay

This property in Crystal River was really nice. Quiet neighborhood with nearby birding trail and archeological park and museum. The house was very clean and "homey." We felt right at home in the living room area with comfortable furniture and throw blankets. All the bedding and linens were clean and soft. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. The hosts even left complimentary snacks and beverages for us to enjoy when we arrived! Overall, wonderful experience and we will rent again.

Comfortable Stay

We went to Crystal River to check out scalloping for next year and to see some manatees and dolphins. We saw both! We liked that this home is pet friendly. We couldn't quiet figure out how the Roktu TV worked, so watched Netflix primarly. Would recommend this house to others.

Set up perfectly to relax as soon as you hit the door

A very special place on Casa Terrace

This is my first VRBO. We usually stay in hotels for our stays but this was our first big family vacation and renting a whole house was superior to hotel stays. Because I had never VRBO’d before, I was a little nervous on how the accommodations would fair, the location, etc. Because of Covid, we chose to drive down from NJ with four young children. Surprisingly we arrived early and Mr. Frank was excellent at accommodating our unplanned early arrival. Curb Appeal- this is a very well kept home with beautiful plantings and fun little additions like shells, a fake alligator and a rubber snake in the garden. This brought a smile to our faces and the kids loved it! Entry was seamless, and the home was already cool and inviting. Refreshments were available in the fridge and everything was set for our week long stay. In the morning, we were very happy to use the Keurig and coffee available. We had brought some of our own pods but hadn’t really needed to. The beds are comfortable and the linens were all well kept and matched perfectly for the weather. The master with en suite was excellent. Spacious and comfortable with two large closets, side tables and a double dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet with small wicker dresser and night table. The study has a queen size pull out bed which was very comfortable for the kids. It has a desk with all office supplies one might need. One of my favorite features was the two binders he prepared for maximizing your visit to the area. We found it very helpful to have food options, entertainment, and trips all put together for us in two handy binders. The second bathroom has a bathtub while the master has a shower. Both bathrooms are very clean, updated and comfortable. The living room has a couch and two very relaxing recliners and a great television. The kitchen was well stocked. And the fridge had many staples. Basic spices and a few sauces are available. There aren’t any baking dishes besides a pizza pan so if you plan on baking, bring your own pans and measuring utensils. I felt like we were ten minutes from everything. Swimming, fishing, parks, food, entertainment, manatees, scallops, you name it! There is a garage with washer and dryer and two bicycles. A cooler, some puzzles and various day items are available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have already booked to come back over Christmas. Highly recommend staying!

I bought this property because of its Great Location and proximity to the River and Kings Bay. This home is situated in a very safe neighborhood and quiet street. Its got beautiful Palm Trees in the front yard and a large nicely landscaped lot that it sits on.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home has been Completely remodeled with all new appliances, flooring, bathrooms, roof, hot water heater, and AC system. Just a few hundred feet from the water and the boat ramp is just a third of a mile down the road. The Fort Island Gulf Beach is under a 15 minute drive.
