TENGA EN CUENTA: durante la temporada de verano del 1 de junio al 24 de agosto, solo aceptamos registros de entrada y salida los sábados, con la excepción del fin de semana de Blue Angels, que tiene un mínimo de 3 noches.

Nuestro brillante y alegre apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de sus relajantes vacaciones en la playa de Pensacola, donde la arena blanca y las aguas azules hacen que todas sus preocupaciones se desvanezcan. Sans Souci significa "sin preocupaciones", y nuestro objetivo es hacer que su estadía sea completamente libre de preocupaciones. Disfrute de hermosas vistas al oeste desde nuestro balcón del tercer piso. Camina hasta la playa, ¡no es necesario cruzar la calle! Nuestro edificio está justo en el golfo. Todo lo que necesita está incluido: toallas, ropa de cama, libros, utensilios de cocina y una lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Tenemos un armario lleno de juguetes, sillas y sillas de playa para que no tenga que empacar mucho. Vivimos a minutos de distancia y estamos disponibles para ayudarlo con cualquier cosa que pueda necesitar, o podemos estar completamente a salvo, lo que prefiera. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite y una cama tamaño king con una cuna para jugar. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay un baño completo en el pasillo también. El sofá de la sala es un durmiente. A un corto paseo por la calle hasta el mejor marisco de la playa en Peg Leg Pete's.

Utilizamos un termostato inteligente ecobee para controlar el calor y el aire acondicionado. Hay un sensor en cada habitación que controla la temperatura.

Recomendamos obtener un seguro de viaje si va a visitar Pensacola Beach durante la temporada de huracanes (del 1 de junio al 30 de noviembre). Si una gran tormenta se dirige hacia nosotros, generalmente hay evacuaciones obligatorias de la playa.

No somos una empresa de gestión de la propiedad. Esta unidad es nuestro hogar personal lejos de casa. As a mom with multiple small kids this was the most ideal place we have ever stayed. The beach is steps away making it convenient to go down and see the ocean whenever we want, the pool was clean and large and the kids favorite spot. I could still enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony while the kids napped. The place is clean, in perfect location, and check in/check out is very simple.

Great relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect place for first ever sisters’ trip. Great condo with every possible amenity and easy beach access. No thinking was required - grocery store and restaurants close by. Lovely patio to sit out on and look at the beach or the sunset. Loved our stay and will be back.

Great Family Beach Trip

This property was great and exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kiddos under the age of 3. Having access to the storage closet was a huge bonus. Thanks for providing a great place to stay and make fun memories as a family!

Beautiful views of the gulf and sunset from the balcony. Perfect location right on the gulf beach but not far from the bay either. Many local eateries and shopping close by. Peg Legs across the street is great! Hosts were very responsive to any questions and the property was exactly as described. Definitely coming back!

Weekend getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach. The owners were quick to respond and easy to work with. Everything in the condo was just as pictured. There was plenty of room for this family of 5. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

First time vrbo users! Wonderful experience!

This was our first time using vrbo for a vacation rental. It was a little different than what we’re used to but we were very pleased and will rent again in the future. The condo owner was very helpful and considerate. The property was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Condo and Responsive Owners

The condo was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, including toiletries, detergent, and beach equipment! Even though, we didn’t use all of the amenities. The washer and dryer was nice and seems new. We had an extra sense of security with a keypad gate to the community. We can tell that the owners care based on the other reviews and improvements done. They were very responsive. This is what you would want from owners. Also, we arrived about an hour early and texted if we could check in and we were able to. Thank you for a seamless and accommodating stay!

Exceeded Expectations

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. This condo exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond. They provided more than needed and we were able to really enjoy ourselves. Wonderful Fall Getaway

We were so pleased with our time at this property. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful leading up to the booking and during our time there. The end unit was quiet, and offered a great view of the sunset and space to have outdoor meals. I love that the hosts went out of their way to label items inside the condo and to provide helpful instructions for the t.v. Also--the proximity to the beach and the laid back, family-friendly environment was perfect for us. Thank you!

Excellent Condo

Check-in was not until 4:00pm but the owners texted us saying the condo was available early. We were grateful since we were already in town staying with relatives at their condo! The location was great. We walked across the street to a convenience store and a great restaurant. More essentials were provided than we were expecting, which was a very nice bonus. The condo was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again! Oh, and the view from the balcony was magnificent!!

Best place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The location is absolutely perfect as it’s directly on the beach! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings watching the sun set and listening to the live music from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant which is right across the street. We walked across to eat at the restaurant one night and it’s delicious. Our kiddos loved having access to the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub while they swam. The condo had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the mornings. There is also a closet full of beach toys, floats and misc items for the beach. We had a splendid time and we will definitely visit again!

Beautiful condo and a great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the San Souci. It was beautifully decorated with a tropical theme which created a very comfortable atmosphere. It is close to, but not in the middle of all the action, yet it is across the street from Peg Leg Pete's and a Tom Thumb convenience store, not to mention it is on the beach. The gulf water is crystal clear and the soft white sand is exquisite. Can't beat the location. The food and ambiance at popular Peg Leg's is wonderful and you won't have to wait for a parking spot. We also recommend visitors take the time to go to Ft. Pickens at the end of the island; it's a step back in time and into history. Who knew there were forts there in the Civil War!

Great location but needs better cleaning crew

The place was adequate in size, but we only slept there as we spent all of our time at the beach or the pool, which were both very lovely. Appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker. The master shower is small, but works well if you make sure to keep the curtain inside the shower. One recommendation to the owners is to get a new cleaning crew. I don’t think they shake the area rugs out or vacuum under them as the floor had a lot of dirt under the rug which our crawling infant found very quickly. The fan blades were caked with dust. There was mold around the shower handles in the master bath, also. The sliding door had greasy marks all over it. They may also want to address the cracked sink bowl in the master bath.

Sans Souci

We've visited multiple Sans Souci properties and always enjoy our stay! This condo absolutely met/exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful long weekend getaway! The property was very clean, spacious, and the property manager was wonderful to work with. I will definitely keep this one on my list of re-visits!
